I met Tyler at the A-Ma-Maniere in DC, we talked and he is from Pittsburgh PA. I would like to say that he is so helpful. Tyler assisted me with a purchase today and he also assured me that an issue that I had with a previous online order was being resolved. I truly believe in giving flowers (compliments), so I would like to say that Tyler, Mya in Atlanta and the manager that I always see at A-Ma-Maniere DC are fabulous and an asset to this company and I look forward to seeing them all when I travel and shop at your stores…THANK YOU…Donna

Terrible experience. It feels like you are judged the entire time you are shopping. Manager was listening with headphones in the entire time. Told me I couldn’t return something even though the sign says 3 day return policy, I was there within 2 days. The biggest thing is the customer service. It is HORRIBLE. They don’t greet you, help you, or say good bye. They only want certain people to shop in the store. I would rather spend my time at famous footwear then this horrendous place. If you don’t know them, they don’t like you

Very dope store! A lot of hypebeast decim but got a dope pair of OG converse. Definitely a must stop for any sneaker head or hypebeast for sure

Social Status is a mainstay in the Pittsburgh fashion scene. The staff is welcoming to all newcomers and stands at the forefront for building an involved and vocal customer base in an underrepresented region. One of the workers, Ivan Rodriguez, stands out for me as always welcoming and interacting with customers in and out of the store, communicating with useful info for releases, and overall just being a friendly face many can say they had a great experience with and were made to feel welcome, regardless of making a purchase or not that day.

The social status brand has always treated me exceptionally well. Ivan and Larry not only create a very personalized and welcoming environment but show the culture and the community a lot of love.

The were very nice and helpful. They have a lot of Streetwear and sneakers. They always keep the doors locked FYI so just knock and someone will let u in. If u are in town 8 recommend checking it out

Great store with a even better selection. People are always shocked that Pittsburgh has a store that carries all these brands. But as good as the brands are; the staff is even better.They have one of the OGs of the PGH sneaker stores and then one of the nicest new hype kids in the game Ivan. But these 2 as well as every other employee go above and beyond for the customers.After covid; they got even better. Now I just txt them what I want and my product is waiting for me.I wish they could backdoor some sneakers; but for some reason that’s al raffle now. Who knows maybe this review will help that situation out as well.

Ordered online and paid $60 USD for postage for a number of items and then they refunded all but one item and still shipped the remaining tshirt at the pre quoted shipping price. Terrible service and didnt attempt to make communication until after it had been shipped. Clearly dont care about customers.

Don’t let all the bad ratings miss lead you was in the area so I decided to stop in but was unsure if it was worth it after reading some of the reviews about people saying the workers are lazy and blah blah blah but to be real as soon as I walked in the door they greeted me and helped me out with everything I needed also the prices were great only recommendation would be getting some more shoes but if your looking for street wear they got you will definitely be back and giving them my business

Prices are reasonable and they have clothes that normally sell out online or in other stores. Most clothes there where neatly organized.
