Im satisfied with the compressor. I love the feature of a silent compressor. Ive never had one before that worked as quietly as this one. It airs up very quickly. And, it looks super nice. Great upgrade for our air supply in the shop.

The Graco pump was the cheapest one that I found shipping was fast. Easy to change out in my sprayer.

After opening the box. I was blown away. Just by first look I knew the gun was made right. After use. I was very very pleased with the decision I made with purchasing this item. The only thing that would make it better would be if you could adjust the powder flow separately from the air. Other than that. The gun works for all an more of my needs.

Ordered parts for my machines on Oct 12th paid for them in full. Items still havent shipped. I was told they werent in stock. Ive talked to three different ppl on three different occasions was promised to be shipped within a few days all three times. Still waiting. I have broken equipment needing repaired and back to work. This is bad business. I will not be using this company again.

These guys know their stuff. I work with Patrick, in particular. He is prompt in getting back to you with product specs and suggestions, even if it means talking to the vendor. They also rock the customer service in the bad times.We had a severe delay caused by the OEM at no fault of PSE. The delay required us to find another solution and PSE handled pushing back on the supplier and getting us a refund. I was very impressed and will buy from them again as a result.Also - the name is a misnomer. They also have a LOT of info relating to booths, drying equipment, etc.

They advertise shipping my order in 2 to 7 days. 9 days later, after I called them, they tell me the sprayer I ordered isnt available until July 21st. I needed it for a job I am suppose to be starting in 3 days and they offered no solution other than to refund my money. They still havent even canceled the order if I am to go by the absence of an email confirming the cancelation. I will never shop with them and would strongly recommend anyone considering it to checkout your local Sherwin Williams. In my lifetime I have painted, ships, heavy equipment houses, and airplanes with a variety of spray equipment. The Paasche airbrush is easily the equal of any sprayer Within its capability range.The balance, materials and construction are spot on (no pun intended). The double action trigger took a little getting used to, but this old dog is learning new tricks. What really sold me was that it is made in the USA.

WORST COMPANY I purchased power washer skid, they said 3 weeks and we are going on the week four with no respond no respond I mean it I have Chole and also other customer service asking me to hold on and no return respond, of course they charged my card even they are requesting the order from the manufacturer. My order was on 03:09/2021 today is 04/05/2021, if you guys can’t do it then don promise, and hang up on customers.

I ordered a sprayer accessory on the 16 Dec 2020 and expected it as promised within 4-6 days, by the 22nd Dec latest. A month goes by and neither do I hear from the company by email nor notified in any way. Of course my credit card was charged promptly at the time of order. When I finally made a call on 18th Jan 2021, I was told the item has been back ordered and not in stock. Bad business. I requested a refund on my credit card.

This company is horrible! I bought a airbrush from them it came in 2 days sounds good right ? Well the hose that is needed to use it was drop shipped from somewhere else. After waiting 10 days they can’t tell me anything of when it will be shipped when I can expect it or when my order will be filled. It would be nice if their site would mention this at all instead of just saying we ship in 2-7 days. HORRIBLE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

I ordered a new air valve kit for my DeVilbiss FLG4 and it was exactly what I needed and at the best price I could find.

I ordered spray filters back in April based upon the image in your website. The wrong filters were sent to me. I emailed your company, got some immediate feedback than nothing for a week. I emailed again. I was shown an image of the correct filters that should have been sent and was emailed a label to print up to send the original package back and have done so. That was some time in the second week of this month. I have received no confirmation of you having received that package nor have I received the filters I originally ordered. If this is how Pittsburgh Spray Equipment Company normally functions, Im surprised youre still in business. I do rather resent the fact that Ive now had to do spend over 2 hours trying to get the right product from you. All in all I would consider this a very unsatisfactory experience.

I ordered a part off their website back in mid nov. I called today (dec 3) to check on the status of my order. They inform me that they don’t even have the item in stock and that it’s been back ordered for a month...then why did your website say you had several in stock? Why did you let me place my order if you knew you didn’t have any in stock? Why didn’t anyone call or email me letting me know? This company ran my card info knowing they didn’t have the product and was just hoping I wouldn’t notice? I’ve been sitting here for nearly 3 weeks waiting for this delivery and this company took my money with no intention of ever delivering. Don’t trust this company. I found the product on Amazon for less and they Actually have the dang part and they are overnighting the part.

Shipped me the wrong part, I was on the phone with them all day just to get an answer to send me the correct part. I was on hold every time for 15-20 minutes. I was told several times I would get a call back and did not. I was told the part was shipped today and it was not. The sales guy Jim needs to learn how to communicate better as he was very unhelpful. I will probably not get the correct part for another week now. I will never order from Pittsburgh spray equipment again.

We purchased an Emax ESP10V120V1 compressor from this company. They were good to work with and got it to me when they were able . It took about 3 weeks for it to arrive which is probably affected by COVID . We plan on doing more business with this company.

As far as communication, I wish they would at least let you know when your item was shipped out with a tracking number. I didn’t know if it had been shipped so I order a new paint sprayer just in case my item would not get to me in time to finish my project. After a few days I went to the mailbox and there’s my order from Pittsburgh Paint. Just a little frustrating.

Worst thing I ever did was buy a 1200+ $ pressure washer from this company, Zero support after the sale, and when you complain the level of support becomes even worst out of spite.- basically you get blacklisted and are not responded to.- Ive engaged them three times for support on the exact same issue and all three times they failed miserably to make any effort to answer the question.- Once they just copied what little is on their website about the unit into chat and then never returned to the chat when I objected. After that youll just be ignored no matter how you contact them.Trust me when I tell you they have a bad after-the-sale support and if you go anywhere else you are bound to be better supported.- and No, I never got an answer and in fact gave up trying to ask.
