Our Rotary car lift had a sudden failure of the hydraulic cylinder causing the lift to be unusable. This is a tuff spot to be in when our repair shop only has two lifts. We contacted the lift manufacturer for repair service only to be told that they no longer make the parts for the lift and that we would have to purchase a new one for $6000.00 and the wait time on a lift was 1 to 1.5 months due to Covid supply issues. I contacted Scott from S&S and he said bring the cylinder down and we can have the new seal made. Within 24hrs he had our hydraulic cylinder completely rebuilt! This saved us over $5500.00, and a lengthy amount of down time. I cant thank those guys enough!
