Friendly and explains everything well. Good service and doesnt rip you off.Ive had breaks and rotors installed, state inspection, and a tire repair completed there without any problems.I usually drop my car off and pick it up a few hours later.

Giving 3 stars at this time due to these factors:Lack Of CommunicationLack of preparednessLack of problem ownershipIt’s sad that I have to give this review especially on my first trip to Pinnacle but these issues will need addressed if this business wishes to keep receiving business from me. I made an appointment the day before my service and they were able to “get me right in” I was told it would be one hour but no work is to be done during lunch hour……… OkayI arrive at my appointment 10 mins before to avoid any interference with “lunch hour” wouldn’t want to interfere with lunch hour……I arrive and was told it would be 1hr to 3 hours. For brake pads and rotors(seemed a little extreme)I wait patiently for my vehicle only to receive no communication from anyone as to why my vehicle continues to sit in the bay with no work being done. I was able to over hear there was an issue with finding parts(brake pads and rotors), I would’ve thought the correct parts would be here before I arrive to appointment.As I continue to watch I see multiple individuals Non-working individuals leaning on my car. This is NOT your vehicle out of respect of other people’s property do not lean on it.I would have loved to use this place as my new car mechanic but I just can’t after what I have just experienced. I DO NOT NEED anything free, I need these issues addressed and resolved for your future customers.

I will not go anywhere else. Pinnacle mechanics are very knowledgeable. They get you in and out. Just like anything else it can sometimes be costly but Pinnacle has actually saved me money. I recently got brakes all the way around, oil change, and state inspection. I left a satisfied customer because I priced brakes and I actually paid less. Pinnacle is like a good bourbon. They give it to you straight no chaser. I dont know about you but thats how I like my bourbon.

I have been taking my car to Pinnacle for a very long time...I have always been treated with the absolute best customer care! They are always honest, and never try to sell me any services I don’t need. They are very nice to do business with! I HIGHLY recommend Pinnacle! $50 to mount and balance two tires. Insane ripoff. Beware.

A professional, family owned, competent, outgoing and friendly shop. They actually care and arent trying to make a quick dollar. Great communication and they never do anything without approval. Ive never felt pressured into a service that I didnt need and their workmanship, just like their public relations, are top notch!

I drove my car over to this business after work stating I had a hole in my tire. I was told it would need replaced so I immediately paid for it to be done. I was told that I would 100% have my vehicle back the next day after I stressed that I need my vehicle for work. They told me that a new tire would be delivered to the shop the next day because they didn’t have any in stock and so I said “I’ll be sure to grab it tomorrow after work.” They told me “we’ll be sure to give you a call letting you know what the combination is to the lockbox outside of our doors so you can get your keys.” Today, I got off of work early and I called them at 1:30 pm and they told me they haven’t received a tire yet and that they’ll give me a call when they’re finished. I never received that call and when I went up there, I seen my car in a bay with a brand new tire sitting right beside the wheel-well. This company should learn to be 100% more accurate when it comes to timing a job. Seeing that it was delivered and I never received a call and also the fact that I have no transportation to work because of this really ticks me off. For all of this trouble, I could have ordered the tired and put it on myself in 20 minutes rather than waiting 24+ hours to have it installed. They looked me in the eyes and lied to me and all of that just for a tire? I wouldn’t be as frustrated if I didn’t have to drive to work. They are supposed to be professionals. Very unreliable and I would recommend taking your petty repairs elsewhere.

Needed a tire replaced, they did an excellent job. It seems to me that all the bad reviews are with people in denial when their cars are in need of repair and then they have a charge for the repair. Every repair mentioned seems to be a reasonable repair for a car that is not new. What do these people expect when their car needs to be repaired and a part is needed; free service? I was called before the additional repair was made, so what is the problem. Anyway, they were very upfront and I did need to have an air filter replaced. They called me to let me know in advance with the charge would be, and I said yes go ahead. So whats with these negative reviews. AND they were kind enough to show me the older part that was replaced & it was obvious that a replacement filter was needed in addition to replacing the tire that Id come in for. Honestly, they tell you the costs before they do the work, so these people with their negative reviews could have just gone somewhere else for a second opinion and obviously did not I really find the negative reviews to be so ill-informed and petty that I laughed at them. I now need an inspection, so Im gonna call these guys because guess what - they are RELIABLE and HONEST & the last time I was there, they did a great job.

If you feel like wasting your time and money be my guess... I called before I took my car to these guys and asked every question if they would do to my car and they said “yea we can do that for you” come to find out they don’t listen to you or the problems they just want the sell... so maybe if u have a small problem like windshield wipers are replacing a battery (which you can go to advanced auto to buy and they will install for you for free) they’re your guys

They took very good care of me and was very professional. I will be letting everyone I know to go see them guys up there. I cant thank yinz enough for what yinz did for me today. With that being said please if you have any vehicle issues go up to here you wont be disappointed.

Horrible! Scam artist. Took it in for inspection bill came to 1500. When I said I didn’t have enough to get all that work done he said I could pass on paying for half of his recommendations. One of which, was fixing my “oil leak” and that my oil pan was cracked but I had just gotten an oil change the day before so I told him Id go back to Valvoline to see if they messed something up. Went to Valvoline next day they informed me my oil was perfectly fine, there was no crack, and they changed my broken tail light for free because somehow the inspection guy managed to oversee something I actually needed.They also charge $60 for a diagnostic test when Golf down the street does that for free.

Stopped in for a price on tires for my Cavalier. After getting a quote I did a little shopping around, found a cheaper price, and these guys stuck by their word and beat it by a good bit. Also had some brake work done. No complaints. Nice guys, quality service, and best of all, low prices. Definitly recommend.

I have been going to Pinnacle Auto for about a year now.. unfortunately quite frequently because my car has been hating my life lately. This garage and all the employees are wonderful. They work with you to get the most convenient appointment schedule for you, and quickly. As a single female going into a garage- I never feel like I am being scammed, I always call around to other garages and back home to my mechanic friends to make sure I am always getting the best price and Pinnacle Auto Service has always done that on the first quote (if not lower than all other places) All the gentleman there are extremely friendly and helpful. They recommended me to change my car battery 4 years ago. They even told me that battery would last not more than 3 months. I was scared but I didn’t buy a new battery. My car kept running until last week with the same battery. I suggest people not to believe this money suckers. Worst place for auto repairs and services.

I have been going here longer than i have been married, over 25 years!!! I can not begin to sing the praises of this small business. First and foremost, always helpful, always friendly, and always get us in and out in a timely fashion.Price, try finding a better one...we have ZERO complaints about what we have paid!I tell everyone I know about these guys. I wouldnt take our vehicles anywhere else. They offer flex pay which is so awesome when you dont have the cash on hand for a hefty repair, or want to use a credit card.This is a class act!

Tried to scam me out of 800$ for a 61$ job... The staff is racist and manipulative, Ill fight one these guys if I see them outside of the shop! By the way my problem was fixed within 30 minutes including tow time,, with no problem... The other mechanics from the other shop though I made this Story up about how they tried to tell me they had to break bolts on my tire just to get it fixed!! Your a clown... And (I) and only me, decided to remove my car from your lot... Involve the police.,, because Ive already involved the BBB,, your racist and thats a fact!! Punk!! I wouldn’t recommend any one of y’all to go there for any service. This peoples are doing fraud. Making their costumer fool. I changed all four of my tires here and I also had warranty for 40,000 miles but all of my tires fade out in few months it wasn’t even been 20,000 miles yet. I went back in their shop and talked to them about it but they start saying it. It wasn’t their fault it’s all my fault I wasn’t being careful with my car. They also said I was supposed to move front tires to back and back tires to front but when I asked my dealer about that they said I do not need to do that. Everyone think they used used tires on my car. Horrible place I ever been to.

My cars check engine light came back on and they fixed it again no charge. They drove me home while it was being repaired and then had a mechanic pick me back up at home after it was fixed. That is the service you have to appreciate.

I went to this place for an oil change and why I was there I had a front wheel alignment and very nice and clean place and people that really wanted to help you in any all of your automobile needs. Ill be back

Got me in and out for an inspection on short notice without any issues.

Never again for these guys. I had a Cadillac and everytime I took my vehicle to them it was something else wrong they replaced tire rods and tire censors I was charged over 200 bucks for a censor that never got fixed. Then my power steering leaks when I got it back. I traded the car in it got so bad. Then I have a mountaineer that got a new ac entire unit installed. I was charged over 1200 dollars and it is still broken I took it to them twice to fix it..

Horrible took my sons Chevy Cruze there for check engine light and rough idle, had been previously scanned and pinnacle autos diagnosis did not match the other 3 which were all identical, next rude as rude as can be, next quote me one price I call back they say never told you that number for one of the two things they say was wrong and of course there 2 nd quote was higher, they said main problem was mass air flow sensor problem, wrong clearly shows when you touch the end of the pvc on top of the head it stalls so clearly after watching numerous videos with mechanics this becomes a issue at his mileage,, next of course nothing is covered by insurance warranty, then final issue we pay for a wrong diagnosis and go out to start car it’s dead, what the hell did they do, at there reviews and ratings they clearly won’t be in business long if so I would recommend you don’t take your car to them, there customer service rep at desk is as rude as they come . 1 star, your lucky I gave you that

This is a family owned and run business. I have been bringing my vehicles here for years and have never been disappointed, over charged etc. The owners take pride in their family business and it reflects in the work ethnic of them and their service techs.

I sent my gf to get our car inspected. She told me They failed us because of bumper mount( which is not a thing) and a tie rod. So i called to ask about the failed bumper mount then he change his story to reinforment bar being rotted out. I then ask how can you check the reinforment bar without taking the bumper cover off. Believe it or not no answer was provided. Unfortunately for them ive been a licensed mechanic for over 4 years now and let it go because of sympathy for other mechanics but after reading so many reviews similar to mine, im thinking i should call the auditor because this dishonest work make it hard for us responsible mechanics. You guys should be ashamed i read one review saying u failed someone for a cabin filter which is not part of the safety or emissions inspection. Oh by the way my tie rods greased and rubber boot intact there absolutely no shaking but yet failed inspection smh

5 years ago a mechanic got into an accident while driving my vehicle from their front parking lot to their rear parking lot. The SUV was totalled, and while it still runs, Ill never be able to repair the damage since its an 80s vehicle. Previous to this it was a California vehicle with no rust or other body damage. I got insurance money, but it was a huge pain that still annoys me to this day (because I still own the vehicle).

Took my car in to get inspected. Had it tuned up at another shop in my home town and they took care of a few problems and assured it would pass inspection without anything else repaired. Pinnacle took advantage of me for being a young woman that doesnt know much about cars. After all was said and done my bill was almost $400. When i told my last mechanic about this he tried calling them himself to get some answers for me. He spoke with the manager for about 5 seconds before he was hung up on. Dont ever go here.. they simply run a shady business.

They are very friendly, they took my car immediately and fixed it in 24 hours. At my last mechanic, I had to wait​ two weeks for an appointment, and it takes five to ten days to get my car back. However... this place is very expensive!!!
