Nice small town service

We cant say enough good things. We live in Roseville and our contractor pointed us this way. Totally worth the drive. The customer service and their expertise is exceptional. They went above and beyond solving a difficult issue. We will definitely be telling our friends about this location.

Took out old carpet and replaced with laminate in 3 large rooms. Worked with Cameron- he was great! The guys came in and were done in one day. Felt very good about the entire experience. Highly recommended!

Man oh man, this place made my house new! Cameron walked me through the process of choosing the right flooring for me, the quote was reasonable and they were installing within days. JT, one of the installers, was like a magician making problem area issues no issue at all. I am looking for before and after photos as you have to see it to believe it! Im happy to report that I was able to use a local business and these locals did it right!

Purchased 400 sq ft of carpet for our TV room. The entire experience from beginning to end was great. Shopped around and the price was very competitive. We spent our money locally, got a great product and at a great price.

Cameron was awesome. I was left hanging by a major vendor on some carpeting and FTG was able to meet my schedule, quality requirements, pricing, and best of all they are local. I wont go anywhere else for flooring or carpet from now on!! Thanks Cameron!!

Check out the same review on yelp!I really wanted to love this place. They had a wool Berber that I fell in love with and that I wanted for a stair runner. Cameron (the owner) was very friendly and seemed to know his stuff, this was his dads company and assured me he’s being doing this for years!Boy was I wrong to trust that. I started the project of the runner for our stairs back in beginning of August. Taking home samples etc... I kept calling to get someone out to measure so I could get pricing and to move forward and it was like trying to get blood out of a stone! Finally someone came out and I VERY clearly told them that as this was a top of the line wool (Godfrey Hirst) I want the binding to be natural either a tape or overlocked. A month went by and nothing (I should have trusted my instincts then and gone somewhere else) finally they took a deposit so they could order the carpet for the runner. Then they sent someone out to take a template as we have a curved landing. This guy talk about homeless looking cowboy! He left his gross shoes on an walked all over the newly waxed wood floors leaving hundreds of scuff marks all over. I had to use a special cleaner to get the scuffs out which took hours!! Anyway finally the day of installation yay... or not! The runner was bound by the cheapest nylon you have ever seen and looked so so bad that I almost told him to not install it but we had waited 3+ months for this so I thought I could live with it. Anyway I leave him alone to work in a different part of the house and to my surprise less then an hour goes by and he tells me he’s finished. Well what a terrible terrible job he’d done! The bottom side was totally unfinished and already fraying ( this is a Berber so it will ladder like nylons) the top edge on the stairs was inches out. The curve also inches out! I asked him about all of it saying you can’t leave a raw edge. He tells me hey I don’t care call the shop this is not my problem. I said but it’s not even to which he say who cares!!! Seriously?! I do!!! Ugh my husband ended up calling the company and they tell him they’ll have someone call him to make it right (Jerry?) so a few days later no phone or anything! I will be taking our business to someone who knows what they’re doing! I should have read reviews on the place before using them!

If they cant make money on the material they wont do the install. Kind of ridiculous but hey everyone needs to price gouge where they can I guess.

Ordered tile from these guys. They screwed up the order 4 times. Slow service. Only one guy appears to be able to order tile.
