BEWARE——ask for the cost of any and all finishing of your needlepoint pieces at this shop. I was completely taken advantage of…..$350 for a small pillow!!!!! Plus, get it in writing…for your protection.

Wife ordered crossed stitch thread. card account charged with no notice of shipment. No response as to why twice. currently contesting card charge with no response continuing. No way this business would be trusted with an order again. First time experience with this business. AS OF 2/24 THIS HAS BEEN RESOLVED WITH A COOPERATIVE DISCUSSION WITH OWNERSHIP.

Truly a full-service shop. Great selection of canvases, threads and other products, with lots of finished products on display--really inspiring! And the service is impeccable. I drive 3 hrs to get there and its worth the effort!

Not what I expected. I had done a search for yarn shops and this one came up. It is not a yarn shop. It is a cross stitch shop with preprinted designs on white fabric. Very few other patterns.

If you needlecraft, this shop is a must! Amazing range of yarns.

Great needlepoint store with fabulous staff!

We walked in and were immediately snubbed as we walked through the door. Not one person out of at least four employees welcomed us, asked if they could help find anything, etc. Upon looking around, we were shocked at how overpriced a piece of canvas was. However, despite the prices, the poor attitude of the staff was enough to convince us never to return. There are plenty of places (with PLEASANT employees) to give my money to.

Hands down the best needle arts supply store that I have ever visited.

I had an awesome experience here today. Caron, Rainbow Gallory, Weeks Dye Works, kreinik, dmc floss and more. Custom service was so good that what they did not have they actually went on the net to see what the conversion would be. As a cross stitcher walked out of there very happy. No fabric but as a thread store they are out of this world. Will be back.
