Really sorry you closed your store in the Galleria South Hills.I was in the store at least once a week, the chocolates are top of the line, the employees in this location were great. No way I can get to Ross Park Mall! The selection at Macys is limited, I have the Godiva Xmas bear from every year (except the year you had a recall and none were available in the States). Ill have to order on line as I did in 2018, not the way I like to shop. Maybe you could open a store in South Hills Village, they need agood candy store!!!!

Godiva. Chocolate., what else is there to say?! We love this place and their chocolates, my favorite is the dipped strawberries. We are not fortunate enough to have a store close to where we live but do visit as often as we can or order online.

Came in to buy yummy chocolate. I paid cash. Was .12 short and the friendly employee said dont worry about it. He never put the 20$ in the cash register either....lol.

Oh the chocolate was so good! Since it was the weekend before Mothers Day they were giving out free samples. Not sure if they do this all the time but oh my goodness they were so good!

My husband and I were in on 5/28/19, in the evening and had a wonderful first experience at Godiva. The woman working there was welcoming, informative, and helpful. Her smile just begged us to come in and am so glad we did. I told her I love mint and she made excellent suggestions without being pushy. She shared info on membership and explained all the benefits. She also knew all of the products very well. Wheather they know it or not, Godiva really is in the business of people and not chocolate. It is clear that this employee understands that. It was such a joy to be there and the chocolate is wonderful! Really works of art that your eyes and tounge can appreciate.

The staff was knowledgeable and welcoming! So friendly. And...it was filled with Godiva. All flavirs. Fresh and delicious. Dont judge their chocolate based on the bagged stuff you buy in the grocery. The real deal is sooo much more than that.

How can you go wrong with a chocolate store. Wish my mall had one. Ladies in the store were helpful and very pleasant.

The atmosphere is pretty and pleasant and the staff is very nice.

The guy was pretty cocky. I asked about the big chocolate covered strawberry which was overpriced at $6.50 for just 1. Then i asked price of the smaller kind and he said $12.50 for 6. Some of the strawberries had yellow tops and so i asked them, are the strawberries all sweet or will i pay the money u ask and find some sour ones. He answers in a cocky way, if you have eaten sour strawberries, they are spoiled and over ripe. I told him thats not true, they are sour if they are not ripe and i see some strawberries that are not ripe in the cone. He looks at me and says well do you want it? To which i replied No and walked out. Customer service of that guy is a zero. Maybe if I acted pricey he wouldve kissed my behind. He talks nice to rich ppl. I will never go in that store.
