They are rude and I will never set foot in that store again. There are plenty of other places to purchase beads. I will certainly be sure to patron other more accommodating stores.

A wonderful bead shop and the best I have found here in Pittsburgh. Emma, the manager is very helpful and very nice. Very good selection of findings (in precious metals and base metals). Nice selection of semi-precious stones and a very wide variety of seed beads and other glass beads. They have some trade beads and brass beads from Africa which is nice to find here in Pittsburgh.Truly a rainbow of color options. And they have a many options of stringing materials, satin, leather, suede and chains. Happy shopping and happy creating!

Lots to choose from, very friendly staff

I enjoyed my time there. The clerk was very knowledgeable about the stones and inventory, wether they had certain items or types of stone beads. I was able to sit and do research on what I was looking for also.

Beautiful store with so many options and it is also pretty well priced. The quality of everything was great too. The only draw back was that the customer service left a lot to be desired. I asked questions to the staff and received minimal help and it lead me to buying the wrong jump rings for my project which is aggravating. The rest of my experience was good though!

It has a lot of assortments of tools which was cool but the beads and crystals were way over priced. Also the items aren’t neatly labeled with a price. However the customer service was great and it’s dog friendly!

Nice variety of the ever popular two hole seed beads and shapes such as kheops, crescents, tilas, half tilas, bars, triangles, rullas, lentils, super duos, mini duos, daggers, honeycombs, diamonds, silkies, and more. Many different metal components, chain, clasps, stampings, and various findings, both in base metals and precious metals. Huge selection of the common Czech glass as well the more unique styles. Small selection of Lucite flowers. Assortment of buttons, both Czech and German styles. Decent selection of Swarovski crystals in the common staples if rounds, bicones, Marguerites, rivolis, cushions, stones, and chatons of the larger sizes. Some vintage. They also carry a nice selection of thread, wire, and tassels. A nice (although) small selection of higher quality gemstones and a decent selection of regular gemstones and pearls. They offer many extraordinary classes and often do trunk shows which I highly recommend. Prices are very reasonable, especially compared to other shops Ive bought from. If you cant find something here, then, youre in the wrong field! 😂
