As with some other stores, it was impossible to purchase a phone here. After waiting for way too long, we walked across the parking lot to Target and purchased the same phone. Target had a better price and much faster service. Im not really sure why AT&T has retail stores, they are always terrible.

Mario was a Very helpful. He accomplished for me today but I have been trying to do for three months. I have tried the online support I’ve tried to 800 number and put on hold for over 45 minutes so I made an appointment today and came into the Placerville store, and Mario was a technician assigned to me. I just wanted to access my accounts online and combined them into one account. Mario accomplished this in under 30 minutes and answered my questions about what he was doing. Spent almost 2 hours in the Placerville Store this morning and was assisted by At&t specialist Mario Sanchez who answered all of our questions regarding our existing service plans and answered every question regarding adding additional services. All in all, Mario was successful in completing what we wanted with our new purchase & additional service added. Very pleased!! He is definitely the go to guy for all your questions & needs. Had a great experience with, Issac and Tiana. Tiana swiftly found us the phones and accessories desired, I have never been in and out of an AT&T store that fast in my life. Thank you for that! Has a new wireless customer I was underwear that when I purchased the phone that I would not have service in my at my home where I need it the most I was requiring about getting an antenna to boost my signal if you could help me out that would be a major plus otherwise Im going to have to change my carrier

Small store often has long wait times. Better to go in and wait than call if you have a question for the best service. I just called and the service member hung up on me while I still had more questions.

The service was great and the team members helped us within 5 minutes of walking in, but there were a lot of people inside the store and it was stuffy. I felt nervous after I left because I dont want to get Covid-19 and the lobby was WAY TOO CROWDED.
Awesome customer service! Shaheen rep were so helpful, kind, HONEST and STRAIGHT FORWARD. We didnt have to worry that we were being taken advantage of, or that there were hidden costs and fees. We came out on top and are saving between 40-50 a month compared to when we were with Verizon. We would highly recommend this specific location because the team and their new Manager rock!

The Placerville, Missouri Flat At&t store is the only location that I will go to for my service needs. Dennis is amazing! We visited our own local At&t store near our new home just two days ago and I couldn’t bring myself to change our plan because they did not make me feel comfortable and they didn’t seem to know what they were doing. (Rancho Cordova Zinfandel location) and the manager was very aggressive with us and with his new employee. The new employee was very kind, Chris, and he even offered to come in on his day off on Monday (today) to close the sale but I was not comfortable with the service,knowledge,and pushiness of his manager at the Rancho Cordova store. So we left and I called Dennis at the Placerville store and he was so very kind and he let me know when he was in or what would work for me to come in and or help over the phone. I have so much I can rave about with how great he is. The whole store atmosphere is above and beyond. It is worth the drive to me to have exceptional service and I will be coming back to see Dennis every time! Please give him a raise or kudos or employee of the year! I will tell all my friends and family because I believe that everyone should have great service like this. Thank you Dennis! Shaheen was awesome. He helped me get my first smart phone and helped me set it up. He was patient. The environment was great. Employees were smiling and greeting customers as they came in the door. Music was playing which made my experience even better. Great experience overall! I definitely recommend this location.

Dennis, store manager at the ATT store on Missouri Flat, Placerville, is the man to see! After spending more than 4 hours in the phone with 6 different ATT representatives yesterday, he sorted out all the issues that got messed up when I tried to activate 3 lines over the phone.Dont waste your time trying to do things over the phone. Go in and see people who actually know what they are doing!

This store messed up my online order pickup and handed me a random phone, it seemed shady and I went to return it and they couldnt find my original purchase since they didnt actually sell me a phone. Att now keeps trying to charge me $1440 dollars and the store keeps passing blame to corporate and corporate blaming the store while I am missing $1440 out of my credit card affecting my credit and my house refinance plans. This is the worst company to deal with customer service, when they get something wrong they are unable or unwilling to help you. I will have to do a charge back now and fight with collection companies to get something resolved every other company in America has figured out that you cant charge someone for something g they never received. I feel scammed and powerless and stay away anyone that can.
Its better than Cameron Park ATT thus I keep coming here, however really need to figure out your wait times. Even with 2 people working, I shouldnt wait 1.5 hours to be helped for a simple sim swap to a new phone. Really bad customer service!!

I experienced great service here. Decided to switch from Verizon when AT&T had a good phone deal (and my Verizon service had gone steadily downhill in the past few months). These guys were great. Very friendly and no pressure to add on unnecessary equipment or services, like DirecTV. Didnt even have to wait for a rep to help us, even though it was black Friday weekend. Made my switching experience easy and were loving the new phones and network quality.
Rome was patient and worked fluently with my restore request. I felt comfortable and was able to understand his process.
I am happy to take the time to praise the excellent and professional service of Mario.First he explained and clarified my true cost for purchasing an upgrade, thing the 2 ladies I spoke to over the phone failed to disclose. He also explained in detail how the promotion works, thing the ladies on the phone failed to do.I had 3 problems with my Mega phone for several years. I called numerous times tech support, but all their attempts failed too fix the problems1- Apps pop in the Backvroud that drained my battery2- Home screen3- Icons I couldnt move out of the home screenHe did and fix the 3 issues in matter of seconds.A few more sales consultant of Marios caliber would save a lot of time and money ; and put ATT ahead of any competitionKUDOS MARIO
This specific branch has a good location, store hours and ample parking. However, it is very busy, always. Best to make an appointment on line. Otherwise, get there early morning, 10:00 am., And youll get your questions answered by a customer service representative. Good selection of phones, plans, services, and accessory goodies. Expect to wait a good hour as customer lines can be long, averaging 6 persons during store openings.

This branch told me that opening a third “ghost” line to get a new phone would be the best financial option instead of paying off my husbands phone and that we wouldn’t even know that it was on our bill. Got our bill today and it was $300 more expensive. After hours of talking to customer service, I’m basically getting shrugged off. The salesmen here are dishonest and will lie right to your face.
I switched from Verizon to AT&T. I fear it was a bad choice. Got baited in by the promise of great things and I’m paying more than I was with Verizon with way less service. I switched for the first responder promotion because I’m a firefighter and it seemed good. I recommend you do your research prior to doing it.

My friend moved his number over from cricket in Sacramento so I had to drive all the way down there to move over my number. Kinda wierd because the placerville store is a corporate store. This is why I’m giving one star I had to waste like 30 dollars in gas because lazy staff that get paid well.

I am still dealing with this nightmare the Placerville ATT created for me. Never go there and that Service guy Dennis created endless hole of problems. 30 hours on the phone with Every outsourced department, Chat box, and Premier. Direct TV and more. This Placerville Dennis store does not even answer text, phone nothing. He really tricked us on this one.
I have never had a bad experience in this store. I have gone there for all of my phone needs and always gotten what I need, new phones, new service, enhanced phone needs, minor adjustments, etc. They are always friendly and helpful. I would recommend this store to anyone without reservation.

AT&T cant even bill you correctly. And when you do pay them they dont apply it to the correct account and shut off your services due to their own faults. When you try to fix the situation with customer service they tell you to go to the store to resolve the issue and the store tells you that you need to contact customer service to fix the problem. Been over a month and they have shut off my services and still have not corrected the supposed past due statement. This company is a joke.
I have had AT&T for way too long and have been overcharged for the service I received! If you dont watch your bill carefully they will get you big time and not want to return your money on their errors!
