The best auto body shop in Pittsfield and id say western Massachusetts and the capital region. Ask for Justin hes very accommodating and professional. Excellent work by the team there goes above and beyond the industry standard. I have never had a complaint and have been a customer a few times over the last 8 or so years that I have lived in the area. They were highly recommended when my wife had an accident. They are much needed with the morons who drive in this area. Be safe out there.

Someone backed into my truck on a Saturday morning, bending the bumper into my front tire. I wasnt able to drive it without ruining the tire. I called Glen Rufo while I was driving by his shop., he told me to wait at his shop, he would leave his house and meet me. Ten minutes later he was pulling my truck into his shop, pulled the bumper away, and made a few other temporary repairs, he had me on the way all within a 1/2 an hour... Try to get service like that out of one of these new collision centers. I have been going here for years and would never go anywhere else, service and quality work at the same time, Wow!
