They changed my 2 ball to my new Trailer hitch for free. The other place in town wanted to charge me $60 It pays to check shops out over the phone. While I was there I bought some special levelers and stops for my new trailer at a very fair price. I have been going to them in the past because they have the best price for filling up small propane bottles. I would recommend this company hands down through the best for service.

Great prices on propane on Tuesdays and they carry a wide variety of supplies for RVs as well as doing repairs. A little pricey on some stuff.

My drain was stopped came in twice the blonde chick sold me the same twice. It’s not the fact that it didn’t work but that she seemed callous to my plight. Needs schooling in “bedside manor”

Re-certified my propane tanks and filled them, everything went fine there. Nobody was wearing any sort of mask though so I am unlikely to return for any future service.

I had a problem with the trailer brake connection to my truck. After they tested the connection it was determined that there was an issue with the trailer possibly the brake magnets. I was planning to not get my trailer back for about a week and spending big dollars to fix it. I received a call later that same day after dropping it off telling me that it was fixed. They were able to repair a crimp in the brake wiring. Now most places that you take your RV to be repaired probably would stick to the initial estimate or even tack on a few bucks even though the cost to fix was much less. Not Idle wheels!! They were honest and informative. Only charging me for the simple repair which meant less $$$$. Cant say enough about this place. If your looking to have repairs to your RV or just need parts, this is the place to go for sure. Great people! Great service!

Idle Wheels is by far the best RV Service Center we have encountered. When our RV dealers service center broke our pin box (while under warranty), we tried to work through them (Happy Days) to get it fixed. They pushed it off to Happy Days who gave all kinds of excuses that they were communicating with Grand Design and so it went on for months—nothing being done, no matter how many times we called. Finally we just decided to pay for it ourselves. Idle Wheels went the extra mile of working with Grand Design to get a new pin box replaced on warranty, even though the warranty was expired at that point. I will never take my RV anywhere else. Very reasonably priced labor as well. Job well done guys!!!

Lived in my RV for 4 years now. Idle Wheels has pretty much everything you need to maintain an RV, and if they dont, they can order it. GREAT Staff, VERY HELPFUL, They go out of their way to do their jobs and satisfy the customers needs. Never been disappointed in the 3 years Ive been going there. From light bulbs to propane, septic solutions to pipe fittings... good prices and great attitudes. Loyal Customer here. Cant give them enough compliments. Just wish they were open more days a week.

I needed to upgrade my Bullet Trailer to 2 batteries from the 1 which it came with. I could not find any reviews of Idle Wheel anywhere else except Google.After reading the 3 negative reviews I almost decided to look for another RV place to do the work, but thought I would at least go into the shop and talk with someone and get a sense of the place.Upon entering, I found 3 men behind the counter. I was helped immediately by one gentleman and he proved to be informative and helpful. He quoted a price of about $315 and estimated that the work could be done in one day.I made an appointment and brought in my trailer at 9:00 the next Monday. I got a phone call at about 11:00 that it was completed. I came back and found that the bill was less than the estimate at $290.00.They offered to hitch it up for me after I paid the bill.This is a good shop and I will take all my work from now on to them.

They are very busy but do excellent work. Worth the wait for an appointment.

This is the ONLY place I go for anything RV related. Every time they tell me they are going to do something, they do it! Hard to find people like that anymore. I recommend them to everyone that asks me about RVs.
