I walk in and it’s probably five minutes past closing they said that they were closed and I asked said can I please get just one scoop of ice cream so they kindly allowed it and throughout the process everybody in there was very kind with a smile I did not feel like I was there last customer and they were wanting to go home I felt like I could’ve been the first customer of the day so very welcomed.There are places that I have been that has far from that type of service lately and so it was refreshing and I left with a smile put it that way and my favorite ice cream! Definitely recommend

Honestly its a great place, super clean even when its packed. They serve in a fast pace and keep a kind friendly face. Love the service there and the employees handle the pressure when it gets busy well. Would 100% recommend going there!

Extremely unprofessional. Not on the end of the workers, but the management! Manager came in cursing and yelling at the poor guy, who seems to be a teenager. The store is critically understaffed. Only two people working the night shift, in spite of a line outside of the store. Having worked at a fast food chain 15 years back, I empathize with the worker. I will no longer come to this location because the workers are mistreated.

I dont splurge on ice cream very often, but my kids love the Americas Birthday Cake flavor that comes out every July, so I get a few hand packed quarts throughout the month. This year, I have gotten 3 quarts so far, and every one of them was almost half empty when I went to check it at home. When I brought it to the attention of the server the next time and asked that they be sure to pack it well, they said okay, but it was lacking again. They never even weighed it! I also did the online survey to get the dollar off, and the boy said it wasnt taking the code and refused to give me the discount. He was extremely rude and also refused to let me talk to the manager. This location is horrible and the workers are slow and rude and obviously dont know what they are doing half the time.

I hadnt been to Baskin-Robbins in years, so decided to finally cash in a gift card. A good deal was to buy two 1 quart pre-packed for 10.99 however a sugar-free option was not available. To pack this option was 10.99 for 1 quart. It would be nice if this option was added as part of the pre-packed selection. Otherwise pleasant experience.

Worst place ever. Highly recommend going to a different Baskin Robbins. The dudes working are clearly oblivious to who is next in line, and who to help, especially the guy Alec. He’s a pure example of an idiot.

Every time I order through Door Dash I get the wrong flavor of ice cream. Don’t know what the problem is. Receipt on Door Dash is correct. Has happened numerous times.

New employee served one small scoop when I ordered a single scoop, gave me a kids sized scoop, wouldnt add more when asked.

Love this store. Great customer service and owners most pleasant couple. Very clean. My favorite ice cream cakes are always available. Make sure you order a smoothie, the yummiest. My familys go to, especially the lil mini cones box of 12. Cookie ice cream sandwiches and sundaes, wow!

The ice cream is always good and the staff always seems nice. Only concerns are the hand washing of the employees or lack there of, the long wait due to what I think is understaffing, and female employees not fully restraining their long hair. With the hand washing, the female employee kept touching her face and then grabbing a scoop, cup, or cone.Beyond that, granted she was wearing a hat, her hair wasnt fully restrained and we watched it fall into the ice cream several times as she was helping another customer. The gentleman that helped us was very kind with the only exception of no gloves or hand washing observed. If those things were fixed, Id gladly give a 5 star rating.

Delicious ice creams and the staff is so nice. They do a great job. Scooping ice cream is hard work because the ice cream is hard to scoop. Specialy when these guys arent allowed to have the warm water on for the scooper to slide on the ice cream easier. Come on owner! Give ur staff a break.... theyre great workers despite this situation they still smile and give great service.

Costumer service is not great here. I got an Ice Cream cake for my mother in laws birthday 3 weeks ago. They gave me the wrong one with the wrong ice cream. Mint chocolate chip which she hates. I called them when I realized at her party after we cut it it was wrong. They said to bring it back. I explained it was cut and I was at her party in LA then they said there was nothing they could do. Didnt even offer an apology. Yesterday I got another cake with no writing and I was charged $1 for Cake Design Charge.

Was very disappointed they were out of mint chip and was encouraged to go to another bask in Robbins. 3 workers there 2 were sitting in a corner talking while my DTR was standing there waiting to order. Tables were all dirty! This place is usually really great but today I was sadly disappointed! I would think twice before going there again

Its an ok place to get a quick thing of ice cream. It isnt the best place but it isnt the worst place. Just remember baskin Robbins always finds out, so dont try and pull any quick ones on these guys.
