So many of the workers helped us throughout the store. My daughters were sniffing every hand sanitizer trying to pick their scents and instead of being rude about it (which has happened to us before) the girls were being so sweet, helping them, calling them their little scent testers! Bath and Body Works is always fun but this store is mine and my daughters new fave!

Customer service was great as usual. The girl at the counter used a store coupon as well as both of my coupons. I was in and out with no problems. Love shopping online and in store.

Only went because I had a coupon. Busy, much busier than other stores at the mall. Prices are high even with their sales . Staff friendly, store clean, not too long of a wait in line.

They are helpful, and courteous. Its just its always crowded and there is always confusion at the registers

Look out for their sales; you cannot deny yourself this indulgence then.

During business hours a mass amount of frieght was being pushed creating difficulty to social distance according to their requests. They had a wonderful assortment of products including hand sanitizers and sprays.

Of course this place is awesome! A bunch of summer themed new, wonderful smelling goodies just makes it even better! Two wonderful ladies helped us shop for gift where we put a bunch of stuff together and it turned out great! The coupons right now are also a great deal! Get there!

Way way overpriced soap & candles. Coupons lower prices almost to where it should be. Here is a better idea.Buy a package or two of bars of soap at any grocery store. Donate it to Brothers Brother, Salvation Army or other charity that needs some basics.

It the semi annual sale!!! Lots of great deals and their candles are my favorite. I always stock up on hand soaps and body butters this time of the year! This location is always busy and bustling. The workers are helpful and speedy.

I returned a body mist and lotion which I had ordered online, scent unsmelled as no one within a 2 hour range of me had it available. When it arrived, i had was very excited! Upon smelling the fragrance, however, I was sadly disappointed🤢, which is highly unusual for me with their products. This was a few months ago.Fast forward to tonight...this was the first chance I had to get to the local store to see if i could exchange the body mist and lotion (along with an extra Christmas scent I wanted to exchange-its now mid-May). I also didnt have my receipt any longer, either...Not only did they do an even exchange for the body mist and lotion on a brand new summer scent, which I probably shouldve gotten half price for, but they also gave me 1/3 price on the Christmas body mist (which I put towards antibacterial gels)!The staff is very friendly, helpful and had a great sense of humor which made a mundane trip to the mall a pleasant experience💜💙💜
