I love this place, the only place I go for all my beauty need and I live across town.

Found some hair at a good price.

You can get what you need but they have SO much stuff you can get overwhelmed. Make sure you get what you went in there first or you will forget.

Customer service is not adequate or appropriate. I heard the owner yelling at someone on the phone cause they had called a couple of times in a row. They know blacks will spend money on beauty. So they could care less about showing appreciation

Needs to have a bathroom

You can only try on 3 wigs. All the wigs smell because they burn incense. Staff was barely helpful. Never going back

Friendly and Helpful. This is my favorite beauty supply in the Pittsburgh area the whole staff is ways so genuinely nice! And I love the supply of hair they have. Ill happily drive from the East End or North Side to visit them or their sister store on the Southside.

I have been coming here for years. I use to come from Beaver County. Now I live in the city. But they have came down on their prices and the selection is really good. I recommend their store. The workers are really friendly!!

May 27,2017 I literally just walked out. Im from Memphis and this is the worst customer service Ive ever seen in a beauty supply store. Thats the problem now people dont know how to run a business. Ill happily spend my money at Sisters. Only drove from Moon Township just because of word of mouth.Never again.. I wouldnt rate a 1 need a 0 rating.

Very clean and great location. The only problem I have is, if you are a wig wearer, you must pay $1 for a wig cap for each wig you try on. Example. If you try on 10 wigs, you must buy 10 wig caps. REALLY!!!!!

I have been going here for 2 years now and I have never had a bad visit the hair is quality and it also is affordable I love the variety of oils as well they have a lot for dreads.

The selection could be better. Compared to buying products online its very expensive. For instance a product I bought online for $4.50 they charged $8.00 for. Also a wig I paid $23.00 online for was $56.00 they price gouge the community in which they serve which is a low income community already. I think thats sad. Also it took 12 minutes just to get a worker to assist me. In such a little store that is unacceptable.

Need to be more helpful with guess and nice to ALL GUEST ! bad customer services and should hire more people to work if they are in need of help ! Also more space would be helpfull . OH YEA prices are too damn high !
