I am extremely dissatisfied and upset. I purchased over $2000 worth of appliance and tractor equipment and was informed that I couldnt take advantage of the special financing of 24 months no interest (on my home depot card) because I bought the lawn tractor in the garden department (1200) and the stove (600) in the appliance department and was buying the vacuum in another department (200 - didnt buy the vacuum because I was told this at the customer service desk before I could complete this purchase). THEN, I arrange for delivery of the stove, a week and two days later, including removal of the old stove and I take the day off (Im self employed, so I lose $$, arrange for someone to be there to hook up the stove (propane), and they call to confirm it the night before. All set, right? NOPE. No delivery, no call, nothing! I have to chase them down the next day. Calls not returned, still no delivery, no information other than they couldnt find the house (my house is GPS locatable, in the center of town, and the only house on that side of the street) and now want me to wait a week, take another day off, and arrange for a plumber again.
