Took my car in for a track day inspection. Service staff was helpful, informative and transparent in time to complete inspection. Inspection took less time than forecast which was nice.In addition, sales staff was engaging while I waited even though it was pretty clear I was not in the market for a new car at the time, which made my visit that much more enjoyable.

Got a CPO Macan Turbo from them through internet in November. Love the car, but still can not get the license plate in Texas due to their continuously mis-handling the documents. Dealership in Houston can not honor my Macan as CPO due to their internal confusion of open recall. Can not get a copy of services record even I repeatedly request. My patient went thin after 5 months and considering all options.Update 6/2: on 5/3, a: I received the full maintenance report. b: Since the part need for the recall is not available, I am waiting to hear back form Porsche Deanship in Texas; nevertheless, I bought this car in November 2020, and the recall was issued in April 2021, the CPO status should be registered way back. c: I was informed the documents was delivered to DMV and should be done around 5/20. Surely everyone is on DMVs mercy but as 5/26, nothing is registered under my name and now I revived action needed note form the the lender . In summery, one star is a kind evaluation for this experience.

Our salesman and the finance guy were great during the process! However, the vehicle we purchased was not detailed prior to us picking it up. I found garbage and socks in the back seat the next day when looking through the car. When I reached out and mentioned it, I was told they would see what they could do. That was over one month ago and I still havent heard from anyone. This is the 1st Porsche we have purchased and sadly have been disappointed with the overall experience. There has been no follow up from anyone at the dealership about anything. We have purchased 2 high end SUVs in the past and experienced excellent service before, during and after the purchase (with everyone from sales to the service department.*EDITED* Jason reached out and took care of us/our Cayenne. He went above and beyond, meeting me to pick up the vehicle then returned it the next day. The Cayenne looked great after being detailed! I highly recommend Jason to anyone who goes to Porsche Pittsburgh!!!!

I am genuinely impressed with the service and attentiveness of the sales manager Joe and of Marty a member of the sales team.This will be my first purchase of the Porsche brand, and I had initially started my search at another dealer.That experience at the other dealer was very poor, and I was going to pass altogether until a friend had mentioned how great Joe the sales manager was to work with.Joe was prompt in his replies, didn’t add salesman fluff, and when he couldn’t find the exact car I wanted, offered to order a new car to get the exact details I was looking for.When I arrived for my appointment, Joe took the time to walk through the floors of the showroom to help solidify my choices, and then introduced me to Marty to take it from there.Marty took me to their design room to make final selections and see physical samples of interior options, paint choices, and all the little details all the while showing a virtual demo on their big screen to see the choices in real time to ensure those were the options I wanted. We confirmed the details, and submitted the order that day.Long story short: Porsche Pittsburgh =Great people, that worked out a fair deal, and made me feel like I was the most important client in the moment. My only complaint is I wish they provided a worse experience because my future car purchases can only go down from here.I made the drive from the Washington DC area to this Pittsburgh store in July to make my first ever car purchase, Michael was transparent and responsive not only when I contacted him to inquire about the purchase, but has been a great lifeline for the 3 months following my purchase as we tied up the final loose ends that were agreed upon in the purchase contract.Upon my arrival from DC it was smooth sailing from the moment I walked in the door. Was able to get my service done on my 2015 Porsche Cayman S using online scheduling. I got a loaner and service department did phenomenal job with my vehicle. Car actually sounds better now than it did when it was brand new.

As a veteran of the Porsche Audi scene and a former PCA chapter board member, I knew what I wanted before I fired up my computer. I found my car and Jake from Auto Palace via Car Gurus. However, recently I have been tired of dealing with car dealership Fudds who really dont care about how your transaction goes down. Especially here in the Tri-State area the complacency of the old guard is prevalent. I had called a few dealerships about ordering a car but it the lack of willingness to help (days to get back info, slow to return calls, no idea how to use a computer, etc). It was the old school Porsche sales guy that was operating in the new age. So when I found my car, by accident (how often do you find a car on the lot that was the same as the one you configured online) at Auto Palace I emailed them to inquire about the car. Jake was the one who initially emailed me back, but I was waiting to hear back from one more local guy and I did not want to be rude to him so I backed away for a few days. When that didnt pan out I looked on Auto Palaces web page and read Jakes bio. Full disclosure I did think wow this guy is pretty young, I wonder how this will go down. Let me tell you Jake is the consummate professional. To make a long story short Jake and his team are the real deal. There was ZERO pressure, he knows the car like teen knows his iPhone and he was refreshingly enthusiastic about his job and his prospects in the car industry. Since I was flying in to drive the car home, everything had to go down clean. Jake made sure ON HIS DAY OFF to make sure of this. On the delivery day Jake collected me from the Pittsburgh airport and drove me to the dealership. It was refreshing in this day and age for a guy my age to interact with a young guy who has his act buttoned up so well. I wish him well. Anyway I was at the dealership about 40 minutes and I was on my way home. Great transaction and my next Porsche I will be looking up Jake Dunks-Campbell.
