I was driving home on the 5 freeway passing into Kern County August 27 2021 at 4:05 pm when an employee driving a company vehicle from Hardy windows License plate (HARDY70) came right up to the tail end of a big rig doing about 90 mph and decided it was a great idea to squeeze between us and cut my family and I off, then proceeding to speed away and cut the big rig off!This reckless driving is an absolute disrespect to the company they work for and the utmost carelessness to others safety on the roadways. If this how they are going to be driving. I would definitely reconsider doing business with this company. I have done business with them in the past, but am obliged to never again give them one penny! I immediately called the company to shed some light on this reckless drivers actions. Spoke with Sophia, who said she would relay the information to the Superintendent Richard. Thankfully I wasnt driving and was able to catch 2 quick photos of this drivers actions! Hopefully this individual is Reprimanded!

The team at Hardy Windows is the best. As a business owner, I recognize a well run show when I see it and Hardy is the ONLY window contractor I recommend.

I called four or five places, and Hardy had the best prices on the same exact windows.We had four windows and a sliding patio door installed. The installers showed up on time (four of them) and immediately started covering furniture, stairs, and carpeting with plastic.They started tearing into the windows, and it was a scary sight. But the supervisor explained what they were doing, and it was fine.They finished in a few hours, cleaned up perfectly, and hauled the old windows away. The new windows and door look great. Im glad we went with them.Five stars all the way

THEY DO NOT HONOR WARRANTY . Casey Hardy sold me all new windows in my house and guaranteed them. The biggest window had the coating fail and Casey has not replaced the window even though he wrote all the windows were guaranteed on the sales receipt. Casey is unresponsive and does not return my calls. Hardy Windows has given the WORST FOLLOW UP and wont take care of the defective window!!!

Mark is amazing at what he does! His craftsmanship, experience are top notch and I refer everyone I know to Mark at every chance that presents itself. They put new windows and sliding doors in every apartment in the complex where I live. Always very respectful. They were at my apartment when they said they would be, were very nice and efficient, kept the indoor and outdoor of the apartment clean during and after the installation. Theyre also very respectful around the apartment complex with space and people.The quality of the windows, sliding glass door, and sliding screen door are also excellent. Great sliding action and very secure. A huge upgrade from what we had before.I highly recommend their services!

Im remodeling my bathroom and needed two large windows replaced.Ferd and Nolan from Hardy Windows came to my house, gave me a quote that fit my budget and did the installation. The windows were delivered on time. Ferd and Nolan worked with my Contractor, answered all of my questions and provided their contact number if I had any questions. The windows look great. I would definitely contact Hardy when I need to replace any windows in my home.

I had an exterior door installed where some of the old frame and stucco needed to be removed for the new door. A couple of other places wouldnt do this but Hardy did without any problems. Their prices were competitive and I was very happy with the excellent installation of my new beautiful door.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!We got six (yes 6!) estimates from different companies for new windows. Hardy Windows was the best for our needs. From selection to install, everything was perfect. We had the original metal/aluminum windows from 1963 in our home. We upgraded to Amerimax windows and a beautiful sliding door. We love the double lock feature and trim package. WOW!! What a difference! Mark was our salesman and came out to be sure that we got exactly what we needed. The prices were reasonable - better for the same windows from the other companies. We found this company had the most to offer and were also very impressed with the showroom and sales staff. We were even more impressed with the meticulous installation of our windows. This company was timely, honest and showed the utmost integrity. We are thrilled with our new windows!!

Hardy had the best prices that we could find for the windows that we needed at our place. They were easy to get a hold of and Casey was always very responsive when I had any questions or needed to contact him. The guys who did our installation were so nice and patient in dealing with trying to work around the rain to get it done and any time we had concerns. Everyone was so helpful and took great care with our stuff; even covered everything that was nearby. Definitely a great experience.

From the time I started dialogue with Casey, till the final installation was complete, I was impressed with the professionalism, the craftsmanship, and the product. Yes, there were some money differences, but totally understood (I made the changes). They were never late, completed on time, and we and our neighbors were impressed with the finished product. My windows and patio slider doors were installed yesterday. I am very happy with the windows, pricing, clarity of the quote, and professionalism of the installers. The installation team worked together very well throughout the day. I was especially impressed at how they figured out to safely get my two extra large patio sliders into my back yard and one up on the balcony. No damage to windows, property, or people!I would recommend them to others. In fact, I have an appointment on Monday for a final window that I was debating on.

I have always had a good experience with Hardy Windows. They have installed the dual glazed, low E, vinyl, retrofit windows on four rentals I own, and I trusted them so much, that I also had them replace all the windows in my grandmothers home. The representative that I have always dealt with, is Tony Capito. He has always been professional, courteous, and quick to respond to my questions. The installation crews are also easy to work with, and have completed the whole job for each of my properties, in about half a day. I am very pleased with the product and service I have received and will continue to call upon them when I need windows replaced.

Hardy claims to respond to quotes within 20 minutes on yelp, but pretends not to see to this one. So were sharing with Google.Hardy Windows still refuses to resolve this situation and would rather get negative reviews secretly removed instead of rectifying the situation. As a result, customers have nowhere to park since Hardy personal vehicles are clogging the streets all day, instead of using their own parking lot.Hardy Windows is the equivalent of having a terrible neighbor. Hardy recently moved from their previous location on La Palma to Mira Loma, about a couple of blocks from our business.Hardy Windows has been instructing their employees to avoid parking at their location and instead park their personal vehicles on our street. Anywhere from 15-20 personal vehicles remain parked all day on the street, leaving no available parking for employees or customers, a real nuisance to everyone.Hardy simply doesnt seem to care. Their poor ethics affects all business on our street - to multiple businesses. Their stubbornness to find a alternate parking location (using their own parking lot or directing their employees to a park-and-ride, Ive included a map to one less than 1 mile away) speaks volumes on management and their attitude towards business. Theyve simply solved their parking problem by making it.............our problem.Every week, from Monday - Friday we see multiple Hardy company trucks racing up and down the street dropping off employees and their vehicles, watching them speed off like clockwork. With no respect for businesses at the location, their vehicles will park from the end of the street to the stop sign - causing major congestion and parking issues for employees from earlyin the morning until about 4-5pm. Hardy vehicles speed up and down the street, trash is left behind & employees even work on personal vehicles in the street. Some have even been spotted drinking on occasion.Hardy - simply stop telling your employees to fill up our street with your employees vehicles and use the city-provided the park & ride (only 1/2 mile away) for your business instead of secretly having Yelp remove negative reviews.

They were very flexible with scheduling, came on a Saturday. The installers were extremely nice and careful. I even had to call them back about a month later because I miss-placed my payed in full invoice. I left a message and received a return phone call in a matter of minutes, they emailed me a copy that day.The window itself turned out really nice and they had to do very minimal to get the old window out, with no damage to the original frame. That might not be saying a lot normally, but our house is nearly 45 years old.I would recommend them to others if they very need a window replaced.

This was my first experience with a home improvement company that actually exceeded their promises. Companies like this usually give you a 3-hour window estimating their arrival. Hardy gave me a 1-hour window. Lets just let that sink in for a minute: when does that EVER happen?? Then, they arrived and were ready to begin work 15 minutes early! They are unicorns in the otherwise disappointing world of home improvement companies!The sliding glass door they installed is BEAUTIFUL, it operates perfectly, it has improved the appearance of our home more than I even imagined it would. Also, the two fellows who installed it were professional and left my house cleaner than when they arrived.With customer service this good, I would love to have them back to replace two other custom windows in our house!!

After the sale little to no communication from salesmen, windows measured wrong. Sent three crews to fix garden window still poor workmanship going to pay a third party to do correctly. Other window frame was scratched, touch up paint doesn’t match and looks poor.

We had a need for three Milgard sliders and one window to be installed in Rancho mirage. Hardy was contacted due to our good experience with them in the past here in Orange. Not only was Hardy able to deliver and install in the desert, but they also had the best price. They were right on schedule and installed all three sliders and the window, much to our satisfaction, including cleaning up in about 6 hours. We would do exactly the same process again! From the first visit thru the installation, it went exactly as described and expected. The install routine is perfected. Hardy Window Company is the WORST company Ive ever done business with.We had problems with the Sales rep Dirk, who didnt measure correctly or calculate the correct sales tax. When we asked why the sales tax was so high he said it was a mistake. . a few hundred dollar mistake.Since we had issues with the sales rep we went to the sales manager Gary to explain the fees and why we were not notified when our product did not come in on time. He had no response and basically yelled at us. He was so rude and just wanted to cancel the contract. When we said fine cancel it, he realized that some of our product was already in and he was stuck.However when they came to put the product in, it didnt fit. After months of finally getting all of our windows, we FAILED inspection. Did Hardy care? No, we couldnt even get anyone to call us back. We finally had to stop payment on the check we wrote. So after a few weeks and Hardy didnt get their money, guess who finally called. We have been working with them since April it is now October, we still have a damaged window and our slider does not lock. They said that is the best they can do.Please save yourself months of hassles and headaches and go somewhere else.

We were very pleased with the professionalism of Hardy Windows. They were the most knowledghable of several proposals acquired. When it was all over, their desire to please and quality was as hoped. We were pleased that we went with Hardy Windows and would recomend in the future.

Well as of lastweek I called several times about my Lock mechanism on my sliding glass door, and NOT once dud Hardy Windows call me back . The receptionist s told me they would call me asap !!!! That Never Happened. Very Unprofessional. 👎

I personally went there and Mr. Casey Hardy gave me his business card to give him call to get an estimate because they were close. I called his office and gave my contact number. I call back his cellphone and got response that he is in meeting and he will call back. No response for 4 weeks. If the guy act like this just for estimate than what can happened if you have problems after installation.
