Great, you cant tell that the car had been hit, and they were fast, OMG!!! STAFF SO FRIENDLY, wanted to pull up a couch and talk all day, this place is GREAT!!!! TY IS THE GREATEST!!!!!

I dropped my car off for an inspection, early in the morning like the owner said was best. I never heard back from him despite leaving several messages. Finally 2 days later I went back to the garage and picked up my car to take it home and elsewhere for inspection. They never even touched it, in fact moved it farther out by the street. Very frustrating and time-wasting experience.

Honest and priced right. I dealt with Jay. He was a great help and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this place.

Great service and time of having my car was great

My car had a smashed window and bent side mirror. I went to Armstrong and Lou was very helpful in assessing the extent of the problem and quoting me a fair price. It was speedily fixed with good communication! Will definitely come back for future body work.

I scraped the side of my car along the side of my garage. I went to another garage in the area and they quoted $1100 to fix and repair with paint touch up. I went to Armstrong for a second opinion and the mechanic said to give him 10 minutes because he believed it could quickly be buffed out. Sure enough it was! I asked how much I owed and he said it was on the house...just remember him in the future! The least I could do was highly recommend them for being honest and friendly to their customers!!

Fast service, honest and inform the estimate price before they fix it. Also communication is vert good. other shop couldn’t fix it but they did it

Have been going to HC Armstrong for years for work. They are always fast, honest, and reasonably priced. Will always walk through what they are doing and why, often looking for the most stable and cost-effective fix. Will keep going back to them!

Very unprofessional and unpredictable business. Extremely behind schedule in all repairs, and all repair jobs were shoddy -- I had to come back several times to point out things were done incorrectly, and they would forget what I asked for or forget to order parts and made me wait. The owner was simply not reachable and away from the shop often. To top things off, they put my wheel bearing on in the wrong way (they were not equipped to do this and outsourced this to another garage without my consent), so now my ABS break light and skid light is constantly on. I would give negative stars if I could. Avoid at all costs.

Got my brakes done here - great service - very affordable

Constantly lying about what was done and always behind schedule. They also left my car unlocked on the street every day. At least this allowed me to drive it home easily once I gave up and was done with their shenanigans.

Friendly and helpful with repairs and overall car maintenance.

They charge you reasonably, and get the job done fast and nice. I trust this place.
