Though it is an Auto Parts store, they also sell 1-2 cars a month; We bought our Van from them and had an amazing experience. We are from KY and had a third party mechanic look the vehicle over and they were proven honest by this third party. Our personal experience with them has been pleasant, efficient, and honest. Might even consider putting in a request for them on our next go around :)Highly Recommend

NEVER respond to emails,NEVER has the parts when u call unless u drive a honda civic. Tried at least 15 times over the past 2 years to get parts for a 92-98 bmw and no matter what part it is...they didnt have. Dont waste your time,ill make it easy for u....they dont have what u need

I ordered what I thought was the passenger side mirror turned out they said it was the drivers side I ordered but even though they said I ordered the drivers side the side mirror they sent was not from a 2006 envoy they sent a mirror that is way too big for my suv it appears to have came off of a big truck I called and was told no problem they would send me a return label and will return my money once they got the part back well that was 08-29-20 and its now Oct and Im still waiting on that return label. Update: This is an oddball transmission, not many out there. Most are $800 and above. They had this one listed and I purchased it for $500.The day after I purchased this transmission and gave them my credit card information I get a voice mail: ...transmission is broke... .If he had said transmission housing was broken, shaft was broken, metal in the fluid pan etc... I wouldnt have thought much about it.But transmission was broke?So if you are getting a part at a great price - dont let on, and hope they do not get an offer for more money before they ship it to you.Days of searching and I had to start all over - perhaps the transmission was broke or perhaps because someone else called and offered a better price... who knows. But the transmission was broke... and the tone of voice just smacked of hey, we figured out we could get more for that transmission - sorry about your luck.Below is my original review I posted immediately after I made the purchase. I will leave it.Buyer beware - if it is a hard to find part at the lowest price youve found, dont count on getting it until you get a shipping tracking number and the part is on the way. The best ever and Im a complete paranoid when dealing with anything automotive. This company changed that forever. I bought a Subaru tail light assembly from them and it came perfectly packed basically better than I have ever seen. The item looked brand new and it even still had the bulbs attached. I installed it in 5 minutes and it went in flawlessly. The same item but albeit new, was $264.00 at Subaru and this was $52.00 shipped. It came in 2 1/2 days, need I say more. The people here are honest, no fooling or tricks and are good to their word. I saved over $212and that would make anybody happy. So I gave them 10 stars...They made my day.

If I could give 0 I would!! Tried to buy a car from Grant and it fell apart cause he was to thirsty for a sale. I didnt realize their was no financing available with this place..since it isnt a dealership... So I had conversation telling grant I would get financing for the car. He never informed me of a way to deposit money down on the car to buy time... this again isnt a dealership so the whole transaction is kind of weird. But no more than 24 hours after that conversation he sold the car right underneath me to someone who had cash. I was told it wouldnt be sold underneath me...it seems to me the whole deal was shady. The car was well under 2k market value, the car was located at some other place not even where all foreign auto parts is.... So, maybe it is for the better...maybe this was a shady deal for a car that had a problem that was expensive to fix they werent telling me about... horrible management...also Grant apparently is the only one that sells the cars for this business, so it gets even more weird... it is a auto parts store, that has their cars handled and stored on some other persons lot and business, and the person selling the cars is the only one that sales cars out of a auto parts store... STAY AWAY SHADY BUSINESS.

DON NOT TRUST THEM, I had worst experience with them. I bought transmission they told me the condition is A but when I put it to my car it doesn’t worked very well also the bad condition, also they took some part of anything to sale it again to u when I came back to them I told him he lying to me also changed me for the labor. If u don’t need it any more just bring to us after long talk. That’s will cost me much money for labor. So IF YOU CAN find another junkyard All Foreign Auto Parts Not telling the truth

Ordered a used transmission for a Subaru from them. They are a long ways from where Im located so naturally Im kind of nervous. Transmission shows up sooner then expected and its clean. Get everything installed and absolutely no problems. I saved a lot of money also, the transmission I found locally would have cost an additional $400. They did not have all the parts I needed but what I got was good quality and price. Service was excellent.

The used transmission they sold me had coal black burnt fluid in it. They had drained it to a point l could not get any fluid on stick to check it when i was picking it up. Did not discover it till i was installing new filter and gasket. Also when they removed pan to drain it they cross treaded to trans pan bolts and stripped the treads all pan bolts were wsy over tighted. I suspect they were installed with an impact gun. Lastly they busted a bolt off that held shift cable bracket onto the front of trans. Thought i was going to save a few dollars purchaceing from them instead of my local reputable recycling yard and just caused my self a bunch of hassles. After correcting all the problems and installing the transmission. It seams to shift good on the rack. I will update review after a couple weeks of driving if needed.
