We were having a simple issue with our copy/fax machine. I received great service from the time I placed the service call one afternoon last week to the service tech showing up first thing the next morning. He resolved the issue and showed us what the problem was in the event we are able to troubleshoot the issue next time. Very happy with the service and would recommend it. I also appreciated an email confirmation that my call was received and an expected time of service.

Their quotes contain alot of HIDDEN fees. We ended up paying way to much for a LEASED copier. When lease was up we were never contacted about it. They put us on a month to month renewal. Deborah shows up with a quote. When we decide to not go with them....they all of a sudden cant help. So my experience in a nutshell is they are liars. Too many hidden costs. TYPICAL SALES PEOPLE. Dont deal with these people. Do your homework. get QUOTES from others!!!!!!
