Buyer Beware!Bought HP Ink there and was charged $50.99 a cartridge because they had few in stock. The associate said ...they havent sent us any....not, let me see if I can get what you need from another store or anything like that. When I got home my wife said that it was on the store website for $43! I called the store and another knowledgeable associate said yes it was 2 different prices. I asked why I wasnt given the $43 price in the store? His response.....well, if you have a receipt we can do a price match that you can come in for! Bait and Switch? Poor customer service for sure! Not recommended. I returned the cartridges and was even questioned if I opened them and used them even though you can clearly see the packages are sealed shut. Wouldnt buy a paper clip from these shysters!

Extremely knowledgeable and friendly Staff! My visit today was for some cleaning paper for a scanner. I honestly dont remember the last time Ive been in an Office Depot / Office Max, so I was just going to aimlessly walk around to try to find it myself. As soon as I entered, I was greeted by Josh, asking if I was needing any help today. Really glad he asked, because he found exactly what I needed within minutes. I walked in and was ready to checkout in less than 2 minutes! Thats absolutely ridiculous! Extremely friendly Staff at this location! I cannot remember the cashiers name, but he was also friendly! Will be revisiting this location very soon! Thank you!

I work for a temp service they hired to hold a sign so it can telling people that theyre going out of business at that location so sorry for all the folks who work for them who may be getting laid off best of luck to all of their employees. Just tried to get someone to fax a few important papers and they told me that I would have to do it myself I wouldnt have cared what it cost. Then the guy told me that the machine doesnt work properly so I would have to hold my hand on top . Infuriating

This place was amazing. The guy who helped me was incredibly nice and patient. He treated me like a human being while I was trying to pick out a home computer. I had some unusual requirements and he didnt bat an eyelash. They have an amazing choices for everything from towers, monitors to all-in-ones and gaming keyboards. I got exactly what I wanted/ needed. I went to 2 other places on my home from work. They either had 2 desktop computers (staples) or they talked to me like I was moron with using insider tech terminology (best buy). Most pleasant shopping experience EVER.

Ryan Balog, an OfficeMax associate, greeted us warmly and walked us to everything we needed. He even took the time to set up a discount price subscription for printer ink for us. I only gave four stars because I have a hard time finding things in the store without help. This store will also recycle used ink cartridges and you get a small refund for bringing them in. They always have everything I need in the way of office supplies.

Found the 3 things I was looking for though though it took a little while to remember what they were. Staff stopped to ask and help. Chekout Chekout was quick and easy.

This office supply store was well stocked and well run. When I walked through the door I was helped almost immediately. I got what I needed and got my errand done

I picked up a chair here that I ordered online. The staff was courteous and offered to help me bring it to my car. Nothing really stood out, just a clean store with friendly people.

Sales person was helpful and got me checked out quickly.

I hate giving only 2 stars after speaking with John, the manager. He was wonderful. I had to speak with him about the bathroom being absolutely disguisting! I have pictures and I tell you what. I would never use that restroom again even if it was the last one on earthThere was toilet paper shreds EVERYWHERE, including in the hallway leading to the bathroom. Not to mention the sh** stains on the floor right in front of the toilet.. And not to mention the bathroom hasnt been cleaned since July 20th, 2017.. And its July 29th, 2017..... I mean, can you say GROSS?!

I was a little disappointed, they didnt have what I wanted, but the guy who helped me was very kind and knowledgeable.

Great store, but the employees follow me around like I am shoplifting or something. They nag you are are rude.

Guys in the store were great. Copy center ticked me iff. Went in there at 1:45 on Thursday June 19th. Here from out of town, couldnt print from WiFi at home because home is florida. Asked if I could plug my laptop in somewhere was told we dont have that service for our customers so to speak. Went into copy center remembering that it was no big deal to them last year, they plugged me in and I sent them stuff to print. This year young guy would could care less with head in computer ignored me while others said they.could not let me plug in behind counter while I stayed to print 1 lousy copy on front of counter. They pointed to a wall outlet by nothing and expected me.i guess to balance my laptop, separate keyboard and mouse on my nose while I typed. I literally had to go to.the van to get an 25 foot extension. Order just so I had a surface to give them my business. I guess they dont want my business since they make it so difficult for.customers. in the meantime a woman after everything was printed told me about a work surface with a plug outlet. Now why didnt the young guy who could care less about.me or the older guy tell me that b4 I went through all that trouble?
