Natalie was a huge help with everything from scheduling, to ordering parts, and gave me regular updates on my car when it was in the shop. They do great on any vehicles, don’t be afraid to take your high end car here!

Opeka was incredible throughout the entire repair of my vehicle from estimate to finish. Completely redid the trunk and rear bumper after a collision and worked seamlessly with both the person liables insurance company as well as Enterprise to get me a rental and have everything done quickly and easily. They even cleaned out the interior without me asking. They estimated up to 10 business days to complete the repair depending on part availability and my vehicle was done in just 4 days. Extremely nice and professional staff, and and quality body shop overall. Highly recommend for any service!

Opeka was recommended by a friend and her family as they all are regular customers! I dropped my car off after hours for my inspection appointment the next day. I actually never saw a single person, but I spoke to Natalie, their representative, multiple times and she was kind, helpful, honest, and everything you want in a person representing a company, especially an auto repair shop. I knew I needed a brake replacement before passing my state inspection and it was all done and finished within the day. Prices and rates were what I expected and I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of (as a young, single woman) ((experienced it many times before)) thank you so much!

Second time using Opeka in upper Saint Clair due to getting rear-ended (I drive for work) and needing bodywork done on the bumper.. Both experiences have been excellent, my car comes back looking brand new, sparkly and clean and runs like a gem. I can’t say enough good things!

Fantastic experience. Not only did their quote for repairs beat what was clearly upcharging from other repair shops... They got me in almost immediately and fixed me up with a couple days. Other shops couldnt get to me for a few weeks just to get a quote!To my surprise, not only did they fix my bumper but they clearly vacuumed and detailed the interior and washed the exterior.Very professional. Very nice people. Will happily return for service (hopefully just maintenance next time!)

Celina was the first contact person I met. She was so helpful and knowledgeable! The body shop person came out to look over my car was very informative. This was on a Wednesday and the following Tuesday my car was done!!! Bill checked me out and after we looked at my car we were so pleased with the work!!! My car looks like new!! CLEAN and PERFECT!! Great experience! I brought my car in for body work after a collision, and they did a wonderful job. Everything with my rental car and insurance was very streamlined. The repairs took a little longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances with my car, but they kept me updated and finished everything as quickly and efficiently as possible. My car looked beautiful when I got it back - they gave it a really deep clean! It looked like new! While I hope I don’t need anymore body work on my car, I would definitely head back to Opeka if I ever do!

Both Selena and Amanda really helped to make the whole process painless. From having the rental ready upon arrival and then returning it on our behalf when everything was completed. They even went above and beyond touching up a couple chips along the edge of our other door which they did for us at no charge out of customer courtesy. In fact our 2019 Mercedes was finished a day sooner and looks better than the day when we first bought it. Thank you ladies!

I cannot recommend Opeka highly enough. I had a four month old brand new 2019 Subaru Crosstrek that was t boned. A family friend recommended Opeka for their wonderful body and paint work. The receptionist was very kind and offered excellent customer service. They answered all of my questions, alleviated my anxiety and worked with the insurance company to get everything sorted. I needed both passenger doors, front quarter panel and a wheel replaced. They did this and more to get my car back to perfect condition. I was so surprised with how beautiful my car was when it was ready (and finished a week ahead of schedule).

I was a customer of this shop under its previous ownership going back decades. Like many I had concerns that the things I appreciated about the personal attention for frequent customers like myself might be lost in the transition to the new ownership. Im happy to say this shop is in good hands and headed for a bright future. My Volvo had a tricky bit of bodywork as a result of unreported parking lot contact, right on the crease around the front fender. Opeka handled it for me while I was on a business trip - the work was done, vehicle washed, and ready when I got back. Theyre a certified State Farm facility so they dealt with my insurer directly. I only had to pay my deductible (for which they took a credit card - thats an improvement) and pick it up. The work looks great - as good as new. Thanks!

After fixing the issues from a failed inspection I stopped back to see if the would honer the states grace period for re-inspection.They did with no questions or attitude.Even was polite throughout the process.Pesonally I believe there was confusion with process and procedures.I can be difficult to deal with and know that but thats business..I got charged for an inspection that didnt need done due to COVID 19 and wasnt told until after.The inspection shouldnt have been done due to check engine light being on.If they were going to charge for diagnosis that should have been stated up front.At minimum Auto Zone does that for free.Not only did they misdiagnosed the issue they wanted to charge me more money after that.

Great job done by the Opeka team ( Bill And Amanda) for getting many dink’s and dents out of my 2012 BMW. They accurately estimated the damages on my bill and met the timeline. Also the paint job was fantastic. Would highly recommend.
