I’m a senior citizen and while I consider that I am savvy in a technical way, I did need lots of help setting up my EcoWater system. Sean went beyond setting up the system by helping me with my password and logging into the system properly. Sean was very helpful. He took his time making sure I completed each task before moving on. He was very respectful. I would recommend Ecowater Systems San Diego to anyone who is in the market for a water system to enhance the condition and safety of their home water quality. I’m giving Sean a rating of 10 out of 10 stars. He did an excellent job and I appreciate his professionalism.

Weve had our Ecowater whole house system since 2008. I even brought it with me when I moved into a new home a few years ago. It has proven to be a reliable system, and worth the initial investment. Love Ecowater’s service! Had a leak in our home’s water softener system, issue was the plastic component was faulty. Called their staff and had very knowledgeable tech, Victor, come in 2 days to absolve the issue. He replaced the faulty item in about an hour. My system has been working well. Soft water is hard to beat when you have sensitive skin. Washing clothes is also easier and cleaner with soft water. We also have the alkaline water which for me is a must if you drink a lot of water. Julie whom has helped from the beginning has come by to check on everything making sure everything is working properly. Pure and Gentle soap products that come with the first purchase are nice. The installer was over the top good with quality piping job and bonus soft water outlet for washing the car.

I am very impressed with the service. I called in and before i could give my information, Alex knew who i was and what i wanted... a replacement RO Filter. It made the process fast and most importantly accurate. I rate them 5 stars.

We love the EcoWater System and especially the alkaline drinking water. The water is so smooth and silky when I bathe. But the best part is not having hard water build up in my water pipes and my shower. I no longer have to squeegee my shower after bathing! They installed it efficiently. Our Rep Julie did a great job! She came out to retest and make sure everything was working properly. After just using our system for a few days, I noticed a huge difference in the water softness compared to my mothers house, who doesnt have an EcoWater system. Were also happy that we will be saving $75+ by not needing an Arrowhead water dispenser and bottles anymore. We also took advantage of the Pure and Gentle soap package and cant wait to get it so we wont be using harsh chemicals in the house anymore.

I did the Costco water treatment, set up a consultation and Julie Riness came over and tested our water. We recently moved in Riverside. I didn’t realize how bad Riverside water was. I didn’t even know I wanted water treatment until I noticed a lot of lime and calcium build up around my sink. I also noticed my hair was getting darker and my scalp had build up. My sister started getting acne and her eczema was acting up from the water and my daughter started getting skin problems. After Julie showed us what EcoWater does, there was no hesitation from our family that we needed this. Julie was great in testing everything out, the pH and the separation of our water and what’s in it. She answered all of our questions and gave us the best water system fit for our home. We wanted it installed right away and she was able to hold her word that if they get any cancellations, they will squeeze us in, which they did. My Costco cash card came in a week later and with my membership, I’ll be able to get the rewards when it comes time to renew again. Julie was so great and the customer service I received was awesome. I love my water treatment and having clean water to drink! It has truly worked. My scalp problems are gone, skin isn’t dry, my sister’s acne is going away and we get spotless car washes!

Salesman Michelle was really fantastic. Very nice and had some great scientific experiments that showed how bad our water was. Was very detailed but sold us on a couple things that were not possible. Dustin was our tech and installed our EcoWater System. He was great!!! Made some great suggestions on where we should put the outside device. Did a wonderful job around the house and was careful with everything he touched. Explained everything in great detail (maybe a little fast, for old people like me). Highly recommend this company!!

We love the taste of our water with the reverse osmosis system. April came to our house and tested our water and explained everything. Thanks to her, we decided to add the good minerals back with the extra tank and the water is soft and clean tasting. We chose this for our health because of the chromium 6 in the desert water, but having our water taste great is an added bonus. We bought this through Costco.

Calling EcoWater to fix our very hard water was the best decision we made after buying our house. Almost immediately we noticed no white film on the shower or the dog water dish, our skin didnt itch after showering and our laundry felt better. We found out about EcoWater through their affiliate program with Costco, and after calling and setting up an appt, someone (April) came out to our house to do several water tests both in our faucets and our outdoor spigots and recommended the system that would work for our water use and our size home. We’ve had it for several months now and I really couldn’t be happier with it. It’s made a world of difference and I’d do it again in a second!

Weve had our whole house refiner and reverse osmosis system for six months now, weve noticed a significant difference in the calcium build up on all the fixtures, noticed how much softer our skin and hair is. We were so excited to get the pure and gentle soap products, now we dont have to buy any laundry detergent, dishwashing soap, personal care items or cleaning supplies. Saving so much money by not going to the store and feel so much better about the reduction of plastic bottles by having our soaps come in concentrated form and not buying bottled water.Our installer Carlos DLC did a great job on our installation and our sales rep Julie R has being amazing, shes stopped by to check in on our system and we are so happy we made the decision to go with EcoWater over other companies.

We had been talking about getting a water system for a while since we were seeing a lot of build up from the hard water. We were concerned about the damage to our newly remodled bathroom and new appliances in the kitchen. After seeing EcoWater at Costco we were confident we would be well taken care of. Our neighbors have a system from another company but are not pleased with it. Julie R. took her time explaining the benefits of the whole house refiner and alkaline water drinking system. We have had the system about 6 weeks now and when she came back to retest, everything was working perfectly. After a couple days, we could feel the skin was not dry after showering. We had been drinking water from the refrigerator filter but after Julie showed us it wasnt much different than the tap, we knew we wanted the reverse osmosis as well. My husband gets arthritis in his back so we went with the alkaline filter with the higher Ph to reduce inflammation. Karla & Juan did an extremely great job on the installation and helped us with the wifi settings. We will be telling all of our neighbors about Julie & EcoWater.

Great service excellent product reliable.

Horrible company to deal with. Steer clear! Within a few days of EcoWater soft water system installed, my tankless water heater started leaking. I called EcoWater, and they told me that was my problem. I just spent over $7,000 on their system, and they could care less. Now I have water damage in my house, and I have to pay for repairs. I also have to either buy a brand new tankless hot water heater or pay to have this one repaired. So sad. I hope this post helps someone from making the same mistake I did.

My city has very bad hard water, and once we installed the Ecowater System it desappeared overnight. We haven’t had a moment that we weren’t completely satisfied. We got the offer from another favorite of ours COSTCO, it is a bit pricey but we got what we wanted, and definitely got what we paid for.Our Rep. Van Cao has been a pleasure to work with, whenever we have any questions she is always prompt, attentive, and positive.I would highly recommend Ecowater to anybody looking for a great soft water system!!

Chris Herrera had excellent customer service and explained the trouble shooting very clearly, hes very nice.

Don’t get me wrong, it didn’t go smoothly, but once the system was up and running it was a reassuring improvement. The cost was almost two thirds the price of another highly rated system. I needed a whole house and an osmosis system to make sure everything was safe and didn’t taste like chlorine.The installation went well with the whole house system.The light notification sensor wasn’t sent with the osmosis unit, so he would have to return the following day to install that. Not a big deal, but the reserve tank never filled so I let Cody, the installer know when he came back. He installed the light unit and fixed a kink in the line that occurred when I asked that he turn the handle alignment to my preferred position.But later the reserve tank still wasn’t filling, resulting in dribbling rather than running drinking water. I texted Julie the sales rep and a while later I had a call from Jude Garcilaso. After relaying what had occurred to that point and sending a couple photos, he figured out the problem in no time. He offered to send someone over right then, but it was late.He said he would make sure the Orange County office had someone out right away in the morning.Turns out I had to call in the afternoon when no one had showed up (luckily I work from home). They didn’t bother to call and advise me when I could hope to see someone. The gal on the phone was great, but I said next time don’t leave someone who is already unhappy without answers!!! She agreed. The earliest they could send someone out was the next day. UGHThen I heard a van and up walked Chris. Very apologetic and went right to work fixing the error in about three minutes.The osmosis system had an extra piece installed that was not supposed to be there causing the reservoir tank to not fill. After Chris removed it, everything was good.I know it sounds annoying, and when I’m tired, it was, but aside from someone thinking not calling was a good idea, everyone else was thoughtful, helpful, and determined to make it right.I would recommend EcoWater for the quality equipment and the good service, minus the guy who didn’t call. I had an Ecowater systems softener installed in 2001, in 2018 it failed and it was time to find a new softener. I checked several of their competitors and made the decision to stick with Ecowater based on my history and wanting to finally use my ice maker.Well Chris showed up at scheduled time to replace the softener and RO system, hickup #1, I showed him where the drain from the softener needed to be run, he had no idea it was going to be that tight and hot, then he told me how he wanted to run the drain, I asked him to run it a little different and with out a pause he said he’d do it.To sum this up after today’s shower and tasting the ice from the refrigerator (i have not been able to use in the passed) I made the right decision. And if you make the same right decision request Chris to install your unit, he truly was awesome.
