Fantastic experience working with Rob Senior. I was hit by another car and had front end damage. Rob made the whole repair process easy and effortless and was extremely helpful in handling the insurance side of things. He called me every few days to provide updates on the repair and was a pleasure to work with. The work on the car was fantastic and looked like it had never been hit. I was impressed by him going the extra mile, including cleaning the entire interior and waxing the exterior. Overall fantastic experience and I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Rob is the absolute best in the business. I will not trust any other shop with my vehicles. Well, my wife and I just experienced our first ever car claim through insurance and it just happened to turn out as a “total loss”. Highly recommend giving them a call. I have been a repeat customer at Rob Wagner Auto Body for over eight years, with every car in my household needing their services in one form or another in that time. Just picked up my baby from them after a deer left us needing a new headlight, nosecone/grille repairs and bumper repainting. Once again, I am astounded at the level of service and professionalism, and how far beyond the expected Rob & Co. consistently take things. Not only were the painting and repairs performed flawlessly, the paperwork and insurance handled seamlessly, but they sublet out an alignment while I was in, and returned my car back to me far cleaner than it was when I dropped it off. They are a wonderful family business that truly makes you feel like part of the family. I am so grateful that my auto-enthusiast neighbor recommended them to me all those years ago, as one of the most trustworthy and capable shops in town...I wholeheartedly agree with that assessment!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - don’t even think about taking your car somewhere else. They do fantastic work and don’t cut corners. Rob and Rob Jr are super nice and friendly and took time to explain everything. The customer service in handling rentals and insurance was also second to none.

The Wagners have done work on a couple of our vehicles through the years and have always done consistent, clean, and honest jobs. They can paint match almost anything, and they take great pride in the fine details of their work. After significant front corner damage, I took my sedan in and it came back looking better than it went in. They even buffed out a totally unrelated scrape! Well never go to anyone else.

Had an accident and, on the recommendation of a friend, took our car to Wagner. Before heading over there for the initial estimate, I called ahead and explained that I am currently immune compromised due to cancer treatment (chemotherapy) and just wanted to make sure that they were following appropriate precautions (life in the time of COVID, am I right?). Well, let me tell you what, Rob Sr and his guys not only went above and beyond to help keep me safe, but they did a fantastic job on the car. For the estimate, he met me outside, wore a mask, maintained distance, went over how they would clean the car after finishing repairs, etc. He even had me open doors and refrained from touching anything while taking assessment pictures. When it came time to drop it off, he had paperwork ready and met me outside with it and a sanitized pen. When I went to pick up the vehicle, not only had they cleaned in there (I assumed he would just wipe down surfaces they touched and use the ionizer wed discussed) but they had essentially detailed the car! He even wiped my keys down with Lysol wipes one last time right before handing them to me. Not only did the car come back looking fantastic inside and out but I have literally never in my life dealt with a body shop that was as wonderfully respectful of my situation, communicative throughout the process, and did such a great job. If it were possible to give these guys more than 5 stars, I would. Stellar service all around.

I have had my vehicle worked on by Rob Wagner Auto Body a couple of times now. Each time the vehicle looked good as new after the repair. The Wagners are very detail oriented when it comes to the work they do. They will take the time to explain all of it to you, in detail, so that you know what is going to be done to your car. On one occasion I took my vehicle to another body shop for an estimate before going to Rob Wagner Auto Body. When I went to Wagner, their estimate came in higher, but they took the time to go through and compare the two estimates with me, showing me the differences in the work that would be performed. After reviewing the estimates with them, it was clear to me that the other shop was going to cut some corners that might result in a repair that I wouldnt be happy with, or might not last a long time. I went with Wagner and the resulting work was great. I felt that I could rest easy knowing the work was done properly, and that they would stand behind it. I highly recommend this body shop to anyone who cares about their vehicles being repaired the right way.

I know a lot of people here have written lengthy reviews so I dont need to repeat much of what has already been said except Rob and his crew are the absolute best. After wrecking my almost new car (unfortunately, my fault) and getting a very low estimate of damages from another shop, I was fortunate that shop couldnt take my car anytime soon so based on the reviews here and my daughters experience with some minor car damage, I went to Rob. As has been said throughout, Rob was thorough with his explanations and honest about everything (so refreshing). Even though my car ended up being with Rob for eight weeks, this was not his fault at all. He always kept me informed and was always willing to explain everything in detail if I wanted. I finally got my car back this week and I couldnt be more pleased. Everything was repaired perfectly. My initial repair estimate of $2300 actually ended up being around $13000 and Rob took care of every little thing, missing nothing. He dealt with the insurance company making sure my almost new car didnt get used parts, etc. He did everything perfectly. His work ethic, honesty, friendliness, and knowledge of his business really make him one of a kind. Though I hope I never have to use his services again, I would recommend him over and over again.11/1/2018: Well, I did have to use Robs services again. Im happy to say nothing has changed. 😀

The best by far among my 5 other Pittsburgh area shops used in my 70+ plus years of experience. Top quality and care. Got lucky in 1980s when I asked for a recommendation from a mechanic shop for body work and this shop was new. Never went anywhere else since for 7+ repairs - all great. Have had car dealers and other auto connected businesses ask who did the work after seeing the results themselves.Working with me now, Feb 2020, and they have spent hours with me and in bargaining with a huge insurance company that has gone literally insane about my expensive repair. I was even warned early on before filing my claim! Who to believe? This shop or the insurance company that lost 7 BILLION in 2016 and is losing market share from 2016 and 2017 rate hikes and dropping customer satisfaction ratings - see Crains Chicago Business web news and Nerd Wallet? Feels good to have the Wagners on your side.Only downside here is that the word is out and you may have to wait for them to get to your repair because of other customers in the queue.

Quoted me $3k to paint a hood. Left without a plan. They would rather let you walk away than work out some sort of deal. Disappointed.

Rob and his team always do an excellent job. You can depend on them keeping you completely informed throughout the entire process. In addition, they return the vehicle in like new condition. If doing right by the customer seems antiquated today’s world it’s just what rob Wagner auto body are seemingly trying to negate. Their concern is to do right by your and your vehicle. This type of customer service seems lost in every aspect of today’s economy. After years of trying, I finally landed my first 10 point buck... with my Nissan Titan. I had asked around for a good shop who would be able to take my truck in one of the busiest deer strike times of year. They thoroughly explained the tear down, supplements, paint, and gave me detailed answers to every question in between.I picked my truck up looking better than the day I bought it, detailed inside and out. I just had a trailer hitch installed, so nothing major. But the staff was very helpful and pointed out some things with my car that needed attention although few had anything to do with body work, so the motivation wasnt to try to get more money out of me. In fact, their prices were very reasonable for the work I had done.

Rob & Robert Jr. were a big help with my car after I was involved in an accident recently. They informed me of damage that was done to the car and what would be needed in terms of repairs. However when the car was found to have more significant damage Rob and his son explained why it would be unsafe to repair it. Thank you Rob and Rob Jr. for all of your help on this.

Rob is fantastic. I had fairly significant damage to my van and he was able to get me in for an estimate very quickly. He worked well with my insurance company to get the repairs paid and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. He and his son are both very friendly and knowledgeable and were honestly just a pleasure to work with. I will absolutely recommended them.

Exception work and service that goes well above and beyond the call of duty. Extremely impressed. Car looked better than the day I bought it and Rob could not have made the experience more painless.

Everyone was very experienced and courteous and they were able to accommodate my work schedule to get me in and out with as little interruption to my daily life as possible. The repairs are perfect and they were even able to remove some minor dings/dents/scratches from other areas of the vehicle without any charge or request from me. I gave this shop a try due to the great reviews on Google, Yelp, and Angies List. I had some scratches on my Audi; nothing major, but my car was almost brand new so I was anxious to get it back to its original shape.The service provided by Rob is nothing short of spectacular. Rob explained the entire process to me, did almost all of the work with the insurance company, set up my rental car, and kept me updated on the process and answered all my questions. He even gave me a lift to the shop to pick up my car when it was ready.I was a little anxious handing off my sensor-laden car to a non-Audi-affiliated shop, but Rob seemed very familiar with the requirements for working with the technology. He adhered to all of the guidelines for repair provided by Audi and drove my car to an Audi dealership to make sure that the new sensors were properly configured.The work performed was to my satisfaction, and my car was returned to me cleaner than it has every been since it left the showroom floor.While I hope to never need body work again, Id most certainly give Rob repeated business should the need arise.
