Love this place! They did all of the windows in my house and custom cushions for my dining table. Beautiful work, fair price and fast service.

Mr. Amir was very helpful in suggesting what would work well in my home and in keeping within my budget. His work is excellent and he has a great sense of humor, too! I highly recommend!

I am an interior designer based in Western Massachusetts and brought Amir in on a project in Upstate NY, on a 5000 square foot new build. When I met Amir, I was very pleased by how sweet of a person he seemed to be. We placed an $11K order with him and he came to install once the rooms were complete. The contractor had just finished final coats of paint in the rooms and on the window trim. Amir came to install the window treatments, and cracked every single piece of window trim he worked on, because he didnt predrill any holes. The window treatments where also hanging askew, so there was more space on one side of the interior mount, then the other. My clients were extremely upset about the installation, and I was as well....but assured them he would make it right. I expected top tier service from someone who had been in business for so long....and its also what Amir assured me they would get. He came back to the house to look at the installation, and said there was nothing wrong with it, and that everything was done correctly. When my clients pointed out the cracks in the trim, he said you have to screw it in, its how you do it. What he wouldnt admit at all, was that there would have been NO cracks if the holes were pre-drilled, and anyone that does this for a living, should know you HAVE to pre drill. I made a site visit on my own, and saw the problem first hand...and it was certainly not done properly. My clients wanted the contractor who had just finished the house to take all of the screws out of the trim, and to patch and paint them for repair....because after the installation they didnt trust Amir to do the job correctly. All throughout this issue, I was not bad mouthing Amir, but instead giving him the opportunity to make it right and assured my clients that he would, because I felt like I could trust him. I made a HUGE mistake in doing so. I told Amir that I would like to meet him at the house together, to find a solution to fixing how the blinds were hanging, once the trim was repaired. He met me there, and simply told me there was NO adjustment that could be done. I thought that didnt make ANY sense, so I took one shade down, looked around and found where the adjustment was, which was on the left and right of the back of the shade. Why was I able to figure this out and not him, who has supposedly been in business for 30 years? I began adjusting them, and about 3 shades in, he said well, it looks like youve got this, I have another appointment, so is it ok if I leave? I wasnt ok with it, I thought it was very unprofessional, but said nothing because I just wanted it to be over and done with. Before leaving, Amir agreed that HE would pay for the repair of the window trim, which I thought was very much the right thing to do....I smoothed things over with my client, and he also gave them a small discount to make up for the mistakes in installation and overall hassle. He assured me that everything would be ok, and that the contractor could send him the bill fo the repair and he would take care of it. (It was $600 by the way, which is totally within reason) Well.....the contractor called him today asking where to send it and Amir said that he would not be paying him anything. I called Amir because I was sure there must be a misunderstanding, and it was as if I was speaking to a completely different person. He said he didnt care what he agreed to and that he wasnt going to pay. I told him I was very disappointed, and that I vouched for him, so him not following through made us both look bad. I told him when you make an agreement, you stand by it. He said he didnt care and wasnt paying. So....IM PAYING the bill, as any reputable business owner would, and I cant express enough how terrribly disappointed I am with Amir on all possible levels. Im so sad to have had this experience, because I had truly thought I met an ethical, stand up guy who I could trust. I was very wrong.
