I really appreciated the customer service. Very old fashion and personable... the right way. Just make sure you have cash or a check when you go.

Dont be fooled by the unassuming store front. The owner knows what he is talking about and, for me, has always had every part that I needed in stock. Its a great old-school place for getting appliance parts. Highly recommended.

I was trying to repair a dryer, and narrowed down the problem to a high-tempreture sensor. I took the old piece with me to make sure I got the right part. They gave the part a sideways look, tested it, and told me that the sensor rarely breaks. They asked me a few questions, and convinced me to buy a couple of solenoids instead. They gave me simple install instructions, (they even pulled out an old dryer part to show me how easy it was to fix), and the dryer works like new. Three hours of Youtube videos didnt stand a chance against insight and experience. Amazing!

Simply Awesome. Old school as it comes. Put Youtube aside for once and go back to the way it used to be. Yeah, You may get a part cheaper online but support local, they have Everything and he will give you a crash course right there with actual breakdowns of parts. I learned how to fix my mother in laws dryer just like that. No computers there and the owner is proud of no cell phones, internet, or cable TV.
