This review is for Margo Burdette at the South Hills location. In the past she helped me with smaller purchases such as draperies and accessories. Recently I refurnished my living room. Margo always gave me advice on how to keep all of my rooms cohesive. I appreciate her opinions, and felt more confident having professional advice when making decisions. She never pressured or rushed me. Ethan Allen has great quality and durability. In the past it was Made in America. The 5 year protection plan is a great way to protect your investment. I will continue to work with Margo as I work to perfect the interior design throughout my home.

So pleased with my living room update with a new setee, couch, rug, lamp and waiting on an end table that I just ordered. My furniture is so unique and fits my design taste perfectly and Margo was so helpful in finalizing the fabric selections, accent pillows and other design details that I had not considered.My purchases exceeded my expectations and I am so pleased with the final results

Rachel made it easy to place our order and kept us updated on the status of our delivery. Our chairs were delivered earlier than expected and the delivery arrangements went smoothly.

Margo Burdette is an outstanding designer. She easily chose paint colors, dramatic wall covering for the powder room, fabrics and chair for the master bedroom, grass wall covering for one area in living room, sofa fabric for den, and window treatment for den. We purchased a new home in Hastings and now it looks like a show piece in which every room flows and is interesting. I have worked with designers in the past, but Margo is exceptional! She understands the clients needs and likes. We are so grateful for Margo Burdette and Ethan Allen designs.

While looking for furniture for our family room we met Rachael. She took time to understand what our needs were. The room was small and had a difficult layout for furniture. She came to our home to see it and then created several floor plan options. She helped us in choosing furnitureto fit the space and in our preferred style. She also suggested paint colors for multiple rooms to make our home feel more modern and welcoming. The colors are neutral in tone and flow nicely from room to room. We are extremely happy with the new wall colors and are looking forward to getting our new furniture. We highly recommend Rachael!

We recently purchased a Miller Rustic Dining Table. Rachel was very helpful, bringing samples of the various leg and top options, to match with our existing kitchen. I recently had the pleasure of bringing my 90 year old Mother to Ethan Allen for our first visit. We were greeted warmly and given the opportunity to browse in leisure. Mom indicated that she would like to see a smaller sofa without welting. The team of people at Ethan Allen, the receptionist, the Manager, and designer Rachel Pirolli ALL helped Mom to find THE perfect sofa!Rachel then helped her select the most beautiful fabric for it, along with the wooden legs and stain color. The designer Rachel gave Mom all the information and assurance that she needed to know when her new sofa would be on the way! Rachel let her know she would be out to her home to see where the new sofa would be and to help with any placement or logistics issues. She also offered to help her with other design work. Mom is very pleased with the purchase and especially the service we received during this process.She was so amused she said, “I came into Ethan Allen to look around and left with a beautiful sofa!”She is considering a new bed next!Can’t wait to work with Rachel Pirolli again!Thank you!

I recently purchased a bookcase and chest from the Pittsburgh Ethan Allen. I was fortunate enough to get a fantastic designer because all decisions were made over the phone. Another wonderful experience with Nancy ODell! Ive worked with Nancy for about 10 years, first with a suburban house and now a small city condo. She has been extremely helpful in guiding my choices to find the best options *for me* rather than pushing the latest or most expensive trends (something Ive experienced at other retailers). Nancy really takes the time to understand what I need -- and how each purchase will work with what I already have. This is so helpful in a small space where every item must do double-duty and storage is a must. I highly recommend her whether you need a little or a lot of help!

The design services we have received from Nancy ODell have been outstanding. Nancy responded quickly to our request for help with arranging existing furniture and adding pieces to fit the spaces that we had no clue how to fill when we moved into our new town house. In addition, Nancy chose colors to paint each area that have a spectacular effect! Once the furniture was arranged with new pieces added and the painting was finished, Nancy followed through with helping us hang art work and arrange accessories. We are totally thrilled with the end results! The house feels comfortable and reflects our preferences. I would recommend Nancy ODell highly; she is excellent!

We purchased 2 couches, 2 chairs, a bench, 2 side tables, kitchen table with 6 seats, and various accessories and lamps from Margo at this location. She was fine, but I wouldnt purchase from her again. She chose leather seats for our kitchen table which I questioned as we have 2 cats. She assured me the leather is durable and would hold up. If something did happen from the cats, she sold me on the Guardsman protection plan and specifically told me they would cover it. Of course it has puncture marks and surprise Guardsman does not cover any animal damage.

My home is probably over 90% Ethan Allen product. I love the look and having the ability to find everything from case goods to the smallest accessory. I am most impressed with the large selection of custom art and the ability choose the size that fits best for my individual space. I feel the quality received for the reasonable price is outstanding and also Nancy ODell, my designer, and all of the staff in the Pittsburgh area provide a very pleasant, easy experience. I was shopping on line at Ethan Allen and could not determine the stain for a bed I wanted to match other items I already had. I called Ethan Allen Store on Washington Road, Pittsburgh, because I live two and one half hours away. Rachel Pirolli was able to quickly help me and I ordered the bed thru Rachel. She continued to contact me via e-mails with updates on the progress of my order. The bed was delivered and is a perfect match. Rachel was very helpful and I would not hesitate to order anything from Ethan Allen thru her again. Thank you Rachel for making my online experience so easy.
