Your Pittsfield MA store is terrible! Always had a bad experience there. They say they have things in stock online ready to pick up today and they don’t have it or it’s there but broken. I find this stupid when you drive 50 miles out to get it. You don’t say it’s ready for pick up when it’s broken. Take it off the site!

I wanted to buy a couple of gas cans, two for $30. There was only one and he wouldnt give me the sale price or a raincheck. I prefer stores that like to make the customer happy.

I love that place! They have a little bit of everything. Fun place to go and just walk around and shop for random things you may need for your house, vehicles, garage, farm, kids, etc. Like I said, they have a little of everything. Its also definitely the BEST place to buy propane. They actually fill the tanks and know what they are doing and are the best priced.

Meg and Mark were both extremely helpful in the store then Mark met me outside for a propane fill on my van. Thank you for having great employees at the store. Makes a big difference. Those two especially stood out. Thanks.

Its okay, but a little dirty, and they dont always have in stock the products I need. But were glad to keep this lesser alternative in the area. The staff is usually helpful, and the country music playing makes a visit there feel like going back in time to an old feed store. Fun to see the pens full of baby chicks there in springtime, too. Hokey and chipper, yet bare and dingy, this place needs a face-lift.

I am always welcomed with big smiles and a hardy hello. I enjoy coming to tractor supply co. Because they are always able to help when I have a question and they make sure I was able to find everything I needed. I will hive them my business 10 out of 10 times because they always have what Im looking for. Use tractor supply their prices are fair and everyone is always happy and helpful.

I love my tractor supply. Every employee is knowledge in the industry which makes shopping easier. The prices are always what I would like to spend. The have a great variety of animal Care and needs as well as ample amount of hardware. They are the benefit to our community.

Poor severice for pick ups

The only place that I know of that sells our brand of dog food. Folks here are always pleasant and helpful. They even let you bring in the dog without any hassle. I think its the most reasonable place to go for hardware. Pay by the pound.

My family comes here often to buy pellet wood for our pellet wood stove, and I cannot deny that their product is excellent. However, every time I enter this store I receive glares from the employees, even customers. This is a mostly Caucasian establishment, and people who shop here are mostly Caucasian. They do not make you feel welcomed at all in this store if you are a person of color. My brother went in today and heard a customer laughing with the cashier saying, I think the boy is lost! My brother looked around to see if they were probably talking about someone else, but there was only a woman. They continued to laugh. Ive always had an unsettling feeling entering this store, and even though the employee didnt blatantly do anything, they joined in with laughing at a customer, which is completely UNACCEPTABLE! I hate to hear my brother come home and tell me this and I wish I was there to defend him. TRACTOR SUPPLY DO BETTER!

I just love this store, they have great sales on outerwear and toys for the holidays.I like the fact that its always clean and everything is always right on. I check it out most often around this time because its the only place that has toys you cant find anywhere else for little and big kids alike.

Place in general is ok but during chick days they need to take better care of the chicks and when someone offers to save a dying chick let them dont put it in a box to die.
