I recently purchased a used CTS that I found online at this dealership. My overall experience was one of the best Ive ever had at a dealership... My Sales Rep. Jim Gaydos was very responsive and did everything he could to help me I felt. He was genuine and to the point. The vehicle of my interest was newly received and not as detailed as I would have liked on the inside, but this was my only complaint per say but I dont think I gave them much time to do so and it didnt stop me from making my purchase! Everything went so smoothly and I would definitely return in the future! Thank you for a great experience!!
This place is horrible. I purchased a 2020 Escalade here about a year ago and the service has been horrible. I dropped my car off for service on a Tuesday and it is now Friday and I have heard absolutely nothing. If you call the service department, they hang up on you. When you finally get a hold of someone, they tell you they will call you back and they never do. When I purchased the car, I was told that my car would always be picked up and delivered to me when it needs service. That does not happen either. I would never buy another Cadillac. You receive much better service with other dealerships.
When you look up excellence in the dictionary you will find Rohrich Cadillac. My car buying experience was top notch and the service over the past 4 years outstanding. Not once, did they ever take advantage of me (many others have), it was the opposite, we have you covered. I almost went to Detroit to buy my car, because my experience with all the other Cadillac dealerships in Pittsburgh was so disappointing. This dealership and service department will make you feel like your number one and they will never take for granted, you as a customer. Service Excellence at its BEST!!
This was the best car buying experience weve ever had. We stopped by Rohrich without an appointment and were greeted warmly by the receptionist. The receptionist made the introduction to one of their salesman. Our salesman Michael Nista legitimately seemed interested in our vehicle needs and he went over the cars features and demo d how they work. Both the car and the salesman impressed. We made the decision to buy and he assisted in getting us a car that met our needs. We had pre-arranged financing with our local bank but their finance manager Tiffany was able to provide better rates from the same bank we planned on using. This was the first time weve left a dealership where we thought the dealer had our best interest in mind. An overall great experience.
They are the worst people to get service from. They lie just charge you more money for things you dont need. If your smart you wont go to them. They arent like they use to be years ago..get your vehicle services from another dealer.

Definitely cannot recommend. Made an appointment to have my car serviced while I wait and then they told me that the only way they could do it was if I left it overnight and that whoever booked my appointment booked it incorrectly that I agreed to leave it. Betsy on the phone told me theres nothing they can do for some reason they cannot switch it to allow me to wait for my vehicle. After my review the owner sent me an email and said someone would contact me and they did so within an hour or so only to tell me the same thing that theres nothing they could do. Then he went on to tell me that diagnosing my air conditioning not working could take 6 hours as if I was born yesterday. He tried to assure me that theres no way I could have ever arrived at 9:45 a.m. had my oil changed and had my air conditioning diagnosed in the same day.Ive had positive experiences in the past so Im not going to say this is the worst place ever but I feel slighted as regular customer and I will take my business elsewhere moving forward.
Worst mistake was buying a car from these people. I had an accident after two months of having the car I was hit by a drunk driver. Tese epolle treated and yelled at me like I was child being scilded. The never sent my title to the DMV like they were supposed to. The car was still registered to the previos owner and now I have not gotten a new car because of this mistake. I will never do business with this dealer ever again and never would I recommend any one else to purchase a vehicle from yhis dealer. Now they are avoiding my calls and wont return any of my calls. They never sent off my title and the truck was still registered to rpevious owner,bought the truck May 25th 2021 and the bank still does not have the title. Rorich did not want to own up to their mistake so now they are avoiding my calls.

I went to purchase a CTS in 2019 for my birthday. Never heard from my salesman for months. I called to cancel the car and low and behold I get a call back that my car is in. I was so mad. Then after I decided to take the car the Blonde sales lady accuses me of having an affair because I didnt want my phone paired. Ive never been so insulted.My personal advice is go to Bariel and buy your car.However the service department seems great.
I have a 2013 Cadillac CTS. Every problem i encounter with this car becomes a bigger problem trying to deal with service department. When I bought my car I was assured I could have pick up and delivery service now they will not provide that service. I am unable to talk to a mechanic the whole experience has been disappointing. Think twice before u purchase from Rorhich, the sales dept great but service is poor! Like my Aunt I am thinking about buying a Mercedes for my next car!

Beware Please have already gotten your car checked before going I had an insurance claim that took over 35 days basically two months to repair within those two months I ended up happening to replace a computer chip module $4000 on my car in the middle of a pandemic after losing my job up until this point they were not willing to accommodate me with a rental just be aware of extra cautious and be very pacific with them also they shuttled me And a utility truck which usually they don’t shuttle their Cadillac customers paying customers and that but that’s what they shuttled me in and I watch them shuttle others and a shuttle van my friend who works for them let me be aware of that they also lost my keys for a little while while my car was in their care so please be precise and be aware that they are color blind when it comes to certain things being done you will be shuttled in a utility truck make sure you read your reviews I had a horrible time It made me never want to deal with the dealership again like they’re scammers so when you go there make yourself be noticed because they will act like they do not see u there they are colorblind

Performed warranty replacement of CUE computer screen that developed mysterious internal cracking. They ordered the replacement and installed with no problems. Its working fine now. Hope it wont be repeated. Warranty is the key!
I will NOT return to this Cadillac dealership due to the fear of what unnecessary repairs I may be charged for.On 7/30/2020, I brought my Cadillac CTS for a check engine light diagnosis. A few days later, I was told that the cars transmission would need replaced or overhauled.The tech claimed that the transmission fluid was dark and contained metal shavings. Rohrich Cadillac recommended bringing the car to a transmission repair shop as the dealership did not have a transmission expert in house. Refer to the picture of the Rohrich invoice.The following week, I brought the car to a transmission repair shop which indicated that the transmission was running perfect with no issues. They noted that the reason for the check engine light was a faulty alternator. Refer to transmission repair shop invoice.I replaced the alternator and the car is running great. The incompetence of the Rohrich Service department and/or Techs should scare anyone reading this review.What mistakes are made by this service department and how routine is it to charge for mistakes? Unnecessary services?Rohrich, you may want to re-train your techs and service shop.

Great experience, great people! Leasing my new Cadillac was a seamless process with Rohrich. Everyone went above and beyond to earn my business and I couldnt be more impressed with the high level of customer service that was provided to me. Karen (Finance Manager) and Marc (Sales Manager) were wonderful, they made the entire process so easy and took great care of me. Kevin Marn is without a doubt one of the best sales people I have ever worked with. He is always available through phone call, text, or e-mail to answer any questions or assist wherever he can. He put zero pressure on me to make a decision and worked with me over the course of three months, before I made a decision. He took great care of me and literally got me everything I needed and requested before, during, and after the sale. Even after the sale, he has followed up and assisted my girlfriend with finding a new car at another Rohrich Dealership. Everyone at this dealership, especially Kevin, Marc, and Karen truly demonstrate great customer service and a high level of professionalism. A most discourteous Service Experience at Rohrich Cadillac!!I arrived at Rohrich for my scheduled oil change and was checked-in by service attendant ME, who processed my initial paperwork and sent me to the waiting room. Moments later, ME came to me and told me that my Premium Care package had expired and that I was not covered under the policy. I explained to ME that I confirmed with the scheduler that my 2017 Premium CTS was still covered after confirming with the agent that the vehicle mileage was less than 50,000 miles, and therefore still qualified for Premium Care service. I explained to ME, that believing this information was accurate and would be honored, I arrived at Rohrich for this service.ME suggested we discuss this matter with THE SERVICE MANAGER so we stepped into his office to describe the situation. To my astonishment, THE SERVICE MANAGER, without pause or consideration, gruffly informed me that he had no responsibility for the erroneous information provided by the scheduling agent and that the scheduled service would NOT be considered under Premium Care. Furthermore, THE SERVICE MANAGER dismissed me without even a feigned attempt of an apology, or explanation to a valued Rohrich customer.Having spent many years as an executive of a Fortune 500 company and now being a business owner, I am perplexed how someone with the title of SERVICE MANAGER, especially at a supposedly prestigious dealership, could have the luxury of having no responsibility for the erroneous information provided to a valued customer, and making no attempt to make things right? My career would have been very abrupt should I have ever behaved in such a manner.....and I did not work in the service industry!This poor customer experience @ Rohrich was preceded months earlier by a similar unsatisfactory service event, where my CTS was brought in for repair of wheel and tire damage. On this occasion my vehicle was kept in the garage for 5 full days, during which time I was denied a loaner vehicle, being given an explanation that no loaner vehicles were currently available, though my Premium Care was fully valid during that time.Perhaps others have had a similar experience?? Perhaps its a matter that I purchased my vehicle from Bowser, who fled the South Hills without notification, and, in fact, under the cover of darkness. I find the entire Cadillac experience to be a huge disappointment!#NEVER AGAIN @ Rohrich Cadillac

Ken Goldberg was more than helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process. I had specific requirements for my new car and Ken made the ordering process smooth and seamless. He was knowledgeable about his products, and was quick to get detailed information on my bizarre questions he didnt immediately have answers for (finding out the protective paint sealant was Teflon based).I would gladly recommend anyone interested in a new vehicle to Ken and Rohrich Cadillac!
I brought my car in for service and the service technician driving my car was not wearing a mask. I asked him when he got out (to deliver my car to me) why he was not wearing a mask, he rudely said I don’t wear masks. This leads me to believe that some technicians in the back are not wearing a mask either. I find this unacceptable in the middle of a pandemic and will most definitely never buy a car here or bring my car in for service again.
Had another great experience with the service department at Rohrich. The check in process was seamless I spent less than hour in their waiting lounge/cafe when I was interupted by the service manager advising me that my service was finished and my spotless vehicle was returned to me and off I went.
Staff were courteous and professional. The repairs were done properly the first time and care was taken not to damage my car. Also, the individual(s) who performed the Blue Coral Appearance Treatment/Detailing of my car used care and did an excellent job.

When I was looking to purchase a previously owned Cadillac,Rohrich was the 3rd dealership I had visited. I did like the vehicles at the other dealerships especially Cochran. The only reason I chose Rohrich was the location. I did not realize when I purchased the vehicle it was driven hard, I thought I was purchasing a luxury vehicle! Soon as I purchased said vehicle I had to bring it in for repairs!

To me, this is the most wonderful service providers that I have ever encountered. They are so kind, exceptional treat to me as a customer. I have never had to go back to have a auto service redone, I never had to request for to speak to the specialist who is in charge of any department, nor the owner. Once you arrive you meet with your customers service provider, he had always greeted me with kindness, a warm hello and how can I help you if he didnt already know. Tells what it will take to get your car repaired, how much time it will take, will call you with a price, or what is needed, how much time it will take and will call you when I can pick my car up. They will provide a loaner car if needed no charge to you. You must understand theirs rules. I give Rohrich Cadillac an A-Plus in all areas of service. My husband also got his car at Rorchich Cadillac after he observed the service I got. I am a very very picky person, I want the best of everything at the very best price, kindness, professional services and I will speak my mind when I am not treated fair. I have never had to do this at Rorchich Cadillac. Dave is my go service provider.

Went in for a simple oil change. Im a gear head who is very picky about his car. Ive been relocated to the city in a small apartment with no tools so I cant do any work on the car myself. The shop took me 15 minutes early, was done in less than an hour and even washed my pride and joy. Friendly staff, comfy waiting area, great service. As long as Im in Pittsburgh, they will have my business.

Bernie was so nice to my husband and I right from the start. He had no problem with understanding how busy our lives were and that we needed to come to the dealership separately without our children. He picked up right away that the purchase of the car was extremely important to both of us even though my husband did most of the interaction and dealing. Bernie absolutely cared about how I felt and that I had everything I needed and all of the information I needed. Bernie even took the time to go over all of the features of the car with each of us separately, again, we couldnt get there together.Bernie has committed to me that if I would like to come back at any time to review all of the features, he would be happy to do this and would take as long as I need.I love my new Cadillac. I have wanted one for a long time, but Bernie took our experience to a new level, that having a new Cadillac isnt just about the car, it is also about the experience and the service, topping it all off.

I am now about to incur my 3rd trip to get my car repaired. The 1st visit, the part was not in stock (understandable I guess). My next visit, I waited over 2 hours for the technician to install a power door lock assembly. The car was finally returned to me as fixed; however, when I got home, I discovered that the related lock/unlock button on the door handle did not function. I guess it is too much to expect the technician to check the repair (and all affected systems) as operable before he returned to me as fixed. I now have to go back again to try and get it really fixed. Very, very disappointing for a supposedly renowned Cadillac dealer.

Customer Service ABUSE. Please go to any other Cadillac dealer in the Pittsburgh area. Rohrich has given Cadillac a terrible name and I will never give these horrible people my business or money again. We previously lived outside of the Pittsburgh area but moved here and started getting our vehicle serviced there. Never had any issues until 10 days after our warranty expired. They continuously told us they couldn’t help us because we didn’t purchase our Cadillac there, no loaner car, no good faith courtesy on the warranty expiring, etc. Also made us wait a MONTH until they could look at our vehicle. Told us we’d owe $120 an hour until they knew what the problem was. After 2 hours and $240 later with no diagnosis, we called Cadillac customer service who basically told Rohrich to fix the issue. They fixed THAT issue but when we picked it up there was no heat, no heated seats, and no working radio. LOL! They told us we brought it in like that. FALSE! These people are horrible, and I hope this review prevents someone else from being abused by Rohrich.
Great service very stress free
This was our first experience buying from Rohrich, although my parents and brother-in-law purchased their cadillacs from them.Tony was very easy and great to work with, he explained everything and answered all of our questions.The only complaint Id have was he forgot to contact my insurance company as he not only told us, but the lady in the finance department that he would, when we signed all of the paper work that he would take care of it. We found out a month later that he didnt when we contacted our insurance company to check on it, because we didnt receive any info from them on it. We thought we didnt receive or hear anything from them because of the holidays, but it turns out that Tony didnt contact them. This oversight didnt cause a problem,so no harm no foul. Anyone can make a mistake.Other than that Tony was great to work with,and Id recommend him and Rohrich to anyone. We love the car, and enjoy driving it. Thank you and we would surely do business again.

The service was pretty good. My DTS has more power than it did before, however immediately upon departing the service center I noticed that the rear shocks/struts must be broken or something because now when I hit a pothole or any street deviation, it feels like Im about to thrown out my seat. Literally. Im not saying they did any thing intentionally, but my car DID NOT do or feel like that before I got the service done there.
