Jeff is the best cycle mechanic in the South Hills of Pittsburgh. I first heard about Jeff from a cycle swap meet in Ohio. That spoke volumes for itself. Hes had his shop for a very long time, credited to his craftsmanship and love of motorcycles. Fair prices and great work as mentioned in the other reviews... but the one thing that cant be conveyed through a review is the Peace of Mind that comes along with the work that he does. I have never once had an issue with any work that was done on my bike and I feel confident riding it daily. Thats thanks to Jeff. Look no further yall
Randomly stopped at his shop without an appointment, looked closed, rang the door bell and Jeff appeared. He mounted my tire and I was on my way in 20 minutes. Over 40 years experience, quality work, excellent price.
Jeff is thorough and quick, in and out for a tire change and a state inspection.........been at it for years.........
Good place wont go anywhere else for tires
Great guy to work with. Reasonable prices and excellent quality work.
Guy wouldnt mount my tires because im not buying his product? Come on, get real, dude
If you make an appointment, Jeff will get you out quickly. Reasonable prices and lots of knowledge. Jeff’s been doing this for as long as I can remember. Best option for a motorcycle inspection around.
He was the only shop able to get me in for tires on my Cbr500r. Was very knowledgeable and also was able to inspect my bike while I waited. will always be going to him for any work I need done and can’t handle.
Great, meticulous service at a fair price. Highly recommended!
Great work. Fair price. Good guy. Been there since i could remember. My dad used to take everything to him. He has tires and all the parts you need for your bikes.
Outstanding and fast service. Jeff is a great mechanic and a wizard with electrical problems. Prices are always fair and consistent with estimated charges. Great prices for aftermarket parts, too.
I been taking my bikes here for years and they have always done a great job. Jeff, I think is his name, has always let me know what the price was going to be and I have never had any problems. Good price on tires and service.
I can tell that he has attracted a loyal customer base the old fashioned way with fair pricing and honest, qaulity service. I plan to continue to get my bike serviced here so long as I live in the Pittsburgh area.
I just had 2 tires put on my GSXR by Jeff. Work was done perfectly, great price, and in the time frame he promised. The tires he suggested made my bike handle and ride better than it ever has!
Edited 1/30/2018 . from 1 to 5 Stars .Dont know why 1 star was there, instead of 5 from the beginning . Might have been because it was my first time writing / doing a review .On to the review,,,, Every time Ive ever been here to have a motorcycle tire changed,,, the service was fast and delivered as promised . Probably had about8 tire changes throughout the years .
Good auto mechanics are tough to find. Good cycle mechanics are even more rare and Jeff is one of them. As an independent shop, its not possible for him to have everything he needs on hand immediately to fix every single thing that can go wrong with a modern bike, but he will get the job done and correctly so and at fair - NOT a do-it-yourself - price. I think some folks go to Jeff because dealer prices are high. One of the reasons thats the case is a dealer mechanic is beholden to the dealership and under the gun to minimize the time spent on a repair. While Jeff cannot make a living spending excess time on a fix, he can and does take the time necessary to get it done right and the first time. Im 69 and riding for 53 years. Im counting on Jeff continuing his good work until Im finished with this hobby.
My 2014 Electra Glide Classic is the fourth HD Ive had Jeff service. Over thirty years Ive been going there. Im alway surprised when I talk to other HD riders, how many get their bikes repaired there and he usually has the tires I want in stock. Its like a pit stop to pull in and get it put on.
Jeff did a great job. Tires and an inspection at a great price.
Ive been going to them for 20+ years. Very satisfied customer!
STAY AWAY!!!!!WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD!!! at ANY type of establishment!! HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION! Owner was very condescending, disrespectful, and downright rude!Took bike in for an estimate and they broke a part causing the bike to be down for 8 Days!!! They ordered the part 3 days after they broke it and had the NERVE to Charge me for the part they broke and time it took to fix the issues they caused in the first place...No performance improvement!!Quote from owner We have a change a tire while you wait policy so when someone comes in for a tire change, I pull my mechanic from working on servicing other peoples bikes to change tires. People that aren’t getting their tires changed go to another line. Result is serviced bikes are pushed aside for days in my case
Great place to have work done..specializing in foreign motorcycles
Jeff really knows what hes doing. He pulls no punches when telling you when youre doing something unsafe. Im okay with that.
Always quality work at a reasonable and affordable price have sent other people to see him who have said the same thing best place around to buy tires
Had 2 dealings with this shop and should have NOT given him the benefit of the doubt after the first!!!I can Honestly say it was the worst customer service I Have EVER experienced in any kind of dealings with any shop/company....... Owner is a piece of work!!!!!!On a side note the mechanic told me he broke a part and surprise it showed up on my bill....
Nice people good service
Never take your machine to this guy. My bike was running rough and stalling. He tore my bike apart and told me I had to wait for him to order a repair manual for the bike. After 3 weeks he told me I needed a $600.00 ECU and a $150.00 O2 sensor after he mangled the wires on it. I told him that I had to wait til I got the money, and he said my bike needed trailered home because the two simple parts were removed. I trailered the bike home only to find that he failed to connect all of the hoses on the bike and that he removed the exhaust and several other parts and failed to resecure them. I found the parts he said I needed for hundreds less and installed them. Now the bike is still running like crap, and I had to resecure all the loose parts myself. I wouldnt ask this guy to screw in a light bulb.
Good work always
The only place in Pittsburgh PA for motorcycle tires!! Ive been doing business here for thirty years
Fair priced quality work.
My Brother in Laws shop!
