Piqua Harley Davidson organizes the Bike Fest which had great music, food, and drinks. Not necessarily have to like motorcycles to come to this event because is great to come with family and friends to have a nice evening en enjoy some good music and drinks. Very nice bikes and particularly love this one that seems like a futuristic version of an electric bike lol. Definitely will come back next year and have more time to walk around, music was so good that was a great experience

I bought a 2020 ultra limited at piqua H-D and at my thousand mile service I voiced concerns about a noise in the transmission, I’m now stuck in Knoxville Tennessee with a broken bike gears 1, 3 and 5 are out because piqua H-D wouldn’t listen to my concerns. This has cost me thousands of dollars! Don’t buy here ! Go to a better dealer
Debated between 2 or 3 stars on my buying experience purchasing my 2021.Pros: Friendly Staff, Gave me a fair trade in price, quickly took care of an issue I had with no questions asked after I purchased the new bike.Cons: Purchased new bike on April 17th, 2 days later on social media, they posted a free slip-on muffler upgrade promotion if you purchased a new bike the month of April. Go back, they said the fine print stated only if you pay MSRP (I paid $250 under MSRP, so didnt qualify). Had I known about the promotion when I bought my bike, I would have done the muffler upgrade and paid full price. Also no T-shirt. I suppose it all evens out, but better experience can be found elsewhere.
4 hrs from home oil sending unit went out parts department was great went to service department and ask to borrow tool to replace which is a 5 min job and they said they didnt have the tool to fix so I said can I borrow a Cresent wrench and they said that wont work I said its my bike Ill be the judge of that so they rolled their eyes and loaned it to me 5 mins later it was fixed..If u need service keep going till next Hd..

Purchased a 200.00 microphone and they wanted to charge me to put it in the helmet and they never put one in but wanted to charge me lol what a joke
Stopped by to ask questions regarding classes. The representative who spoke with me was very cordial, informative, and accommodating. I was also speaking to her regarding an article I wanted to write for Facebook to assist handicapped motorcyclists. We went to speak with the service manager about a particular device to assist leg amputees continue to ride in a safer/ easier manner. My handicapped motorcycle riding husband then joined us. He was able to explain a little better than I was. This service manager not only patronized us, verbally berating us for even using such a device (my husband has one on his bike to assist shifting gears - it isnt a HD- but will fit any bike) but was extremely rude, never made eye contact with either of us, and virtually dismissed us like errant children. Most of the people we ride with do ride HD. Many amputees cant ride because they dont know they can. There are ways to assist amputees enjoy a life of a motorcycle rider if they wish to. I wouldnt help Piqua HD increase their business by recommending them to apply these assistive devices......BUT the SERVICE Manager said HE would NEVER do it. He said the device was made for RACING ONLY.Honda Powersports in Troy applied my husbands. They are not cheap, but you dont need your leg to shift. Perhaps other HD dealers might be willing

The dyno department is absolutely amazing!! Dropped my 14 Street Glide off on Monday...and they called Tuesday with the bike done...it is a totally different bike...if you have a twin cam or a Milwaukee 8 and you are not going to Nate...you are short changing yourself...

I’ve been looking for the right bike for a few months. Settled on the street bob but couldn’t find anything i liked. I stumbled upon Piqua HDs website and found 2 I loved. Spoke to Chad on the phone and eventually made my way up there. Chad was respectful and very helpful. He took his time to explain the features of each bike. We filled out the paper work and went home waiting to hear from the bank (we left after business hours) after Finally settling on the right bike, a 2018 Street Bob. Chad was quick to call me the next morning with the approval. Went back and was in and out with in 30 minutes and my bike was delivered a few hours later. Absolutely love the bike. Thank you Chad!
BUYER BEWARE is what I recommend. Purchased a bike from sister store(same staff) early spring.Bike looked good sounded good but weather prevented extended test ride. I asked if the bike had any previous issues and was told just services. With that in mind I entered into negotiations to purchase the bike. Being that it had 4000 miles I added 2yrs of warranty. I bought the bike on the premises that they had disclosed any issues. Once I was able to put 50 miles on it,I found a pool of oil and a bolt laying on the top of the transmission. Only then did they come forward about the work performed on the bike. This defiantly would have been a negotiation point if it would have been disclosed when I ask... 4 months of them not following through on any compensation I am forced to leave this review to warn others. An their policy is full disclosure.UPDATE; So once again contact made,would call me back the next day...Nothing... Filed complaint with BBB. It took until the third notice from the BBB for them to reply. The reply was a simple lie... Stated they have no records of this...LOL The motorcycle came from your store and you have no record? Well I do.... Just because you have a revolving door of employees is no excuse...

Stopped in on way home. Very friendly and talkative staff.We stopped in for the usual harley stuff shirts chips etc.Unfortunately they didnt have dealer shirts but did have chips and stickers.
Seen a bike I was interested in on FB they had posted and decide to short notice it and drive 35 minutes out of my way to go check it out. When I got there the bike was apparently sold and had showed me their inventory and I had came back home empty handed. A few hours later scanning for another Harley I see the exact same bike freshly posted. Really took the fun out of a guy wanting to buy his first Harley.
I got talked into a bike I really didnt want, my brother got sold a bike that was never inspected now after riding for literally 15 minutes he has to put more money into it then what its worth. My wife tried getting a bike, they said no. Didnt give a reason or explanation. Just no. The finance guy Matt is less than tolerable, but Rob, and Stacy were good decent people
The staff was amazing I had visited a harley shop in northridge ohio wich I wont name the day pryer to visiting the piqua HD BUISNESS it was like night n day I have to say the people and staff at piqua were flat out amazing being it was my first time there and a 1rst time harley owner they were kind knowledgable and seemed to flat out care bout me and my questions I had bout my bike all the way dwn to helping me try on my first pair of leather chaps and boots wich I ended up purchasing with the comfort of knowing that there staff educated me and guided me in the perfect direction unlike the other HDshop in Northridge ohio they only saw dollars signs and someone to take advantage of piqua HD saw me a person not dollars signs and took time to answer my questions and I believe they cared bout my experience wat should of been a simple visit in piqua turned into well over 2. Hrs of helping the newbie out and making him / me feel like I was a part of the family the HD FAMILY I CANT SAY THANK U ENUFF U HAVE MY BUSINESS ...and to the sweetie that was really willing to actually put a pair of chaps on me because she could tell I had no clue wat the hell I was doing shows the level of customer service and care that piqua harley davidson will go to to make u feel comfortable welcomed and important and family so THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR UR TIME from a very satisfied newbie .Don myers aka Dm Micheals roadog music
The folks at the parts desk were not the friendliest. I will say I came in near closing but it was a simple transaction and I felt like the person helping me was combative for some strange reason. Maybe Ill stop again someday and be able to report a better experience.
Vicki helped me out immensely! I did not receive my Motorcycle Ohio certificate of completion via email as expected for completion of the New Riders Course through Piqua Harley-Davidson. I contacted Vicki who immediately apologized for the issue and agreed to help rectify the situation. Vicki took a personal interest in making sure I received my certificate today so I could submit it to the Michigan DMV and receive my endorsement. The error was not on Piqua Harley-Davidson, but the Motorcycle Ohio system. Vicki downloaded my certificate and emailed it to me as soon as she was able to, ensuring I received my MI motorcycle endorsement. This saved me having to make a second 6 hour round trip to Southern MI. This saved me time, effort, travel expenses, and a huge headache. Vicki took great care to ensure I got what I paid for and that I received in in a timely manner even though it was no longer her responsibility. Thank you Vicki and thank you Piqua Harley-Davidson.

They are getting to know us cause we have been in there often. We have been able to find anything that we needed for the bike, or us. Havent bought any clothes from there yet. But we will be back for Christmas shopping.

I bought my Road Glide in February and wanted to make sure it wasnt a lemon before I wrote a review. I love my Harley! It is used, but it was a good purchase. The staff is very nice and pleasant. I dont feel like these people just wanted my money. I do wish they were more knowledgeable of used units. Im still finding out about my bike things the dealership didnt know. It would have been nice if they were able to explain a little history before I bought it.
Sales girl was nice but didnt know much. They do the 4 square stuff but give you no money for your trade and overprice their bikes. No wonder harley is in trouble

Worst service ever! I Will never be back! They replaced the sight glass in my clutch reservoir an trailered it back to me said it’s good to go but may need the reservoir replaced in the future. Keep in mind they already fixed it an told me this after the fact. Acouple days later the bike is leaking in my garage again an I haven’t even rode it yet. Call back an they basically said too bad an wouldn’t try to make it rite by any means. Do not go here people I’m warning you they will screw you over! I know every experience is different but this is the one I had so I felt the need to share!

My husband and I had been going to this establishment since 2004. We have bought 4 Harleys from the previous owner. Since the new owners have purchased the store we have visited 2 times. I find that the new employees are not very friendly. We have taken our business elsewhere. Its just not the same friendly and welcoming store.

Will not be back,if i was broke down in front of there i would push my bike to any other dealer in ohio.i had $1800 in repairs done and they charged me $95 to check my brakes.(after they said they wouldnt)they wanted to charge me $48.26 to install a rear exhaust bolt that i bought from them for .76 and put on in parking lot in 3 minutes. Its unfortunate because i have always had good experiences with parts and people up front.
Smaller Harley dealer that does it right. Ive bought everything from parts to a bike there and wasnt disappointed. Nice selection of brand new bikes. They keep a nice selection of used bikes on hand as well.
Service department is top notch! They worked hard to ensure my bike was ready to roll meeting an almost impossible time line considering the amount of work. Thanks to their efforts I was able to make the annual ride from OH to NC. Thank you!!!
They have Had my Harley since the first week of July.. They cash my check and I still have not seen my Harley.. Each time I call theres a different excuse. But they are still very friendly.lol
Only there briefly. Most people were helpful. The older man which I believe might be a manager or even the owner seemed annoying. Havent decided if I will make this my regular source for parts and accessories.

Took a two month old bike in to have the clutch checked after I felt it slipping. They didnt find anything which is a good thing but charged me for the labor. Are you serous its under a two year warranty. No other dealer does this, trust me I checked !! Harley has been notified.

I bought my 2019 Street Glide Special brand new from Piqua HD. My SGS was coming up on its 1K mile service. I called on the 5th for service on the 10th and I dropped my SGS off at the dealership on the 7th. Called Piqua HD on the 12th and was told they havent got to my HD, there was 8 bikes in front of mine & the bike fest was on the 14th & 15th and they didnt know when they would get to my HD. I bought a brand new HD from them, scheduled service a week ago & all they can say is that I would have to wait until next week. After complaining I get my bike on the 13th and while the service guy is getting my Harley I see paperwork that my HD had a turn signal default error code. I get my HD & the turn signal is blinking fast but all the bulbs fine. They never made mention of the default code, talked about my service or even made an attempt to apologize or make the service snafu right. Total disappointment in Piqua HD.

I have a 2018 harley davidson ultra had 2500 miles on it had a motor noise took it here to get repaired took almost 2 months to get it customer service is horrible they say we will call you and never call I called Milwaukee harley davidson company twice I had to keep calling piqua harley I even talked to the manger it still took almost 2 months to get it back will never ever take it back there again Buckminns D & D is where I will be taking mine from now on
Went there to purchase a bike. The deal was made when there was an item that needed to be fixed first. So we got a call to come get the bike but we had to wait a day to get. Then we get a call from them and told us that they had to raise the price of the bike since they fix that item which put it $2000 over the NADA book value. Sorry not buying the bike that they increased a price on that wasnt fixed in the first place. Then when we asked for our deposit back they sorted played it off and that they would hold if we was interested in a different bike. Sorry you screwed us once not going there again.

Walk in to see salesman I had spoke to on phone, hes with clients so no problem. Walk around and am greeted -ask to see the used bike in back and am told the original salesman has to take me and he walks away. Wait 15 minutes ask another sales guy if he can walk me back as my guy is still busy. Told no we are all busy... whole time these two guys are doing nothing!!as Im walking out 5 minutes later a different guy walks up only cause they see Im ticked and asks can he help me. Nope you can tell (original salesman) he lost a sale because you guys dont work as a team.I guess I am blessed being in commission sales myself but we help each other. I will never return -drove 45 minutes to not be important enough to assist in purchasing a bike. Wow just wow! I have been in vehicle sales for 20 years and heard from clients how they were treated elsewhere if nothing else makes me prouder of my service and the team I work with.

Just got my 5k mile service and new handgrips put on today. First time using this dealership. Talked to several of the staff and everyone was really cool. Service techs did a good job and returned my bike as I gave it to them. ( I know my bike well enough to know if there was any scratches made and there wasnt ). I recommend this dealership.

Where do I Start, not a trustworthy dealership, bike falls off lift, check on bike after 4 weeks to find parts have not been ordered. As well as I was told the bike was sent to another dealership to be repaired, due to cost savings. You tell me how there is a cost savings, by trailer a bike 90 miles away to get repaired and replacement parts, shady business practices. Also sales manager had bike shipped to other dealership, to hide the fact non Harley factory paint and parts were going to be used. I would as about the progress to the bike and all staff was clueless, oh also sales manager never returned my calls. Buyer beware!!!!!!
Dont buy from here the manager was selling bikes for way over the bikes worth they fired the guy but they dont care about the customer an offered my wife a fifty dollar giftcard to harley to make it right. So Ill have 12,000 dollars into 2,500 hundred dollar bike I would go somewhere else to find a bike
