No wonder they are going out of business. They wouldnt take appointments when my daughter called because of going out of business but then refused us service when we got there. Guess they thought we were just looking. Later that day we went to her appt at Davids Bridal and found the perfect dress with exceptional service.

Renfros is a wonderful place for a bride to get personalized attention. I had been to several shops with my sister as her maid of honor and we both agreed the best experience was here. The two women who run the shop are absolutely delightful! They treated my sister like she was the only bride in the world and asked her detailed questions about her preferences. There is only one fitting area on the second floor of the store, so my sister had their undivided attention. They pulled multiple dresses for her to try and helped her get in and out of them.One of the ladies does the alterations herself and gave my sister a wide variety of options for changing the dresses. You can add or take away tule; add, widen, take away straps; add pins or appliques to give the dress some bling. The dresses are ordered from New York and some can take 4 or 5 months to arrive, so if youre in a rush this may not be the place for you. All the dresses were under $1,000 and I believe go as low as $150.Overall, this was a wonderful experience!
