I just recently took my car to Centerline Collision. They priced the job competitively. The repair was for a replacement bumper. The car was fixed in one day which was impressive. The quality of the repair was good. The only reason why I am giving them three stars is because they either forgot to reconnect a fog light in the grill below the bumper or it became loose during the repair. When I first became aware of the issue, I called and they told me to bring it in immediately for them to diagnose the issue. To save time, I figured out how to remove the fog light grill myself and reconnect the fog light. It now works fine. Overall, I recommend Centerline Collision.

After a (mentally) painful front end collision, Centerline Collision made the process relatively painless! This was my first accident so I had no idea how much I would need to be involved. It turned out that the folks at Centerline took care of a lot of the hassle for me.Some of my favorite things about my experience with Centerline were the rental program, fast and friendly service, and quality of work. The rental program was simple! Centerline loans cars at their discretion, so if you are under 25 like me you wont have to worry about all the underage charges associated with rental car companies. Centerline negotiates with your insurance company to settle the rental fees and expenses.Just as the website says, the best collision repairs really do go unnoticed. The employees at Centerline were understanding of my situation and treated me with the utmost care. When it came time to pick up my car, they had my car pulled out in front, detailed inside and out. Great place. They fixed the front end of my 2014 sti and made it look brand new. I also took a bumper cover in for them to paint and that was perfect as well. Fast friendly service. Always kept me in the loop about my car while they had it.

This place is the best. Decided to use them just from the reviews. When i dropped my truck off, Jason told me 8 to 10 business days to complete. He called every other day with up dates. Finished the truck in only 7 days and the truck looked brand new. Also cleaned the entire inside which was a nice find. I hope i dont need any repairs in the future, but if a do, i will be going back to Centerline. Thanks again Jason.

Had the misfortune of 2 non-fault accidents in 3 months. Personal recommendations and location convenience made me choose them, but I quickly found out why they are the best collision repair facility in the area. Matt and Jason are both courteous, professional, and are fantastic at handling the entire process. The customer waiting area is clean and comfortable. They treat you with respect. Most importantly, received both vehicles (Subarus) back in mint condition. Its the best place you hope you never have to go back to.

Cant believe Im the first to review this place. They deserve serious props. I got into an accident and was assigned a body shop by my insurance. I was told by that shop that it would take almost two weeks just to get an estimate of the damages. Needless to say, I was a little frustrated by this as I wanted my car back ASAP. So I looked into other shops and thought I would give Centerline a shot. Best decision I ever made. I gave them a call and was assured that I could drop my car off that night for an estimate. The damages were assessed the next day, and I was told the repair would take 17 days. Well, they got my car back to me in 10 days, and I couldnt be happier. Thing looks like it just rolled out of the factory. Paint matched perfectly. New bumper and hood look awesome. During the repair, Joe even took the time to give me status updates at his own initiative. This place really has everything you want when you need your car fixed. Quality, speed, and great customer service. I highly recommend Centerline and will certainly be back if I need any more work done.

I definitely recommend Centerline Collision for my repair needs. I was recommended by Dean Honda for two different jobs and both were superior results. I had been in a fender bender, and they made sure every little detail was being done the right way. The color of my car requires extra blending to match, they made sure that was done and included. Their offices are not only comparatively priced, but extremely efficient. I had dropped my car off and forgotten a phone charger in it. When I returned to pick it up an hour later, the door was already off and being re-skinned, the hood was up and checked, and my wheel was already on a truck being shipped in. Also, I just picked up my car and noticed something was up with my door speaker (the door that was hit), I came in and pointed it out and without another word my car was pulled in and they found some small corrosion on a plug. Its cleaned and Im out the door in no time! Thank you again for quality service!

Too much price for little work hard to believe I get fixed the problem in quarter of what the estimate my expenses

Joe at Centerline has made my entire experience enjoyable. My Charger was in the hands of experts who went over it with a fine tooth comb. When the insurance companies wanted to charge me more or parts came in that were used instead of brand new Joe went to bat and handled every hurdle. They not only did a great job so far but they also made everything easy and answered every question I passed their way. The customer service is out of this world, at one point an employee i hadnt met before came up to me in the parking lot as i was getting out of the rental and not only recognized me from seeing me speaking with Joe but began to brief me on some of the things that were wrong and how they fixed them. I was shocked that everyone seemed so interested they were so invested in not only great work but great service.I plan on referring Centerline to anyone in need. By far the best in the Pittsburgh area.

Took our car there to get an original estimate on two pieces of work which was priced at $1100 (underneath) and $4000+ (Backend). A verbal estimate was provided only. Engaged our insurance company in the rearend work since the estimate was so high and we didn’t want to cover it with cash. Took the car back for the appointment a week and a Halle who and included our insurance estimate which was substantially lower than the estimate given originally. The insurance process is for the vendor to work directly with claims to remedy costs. Came back to pick it up and was charged $4000 out of pocket and was told the estimate for the front was $2800 and ended up being $800 more actual ( not what was told to my husband and son -it was $1100.. the original car service place told us it would be around $100 as well) and the rearend work ended up being cheaper but the total still came out to be the same. Centerline never called our insurance company ( I called the day before pick up and asked the insurance company). It appears to me the estimator originally estimated our backend high and shifted the money over to the front end work to make up for the originally inflated price. I tried taking to the edit Stuf but he basically shoved me off so we had no choice but to pay and pick up the car.Would not recommend even though the quality of work is good (we think). If my customers felt they were paying one price and it increases substantially I would make them aware ahead of doing the work. I’ve worked with other collision company’s who were very good and communicate, even saved money on parts. Doesn’t seem like centerline cares about its customers just the bottom line.

Guys, this place is a gem! We got involved in a collision in Monroeville 450 miles away from home. We were on a three day trip and were stuck, really. Our insurance provider, one of the renowned company in the country, didn’t help much in finding a mechanic in Pittsburgh, a city not familiar to us. We first approached the local car dealer, and they pointed us to Centerline Collision. It was a Monday afternoon and Tuesday was a holiday. We approached several highly rated collision centers before, none helped us and asked us to wait until the end of week, even to get an estimate. I called Centerline collision, and the lady out there listened to my story patiently, and passed phone to Ron. He was about to leave office, yet he waited for us to check in the vehicle. I started feeling relief and hope. Afterwards, things went really quickly. He contacted the aftermarket dealer for the parts, and the parts were brought to the shop as fast as he could. He updated me regularly either through phone or email. Within one week, I was ready to go back home. There might be places which are well rated and close to your home, but never loose these guys. It’s extremely difficult to find honest guys, and more importantly those who stand with us in difficult times. I would recommend them highly.

Ill for sure be recommending Centerline to anyone I know that needs their car repaired. My brand new car got sideswiped and needed to be fixed. It now looks exactly like it did when I got it from the dealer. Ron was incredibly helpful, stayed after their closing time so I could get there after work and go over things with him and let me come in early too when it was time to pick up my car. They also finished my car WAY ahead of schedule which was an extremely nice surprise! Usually car repair shops talk to you like youre some kind of idiot, but not Centerline. Every person I talked to there was kind and helpful. I wish all businesses were like this.
