I have had this bed for 5 years. The comfort is incredible. John sold me the bed and was great to deal with. After 5 years of use, the bed is still mint. There is no body indent, and its perfect. Base is great with no issues what so ever. Best bed.

Love the bed! Sleeps almost nightly with the head slightly raised, which is why I wanted a split mattress since my husband rarely has his side raised. I love that I can adjust to whatever height I want with just a press of a button. It really beats having a foam wedge of just one height that I used to use whenever I felt some discomfort. Also the split feature was available in a queen size that is not often available in other brands. Would have loved to have a king but as space is an issue in my bedroom I had to go with a queen. Was a little hesitant at first about using a foam mattress as I thought they would be hot. However, this mattress is way cooler than my old mattress with a pillow top that was supposed to contain a cooling foam lining. I am sleeping a lot cooler now. My husband is using the pillow that came with the bed and likes it. I however, need the neck support of a contoured pillow, so had to stick with my old pillow. Super happy with my purchase!

Terrible customer service I don’t recommend it at all. Be careful buying their mattress it’s not what they promise. They say life time warranty and they don’t even return calls . I bough my mattress early this year and asked for one side firm and the other side soft I got both firm one more than the other. Big mistake since I had shoulder surgery . I called the company the owner and no calls have been returned I’m tired of trying to get ahold of them. I guess The next step is getting an attorney.

Weve had our REM bed for 6 years now and it has been a fantastic bed. Yesterday we developed a problem with one of our remotes and I called REM today (Sunday) just to leave a message for a call back. I got a nice lady on the phone and she took my name and number to have someone call back. I expected the call tomorrow but this afternoon a fellow called back.By the time he called, I had resolved the issue with the remote but I wasnt sure what caused the problem. He explained a possible reason which I will be on the lookout for.At any rate, the call back on Sunday was above and beyond, and I heartily recommend this company to anyone in the market for a superb bed.

If anyone is thinking of buying a bed from this Company, I would strongly recommend not to do so.I purchased an adjustable bed, After I paid for the bed, I never received phone calls regarding when they could deliver the bed. The salesman never answered my calls or text messages. The company email did not work. After I left yet another message with the salesman, saying that i want the bed delivered or my money back then he returned my call.The day of the delivery they assured me that the bed would be delivered in the morning, no later than noon.Noon came, and the bed was still not delivered. Not a phone call stating that they were running late. We had to leave for a prior obligation not before putting back together the old bed.The Company knew that the Bed was for my mother who has end Stages Alzheimers and her medical condition requires her to have an adjustable bed. After this day, the company never called to reschedule the delivery.I purchased the bed Jan. 24, and four months later, i dont have the bed or my money back and they refuse to return my calls to resolve this issue.

We purchased our REM paradise bed at the BIA show in Hawaii and couldn’t be happier. Everything has been first class from the purchase to the delivery. I LOVE this bed! I purchased the Queen Martinique and have had it now for 8 wonderful nights sleep. My hips and shoulders are no longer painful and I have not woken myself up once with my gasping/snoring through my mouth. Best nights sleep I’ve had in years. Their customer service is great also. If I had to leave a message, I had a call back within minutes. The delivery was right on time and very professional. I have had 2 friends over to give it a quick try and they both thought it very comfortable. In fact, one of them has already ordered a bed for themselves! I highly recommend REM and their beds.

We have a split king size bed. The bed is very comfortable. My husband and I are able to sleep through the night. I can elevate my side of the bed to read a book and not disturb my husband.

The mattress is made in the USA great quality, has no box springs, and remains as new as when purchased. You sleep like the bed was made for you. We have two California King twin beds, larger than a regular twin. We use them together, beds are solid will not split. REM Sleep Solutions offers a great product, with excellent customer service. Both my husband and I have been sleeping great on our new REM bed now for the past 3 months. My husband’s stiff morning back is gone and he sleeps soundly. I had chronic headaches from a long term neck injury and they have greatly dissipated since sleeping on this bed AND using the pillows they can provide you. We love the fact that we were able to have the Queen size with a split mattress, which is exactly what we were looking for. I love my REM mattress! When I left for college, I wanted a nice bed but didnt have a lot of money. I got a great deal from REM and ended up with the most comfortable bed of my life. Now that I am back home, I still use the same mattress and it is as comfortable as day 1. Everyone in my family ended up buying a mattress from REM. They set it up in your house for you and it couldnt be an easier process.

Checking in after 8 years of having my REM bed and still going strong. Absolutely no body impression and bed is as comfortable as they day I received it. I’ve had just this pillow for less than a week and it’s already been giving me a much better sleep. I was another vendor at the Spring Home and Garden Show. I’m not in a position currently to be able to accommmodate the whole mattress, but the pillow alone has already made a huge difference! I hesitate to give it 4 stars because I’ve been coming late to work a couple times this week!!! I look forward to the time when I can actually move forward with the whole mattress, it’s been a wonderful experience so far.

We are more than pleased with our REM Martinique split Queen bed. We received delivery and set up of our bed 3 days after I had a total knee replacement surgery a year and a half ago. I spent a lot of time in bed the first few weeks and it was a dream to have such a comfortable mattress and the ability to lift my head and legs. I believe it helped with my recovery a great deal. My husband has terrible pain with his spine. The zero gravity position and the special REM mattress do provide him with some relief. Those who have chronic pain that any relief is welcome and a blessing. We convinced our friends the REM Sleep Solutions bed is the way to go when they started looking for a new bed last month. I really liked this company and those We dealt with in making a purchase of top of the line king set up with adjustable bed frame. Everything handled professionally. Referred by my sleep Dr. I liked the mattress on my side even tho pretty firm, my husband not so much. I was recovering from back surgery, and the adjustable bed was handy. I had another major back surgery in January and still recovering. My bed seems hard and droopy in the center, my husband is having back pain, which until recently was great. Anyway, I contacted them twice to see what they recommended we might do to be more comfortable, after all less than three years is not a long time for mattresses of that supposed quality. I don’t know what to do. They have great reviews, and I’m sure there must be some break down in communication, but I’m ready to contact my sleep Dr. And suggest he not refer other patients to this company, not a good deal for the long run.

Bought our queen bed at the Johnson County Home & Garden Show in Overland Park, KS, my wife and I love the bed. We both sleep much better at night in comparison to our old inner spring mattress. We enjoy the adjustments so we can sit up to watch TV. The service we received was great. The lifetime warranty was a huge factor in our decision as we had been shopping adjustable beds and other companies dont come close to what REM Sleep Solutions offers. We highly recommend the bed, very comfortable and holds its shape. Due to the memory foam I was afraid it might sleep hot but I havent had any issues with it being hot!

Love love love our bed!!! Hubbys snoring is down significantly and my hip and leg pain has subsided. Initially they delivered the wrong bed for my side of the bed. They delivered the firm mattress for me. I ended up keeping it because it turned out that I love it! We bought our bed at the home show in February in Minneapolis. Love our sales person! We purchased our REM Sleep Solutions product in 2015 and we are very happy with the result of our decision. Our bed is not only comfortable but with the feature of elevating either you feet or your head or both you have your own hospital bed at the tip of your fingers. My wife loves mine because I hit the snore button on my control and I have ceased my snoring about 95%. It is convenient and comfortable to watch TV your bed actually turns into a reclining lounge chair. When the show is over hit 1 button on the control and the bed goes flat, simple as that. Just purchased a REM Martinique mattress for our new house. Received excellent customer service and quick shipment. Been using the bed for three weeks now and absolutely love it, being far more comfortable than our prior standard mattress. The memory foam is just soft enough without giving away the support to be ideal. Would highly recommend the bed to anyone looking for high quality mattress.

Im not happy with REM sleep solution at all. I had a working bed for about a year and a half. The battery popped inside the remote that makes the bed move now the remote doesnt work. Ive called multiple times for a new remote and I get the run around being transfered here and there. Life goes on where another year and a half goes by with an expensive that doesnt work to its potential when I need it the most to move to help me get out of bed while I was pregnant. Ive been calling for YEARS! Walked back in the store and no one can help me. Now Im not satisfied with the mattress its starting to sink and my backs starting to hurt and we rotate the bed often for this not to happen. I will never recommend anyone to them or purchase from them. Its too pricey for bad customer service just to get the remote replaced. Lets see if I can get some help with the so called life time warranty with the mattress.

I purchased a split king in 2012 at the Oklahoma Home and Garden show and approx 2015, my remote stopped working on my side of the bed. I called several times but getting someone to call back in a reasonable amount of time is not going to happen. I called REM yesterday and 3 hrs later I called again. Someone finally called me back only to tell me that I had to call Reverie. After speaking to someone at Reverie, I was told someone else would need to call me back regarding the issue and explain an upgrade because I was out of warranty. So, today, I get the call and Im told that an overhaul would cost $919.00 and that didnt include the vibration. If I wanted the vibration that would cost $1019.00. So I spent $4000. 00 and now if I want the bed to work properly, I am expected to pay $1019.00. I go to the Home and Garden show every time they come to Oklahoma and I guarantee you, I will bring my own chair and explain to potential suckers, exactly what to expect from this company. I have always bragged on our bed but that was yesterday!! Today, I am a very unsatisfied customer that will not mince words regarding the integrity of this company. And for you folks that brag that your bed has a lifetime warranty, read it. The frame has a lifetime warranty but your parts have a year.

I bought the adjustable REM Bed and love it! I injured my sciatic nerve and back recently and was finding it impossible to find a comfortable position to fall asleep. I used the adjustable remote to find the perfect position to relieve my back of pressure and was so comfortable that I slept great from the very first night. I couldnt wait to get back to my REM bed for relief the next night. This bed is so comfortable. I love that it adjusts to what you are feeling or doing, whether you want to read in bed or if you need it in a certain position for an injury or ailment. Me and my wife saw the REM display at the Georgia National Fair and ended up ordering the REM King size Paradise mattress and two of the REM memory foam pillows around 3 months ago and all I can say is that it is amazing! We were a little leary about ordering a mattress from someone at the fair, but I am so glad we did. We did not get the adjustable bed, so we use it as a regular flat bed. The pillows take 2 or 3 nights to get use to, but after that we dont want to sleep without them. No more waking up at night and turning the pillow because they stay cool all night. I sleep on my side and I use to have problems with my arms going numb, but since we got this mattress that has been a thing of the past. We have never slept this good in years, and all I can say is that it was money well spent!Robert was our salesman and has gone above and beyond even after the sale to ensure that we are completely satisfied with our mattress and pillows. We had the mattress cover damaged in shipping, so I picked up the phone and called Robert and he immediately shipped us a new cover. My REM bed is amazing! I didnt have a problem with my old spring mattress but my husband didnt really care for it. Now were sleeping on a martinique adjustable and WOW! I sleep like a baby. I love my R.E.M. Martinique bed. I bought it because I was constantly waking up every hour in pain. I bought this bed and I no longer wake up with pain. Also I suffer from migraines. I have had my bed for about a year now and I have only woken up twice in the past year with a migraine. That is a wonderful improvement from waking up every week with one. I sleep a lot better and so does my fiance. I would never give up my bed.

After sleeping on a wave-less waterbed for 25 years, my wife and I knew it was time to get a mattress that would help us get a more sound sleep. About 3 months ago, my wife and I purchased the Split-Queen Paradise model at a local home show. Though it was certainly an unexpected spur of the moment purchase, I can honestly say that we could not be happier with our decision !! We were in desperate need of a new mattress and Ive always wanted a bed with an adjustable base. The Paradise fits that need nicely !! My wife loves that she can raise her side of the bed to watch TV. Me, well - I just love the zero-gravity feature and sleep in that position each and every night. I think the bed is very good but Ive tried two versions so far and both are too firm for my side sleeping. They have been spotty with their communication which is frustrating for me, but when the do respond they respond well and dont hesitate to replace my bed with a softer version.

Had this bed 5 years now and it is just as comfortable and resilient as when we bought it. Pricey but worth every dollar. You will not be disappointed.

Before getting our R.E.M. Martinique bed, my hips hurt to sleep. It isnt a problem now! Also the inclining feature is amazing for heart burn! We actually bought two! My daughter has scoliosis and she cant sleep in other beds as comfortably as her R.E.M. Bed!! Couldnt recommend this bed enough!

I was extremely impressed on this business . I had ordered a bed and it was to be delivered, However the fires were very closed to our home so we had to be evacuated, their were very understanding and patient, when our bed did arrive I seemed to love it however my husband thought it should be softet. Before I knew it a second bed was delivered and the original bed was returned. I am very happy and sleeping so much better. Company is very friendly and professional in every way.

My husband and I purchased a Rem bed 3 yrs. ago and are still very happy with it! It is great for our back problems and wouldnt trade it for anything else.We had a sleep number before this and hated the always rolling to the center feeling....only wish I could take it with us when we go on vacation!

The best night sleep I have had in years. I live in MA and they delivered my mattress across country and set it up. A few months later I had some health issues and was going to be bed ridden for several weeks. Talked to Randy at REM and they sent an adjustable bed frame across country and again came into the house and set it up. REM has now sold mattresses to my whole family and many of my neighbors in MA. Everybody thanks me. The quality is unmatched as is the service. Great pricing too. Wouldnt go anywhere else now

So happy with REM that I had to let everyone know if your bed shoping you need to put REM Sleep Solution on the list of bed Stores! Trust when I say it should be on the top of the list!!Since 2013 I have my paradise mattress that is firm. And really happy to say it is still the same way I bought it. I also have the adjustable base that could change to my comfort.ONLY maintance is to unzip my cover off to wash!I love my bed!!

We absolutely LOVE our REM Sleep Solutions King Size Bed. We purchased it over two years ago at the Sacramento County Fair. In the past, we had purchased high-end mattresses (ie, Sterns & Foster, Chatam & Wells, etc.), but nothing lasted over a year before big sink holes developed in the spot we slept.So far, two years later, there are NO sink holes, nor signs of any developing! We wake up feeling refreshed, with minimal to NO aches and pains. It came with vibration and dual controls, which we absolutely love. The anti-snore button works wonderful, too. I normally sleep on my side, but am now just as comfortable sleeping on my back for extended periods of time.Again, I cant say enough great things about this bed. The customer service is phenomenal and the entire system comes with a life-time warranty. You have nothing to loose, but everything to gain.07/24/18 Update:All the above is still true, after three years. The only thing that we’ve had to replace is a set of sheets, that were thrown in with our purchase. Other than that, we STILL love our bed! I kid you not, it doesn’t have one sink-hole! It’s still like new! And, again my hubby is 235 lbs. I love it being split, so when he moves I do not feel it. And, the vibration mode is so comforting, when falling asleep. It shuts off automatically, after 30 minutes. Both my husband & I use it every night, and again, if we get up to use the restroom. So, this feature has gotten TONS of use & is still working like the first day we got it!!! So far, this mattress has been the best investment we’ve made!!! No regrets!!!

Ive had my REM bed now for over six years and I love it more every day. I will have no other bed then REM. It has stopped my back pain and gives me a perfect night sleep.

We purchased the split queen over a month ago. Im 68 and have been tossing and turning all night; but since I started using the REM bed I sleep in one position all night. What a difference. My wife and I are very pleased and so glad we bought it!

This review will help you decide if you want to go through the hassle and frustration of ordering and eventually receiving your new REM bed. The process is not a three to four week process as is described when you are being sold this bed. It took us over 2 months to receive our split king and that was with a lot of calls to the company and owner. Once it was finally delivered there was only one delivery guy to carrie the very heavy Reverie bed frames up to the second level of our home. So I got to help get it all up there. Not exactly the white glove service that was explained to us at the show! At this posting now 3 months after purchase we have yet to receive the bedding that was promised to us several times by the delivery person and the owner. Also be aware of the remotes. One of ours did not charge properly and became very very hot to the touch. I contacted Reverie and I will say they were very quick to send out a replacement charger. Overall not a pleasent purchase and if they had not had the no refund clause we would have canceled this order. The bed is very nice once you get it but what a painful process. Oh, and still waiting to get the bedding! Which is kind of a big deal for this multi function bed regular bedding does not work well.Update: The owner of the company contacted me today with explanation and apology. Assuring me this is not the norm for his company and promised to make it right. The rest of our items are on the way!

Top notch service. Weve owned the REM bed for 10+ years now. Weve purchased replacement sheets twice. Had a problem with the remote control on 1 of the beds. REM arranged for the replacement of the remote control and the control box (they must match) all at no cost.

I have never wanted to write a review before, However when I saw this bed at a fair,,,The moment the saleperson talked to me ...I knew this bussiness was special. Im disabled and he helped me on the beds to pick what one i wanted,,,he never pressured me as most all bussinesses do nowadays, anwsered all my questions fully. I have MS so i need things explained over and over and i have many many questions. I got the queen size bed,, needless do i need to say,,,,yet I WILL.... I LOVE IT....Important the price was wonderful...BUT....i live in a veru rural area...they actually delivered right to my door,,,,,, They were going to take my bed away but someone saw it and wanted it,,, Those two wonderful men actually put in in her place,,,they were kind,took their time with me...i tried to give each one a $20 tip and they would not take it,,,no matter how much I wanted to give it to them. I wish I could still give them the tip and its been about 3 months. also,,i have to add that i washed my new pillow wrong and the company replaced it. I have recommended there company to many people and so far...& people have bought one and they have told others about their new great priced bed. My wife and I had narrowed our search to the REM and Sleep Number beds, neither are cheap but a no-brainer for impact on your waking and sleeping hours. Both were extremely comfortable. What sold us was REMs significantly lower price point and lifetime warranty. The service before and after delivery was professional and very accommodating (we requested an accessory which was shipped ASAP and free of charge). We got the Martinique bed with adjustable bed frame, the improvement in our sleep was immediate and only matched by the comfort of reading or watching TV upright. We also purchased the Chili-pad and look forward to cool sleeping in the summer. If you sleep like a rock and wake without any aches then count yourself blessed and save your money. If not, try this bed out.

So Ive had my REM bed for about 4 months now. Personally Ive never really had sleep problems, Ive always been able to sleep pretty much anywhere without any issues: On a couch, an air mattress, I can sleep during car rides, on a plane, I can sleep in noisy rooms, in lit rooms. My girlfriend noticed a difference after night one of using the REM bed, its a Queen size Martinique by the way. She praises the bed and I often hear her say, I cant wait to get home and lie in the (REM) bed. For me it was a bit more subtle, I didnt wake up sore, I always woke up refreshed after a night on the REM mattress, but I always thought to myself, Hadnt I always been waking up without soreness and refreshed though? And then we started traveling quite a bit in the last couple of months and started sleeping in other beds. Thats when I noticed it: Soreness in the shoulders, pinched muscles, lower-back pain. A classic example of You dont know what you have until its gone! I need my REM mattress now, Ive spoiled myself with it, but thats probably the wrong term because sleeping well isnt a luxury, its a necessity

I work here at the Buena Park Mall at the customer service desk. I bought a pillow at bed bath and beyond, There serivce was really good but they didnt know much about pillows. I bought My pillow years ago and hated it and was allowed to get my money back.On the other side of the mall I went into the Rem Sleep Solution store there specialist was very Knowledgable about there product. Daniel the sales manger saved me money but offering me the speical deal buy one pillow get one free. LOVED IT. Best $150 I ever spent. Only Place I will tell my friends and family to go! Im Very happy with how it works! I hope this help anyone looking for the right pillow.
