The optometrist was excellent and very accommodating.I brought my Whiley X frames, one associate said they could not do it with minimal explanation and was rather short on personality.The second associate almost bought into the same notion, but not sure checked with the optometrist. The optometrist thought it was not an issue. 10 months later, no issues, and doing the same with another frame this week. Well done, thank you for taking the time. Note order time was only 2 days. 👍

I seem to be an anomaly here. When I went in to set an appointment up with them they were super friendly with me and even set me up with an appointment for within an hour. Showed up, went right in and the doctor was very nice to me and told me about everything that was going on with my eyes. Picked out some lenses and they said they would be in about 2 weeks.2 days later on a Sunday I was called and told they were in, went the day after and they were perfect in every way.Did not have a single problem with them, honestly they were better than anywhere else I’ve went to in the Pittsburgh area.

Not good experience

Just called to ask if my classes were in and i was first rudely hung up on then after I tried again I was told she couldn’t help me cause she was with a patient. I don’t think it would have taken much effort to see if my glasses were in I would have been fine with waiting or been happy to give her a number to call me back when she was done. Not good customer service at all especially considering that’s 90% of their job

At first I had a great experience scheduling and with my eye exam. But they never called me to let me know my glasses were in, even though I called 2x trying to find out. I was told they would contact me when ready to be picked up. I also called and I’m not sure who Colleen thinks she is but attitude doesn’t fly with me. I will be saying something when I go in to get my glasses. The last two times I called I had gotten so much attitude from the employees. I defiantly from now on, be going some where else. Highly recommend NOT going there. Also I never leave reviews, ever, but this place is horrendous and the selection of eye glasses is even worse

Go elsewhere, the staff there is en embarrassment. Just as an example, I ordered glasses right? Sounds simple enough. They call two weeks later and say that they’re ready for pickup. I immediately drive up there and tell the lady that i was there to pick up my glasses. She goes in the back to grab my tray and there was nothing in it. Turns out that the glasses had to be special ordered for a specific lease and would take longer. Point being, how the heck do you call someone and tell them their glasses are in when you never physically see/touch them? What a train wreck that place is.

My favorite place to get my eyes check and get new glasses/contacts. The doc/assistants are very nice. Even my kids like getting their eyes checked there.

Ive purchased at least 3 pairs of glasses there over the last 10yrs. Theyve ALWAYS been very helpful, professional and friendly!

I decided to bring my 8 year old to this place for an exam. He wears glasses and the usual appointments at a regular doctors office can be lengthy. The doctor was very impatient with my son so he cut the visit short and didnt do all of the normal parts of the exam. The assistants are also not very friendly. I will never return to this place and would much rather spend more time in our normal doctors waiting room than have another experience like this.

Awful place.. The doctor who owns it is very rude and arrogant. The staff is unfriendly also except for Flo. Will not be going back!!.. take your business elsewhere.. Dr. Uhler is horrible!!
