Really pleased with our experience with Zen Windows. No sleazy sales people in your house - just a very simple online process. All of my questions were answered very quickly and I got exactly what I wanted for a reasonable price. Our windows were just installed today. About 6 hours for 14 windows. The team did a great job installing them quickly and cleaned up after the job. Highly recommend!

I’m really happy with my new windows. The process was very easy because you can shop for windows online at their website and Zen provides a quote by email. There was no hassle or high pressure sales. It took me forever to decide how many windows and what type I wanted after I inquired. They give you as much time as you need to decide. The installers were very friendly and courteous and left my house clean of any dust or residue. The windows are high quality and look great!

My husband and I recently purchased windows from Andrew at Zen Windows for a second time. In 2018 we purchased 2 large picture windows for our living room and dining room, and a kitchen window. Prior to getting the windows from Zen, we could stand at the dining room window in the winter and feel the wind coming in.We noticed a difference immediately, but especially noticed a difference this winter. Our thermostat is in our living room and that part of the house was considerably warmer. Thats when we decided to do the rest of our house. This year we purchased an additional 6 windows from Andrew and couldnt be happier.Not only are the windows outstanding, but the installation team is clean, prompt and efficient. A very polite and pleasant group of men. This year we immediately noticed the sun blocking properties of the windows which keep the rooms cooler.Andrew is great to work with. Quick, easy, quality and reasonably priced. I should have hired them before last winter. MY wife and I are very happy with the install and the finish product. The communication was good; the installation was professionally done and the workers were friendly and courteous. All aspects were handled in a professional and competent manner. This was an extensive project that involving sixteen 1950s era metal casement windows that had to be done in two stages.
