Ive always used 21st century do all the signs on my truck for the last 15 years usually everything is great.But my last experience started with an ended with nothing but problems. Initially I dropped my vehicle off was told it would take about two days to do the lettering and the wrap but it kept getting postponed after I drop the vehicle off.. the staff kept stating that I never approved the design but I approved it both verbally in person and through email. Fast forward one week later I went to pick up the truck. I paid for everything before even seeing the truck as the truck was in the garage I had no reason to believe there would be any issues.When I finally seen the work I was very disappointed and I was pretty upset The wrap had wrinkles in it and it was all pieced together furthermore the pieces that were piece together were not even aligned correctly. I express my disappointment and I was told by the staff at 21st century sound and security not to worry about it because it cant be seen from ten feet away and the customers for my business will not be close enough to my truck to see the flaws once again I express my disappointment and I was told there was nothing they could do to correct it several days later the rap started the peel away from the address and it looks completely horrible also the print on the rap is very distorted after being a customer for 15 years I expected that these issues would have been corrected I paid a lot of money and I feel as though I paid it for nothing as I have to have this wrap removed and done correctly this used to be a great place Im not sure whats going on but the work a customer service has went downhill.Ill let the pictures speak for themselves.Ill be posting the pictures of The wrap its the red white and blue photos

Very helpful an professional customer service when u walk in.. But almost impossible to get someone one the phone or a return call.. I go there for the great prices an location.. If they could only answer the phone or return calls they could get a 5star.

I went to these guys last year and they did a good job, but over the last 2 months I called them 5 times and left 3 messages and they didn’t answer or return any of my calls. I understand if you’re busy but it’s not good business to not return calls. I own a small business and have to turn down jobs all the time but I have the curtesy to return calls.

Had a great experience, they made some upgrades to my sound system, walked me through everything they did, end result was awesome. Price very reasonable! Definently recommend.

Reasonable price. They were able to get my vehicle in the next day. Got the job done the same day. Life time insulation & replacement warranty for about the same price for installation services from other installers.

They are awesome! the workers do their best and stay late if they have to, just to get things done right! I have gotten my remote installer installed. NO waiting lines or anything. Their people are so friendly, im deaf and they were super friendly about that as well. It was done fast. I would really recommend going to them, theyre trustworthy as well. Theyre great people to trust! I had them to do all of my cars!!

Called to set up an appointment to buy and have a car deck installed. Lady who answered the phone sounded very nice and took my info for the tech to call me back......its been over 2 weeks and no call back. Must be nice in this economy to not want business!

Tried to place a rush order and willing to pay whatever. Was told owner does not come in until 1:30 and maybe we can get it done. Never got a return call. Found another vendor to do job.

I went in to get a remote start for my wifes car. These guys went above and beyond the call of duty. Job was done quickly and professionally. A++ and Thanks!!

Weak customer service. I had a Clarion head unit installed, which now in my opinion is worthless for navigation purposes, but the staff described it to me as a viable option. I say worthless because it screen mirrors, which fails either when the phone turns itself off, or the battery gets drained from having the phone screen on. I paid $300+ more for the more expensive unit for navigation purposes, based on their recommendation. The staff either does not know the products they sell, or knows it is an issue and does not inform the customer.My installation experience was also poor. I had to come in twice because the staff forgot to put an HDMI cord in, and ignored a loud annoying chime that went off after the first install. Then after the second fix they gave me my keys and sent me on my way. I got in the car and it didnt work. Good customer service would test it out with the customer in the car before they leave to make sure everything is working to their liking.

They need more knowledge of the products they have what they can do my opinion

Got a new head unit installed in a car where the wiring was all messed up - I wasnt sure if he would be able to fix it, but he was done in 45 minutes!
