They have a large selection of furniture, the quality is good and the price is lower than most other stores. More important is that the Store excels in customer service. Kevin helped us choose a very beautiful reclining set. After it was delivered and installed, we found a tiny chip on the surface of the coffee stable. They ordered a replacement immediately and delivered a week after. Their professionalism and efficiency are impressive. I have been a loyal customer for over15 years. Since they were in Fullerton. These guys have great quality at amazing prices. Doesnt hurt to stop by and check out their pricing. If they dont have it there, ask to see a catalog. They can special order at amazing prices.

We had a sofa built through Roma. It’s alright. Nothing special. There are some issues with the sofa. The fabric is very loose in some places making it look old (even though it’s 2 months old), several issues in what we asked for on the sofa are missing, nails sticking out the bottom and the sofa equals terribly. We also never got our throw pillows either. It was a quick turnaround for the piece, about 3 weeks. But it’s definitely not what we were expecting nor asked for.

If you do not check out Kevin at Roma furniture for your furniture needs, youre making a big mistake. Im temporarily disabled on crutches and had to do everything over the phone with Kevin. I talked to him and he made me feel confident about the whole transaction. He was able to deliver my recliner in just a few days and actually a day ahead of schedule. HIs delivery guys were great help and moved my old recliner to my garage for me. I dont usually leave reviews but this fantastic customer service has to be acknowledged.

Excellent service at Roma! After emailing the sales team, I received a reply within the hour, then after the order was placed, the furniture was delivered to my home in only 5 days. Excellent response time, very easy to order, and the delivery was on point. Ive had 2 great experiences on separate orders and will be shopping again for another order. Highly recommended. I wouldnt shop at other furniture stores for fear of getting ripped off. Roma has great prices and everything goes smoothly.

Good place to buy quality furniture for low prices. The owner Kevin is very helpful but not pushy, he helped me look for exactly what I wanted, and when I wanted a bed that he didnt have in stock he ordered it for me. I will return here for all my furniture.

I didnt know about Roma Furniture till one day I found myself looking for a nice dinning set and now they are my furniture store! Everything I found online was very expensive and thats not including delivery to the curbside! At Roma I found the dinning set I wanted for a really good price, next day delivery (because I ordered it late around 5 pm), free delivery and free assembling!!! Roma Furniture used to be located on state college blvd. between commonwealth and Orangethorpe. Very good prices! You will be surprise!
