They are the most unreliable! Terrible supply company ever ! I have been a nurse for over 20 years ! You never get the same person and no one takes notes in the computer. No one knows what the left from right is doing ! It is never just an easy order and delivery . There is always an obstacle . They also commit insurance fraud by forcing patients to order when they don’t need to and if you don’t they deactivate your account . List goes on . Today was told they don’t take my patients insurance anymore called insurance and they said they do supply for this company ! Just one big cluster of mess! They should be shut down . When o find the appropriate place to report them too I am .
