Horrible experience. Need my car to get to and from work, and needed a part. Checked every auto parts store in the area and only this store had the item listed as in stock, pickup in 30 min online. I tried to call and confirm they had the part and the guy on the phone said angrily you order online and pickup when its ready thats how it works so an hour after I ordered I went to pick it up and was told by the lady at the register who wouldnt even look at me, that they dont have that part and have to wait till its ordered. I asked how long it would be and she said she didnt know that I pick it up when I get the email Possibly one of the rudest unnecessary experiences Ive had in a store of any kind. Waste of my time and money. I have no clue when the part would come in and apparently neither do they. No help whats so ever Im surprised they have a job with that attitude. Just sits on the phone and gets paid to be rude.

I would recommend to anyone who needs a great parts house use this napa any and every time they need parts... The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable on every aspect of the auto industry... If only every store had well trained, well informed employees such as this place, maybe just maybe, America wouldnt be losing so many jobs to over seas and we wouldnt be in the mess were in now.... Absolutely horrible experience… Went in to pick up a fuel filter and an in-line filter for my bobcat. Told the lady working that I needed it for a T 300. She just would not look up anything and was not willing to help me. Had to call the store in Elmer that I normally go to which is without a doubt the best location around. They gave me the part number over the phone and without even putting anything in the computer she told me they didn’t have it and that the one in Elmer did because she no longer wanted to help me. She would not even look at me just stood there staring at the screen. This was terrible customer service and very unprofessional. The gentleman to the left where I was standing and where she was did not try to help either. He just remained on his phone the entire time. Will not be back and will certainly let corporate know about my awful experience here being as I hold an account with Napa and have been a large customer of theirs for years.

Small old style auto parts store. The kind every small town had before the giant chains were invented. Large selection of parts for every vehicle and if not in stock they can get quickly.Counter staff helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. They will get you the correct part you need.

I was on a job and asked to hurry to pick up new part and I was told that they would wait until 6 and I shoes up at 5:58 and they would not take my busiest they just leave knowing I was coming...
