Just want to let people know to never do business with this place. My wife and I bought a used golf cart from them and have had nothing but problems with it. They told me that they would fix it at no cost to me then backed out. they tried telling me that i needed to pay $600 for repairs. bottom line is do not do business with these people. What a bunch of jokers they are. It should be noted that I have made 4 trips down there for my cart. 180 miles round trip each time and they just dont seem to care. I also have spent about $300 out of my pocket for this cart.

Tipp City golf carts is under new ownership. Although the previous owner left no resources to take care of warrantee claims, the new ownership team is doing their best to make these issues right. Tipp City Golf carts has a great selection of new and used carts and the best service department in the industry and I send everyone I know to them with great confidence!

Called over a week ago and asked if he could email me a list of used carts because ever thing on his website said out of stock. He said he doesnt updates site very often and hed send me the email shortly. 10 days later no email. Thanks Ill look elsewhere for a cart.

My father bought a cart there last week. Got it home, and has been not running right. Have taken it back and they say nothing is wrong with it.... They had me drive it around there yard. Wont act up til after driving at least half hour. Would not recommend doing business there.

May 1, 2014 I had a problem with my golf cart & called for pick up & repair . Knowing this is probably there busy season I expected a long wait during the worst part of the year for me to be without a cart ( mushroom hunting season !) They picked it up that afternoon & HAD IT BACK IN MY DRIVEWAY IN UNDER 24 HOURS!!!!! Thank you, Vic
