I love this place. Its not too often I will pass by without stopping for a Toffee Coffee. Try one yourself, theyre the best.

The Bean Barn has become one of my favorite places to stop on my way to work or even when I’m out with friends running errands on the weekends. The menu is really diverse and the amount of syrup flavors…wow! I haven’t even worked my way halfway through the list. My personal favorites are the Red Bull Twists, they’re super tasty (yes pretty sugary, but in moderation totally fine), and always refreshing. The girls are always nice and the prices are more than reasonable compared to other coffee places!

I have waited a couple times in line for 25 minutes and there were only 4 cars in front of me. Now my daughter has shown me a video of a girl working at this bean barn today taking a drink out of the Container blender and referencing a tiktok sound. I’m not one to complain but this is not sanitary to me.

Great place, take my sister and her friends here every time after I pick them up from school. They have a bunch of options. They can basically make any drink on their menu iced, blended(frappecino), or hot. I’m my book it is the Dutch bros of Placerville!

I want to say I hate this place so the line gets shorter, but I cant lie... its worth the wait every time :)

I literally never bother to write reviews but their costumer service is so bad. My mom and her friend went and got 2 caramel Frappuccino’s And they ended up tasting terrible. No flavor at all just bland and watery. When she got home she told me so I called at around 6:35pm on 06/18 and the lady who responded to my call just said in order for us to get another one remade we would have to come back before 7pm or else she couldn’t do anything. The fact that they were so close to closing and they couldn’t make an exception is unbelievable. The lady on the other side didn’t ever show any type of sympathy if anything she seemed kind of mad. I have worked in costumer service since I was 16 and I know that’s not how you deal with situations like that.

I love this place! The girls here are so sweet! Yummy stuff here. Clean, happy, place line is a bit long because your drink is made when you order.

You should not be shaking the hands of your customers. I was in line for 20 minutes, also the second car in line. I saw the Cashier shake the hand of a driver in a black Diesel truck. They talked for 5 more minutes he started his truck filling my car for smoke and took off. Ive been a regular They have my drink down to the T. Its not worth getting covid 19. 2 cars behind me were to senior citizens.

Love the bean Barn I do but like the lady below me mentioned... Im in a line of 11 cars right now! That is not right. Ive been waiting now for 22 minutes.The other bean Barn is very efficient. I really think this one needs to be addressed. Im late for work now and so frustrated with the girls who work here.It would be a good idea to either get more workers inside or just change the crew.

My son had the reeses pieces, I had the double chocolate fudge. They were both great and definitely a dessert.

I really like this the line is always long. So I cant stop as often as Id like. They give you the same options as Starbucks. Their prices are more reasonable and theyre close to home. What I like the most the people who work there are friendly and courteous. Oh and lets not forget that theyre size is plain and simple English... Small medium large and extra-large. I dont have to sit in line and figure out what size is venti vs grande.

$75 cents for an extra HALF shot? They charge the same for a whole shot as a half. $6.00 small drink?!!!What on earth makes the owner think she can charge that much for a drink that is made of powder mix?This lady is ripping everyone off. And poor Placerville doesnt have enough coffee joints so she knows she can abuse customers wallets. Its honestly just really sad.

I love this place its so cool my dogs love going there cause they give free dog treats and I drinks are better and cheaper than starbucks and service is good you dont have to wait like 30 minutes for a drink and they are very very sweet

I used to love this place but there are staff members who are inside that dont pay attention to what theyre are saying. With my kids in my car my 7 yr old being the oldest hearing them say the f word a few times and then she asking me what a b**ch is.... Please talk to your staff. Im also upset that you raised your prices again. But I still go every once in a while.

I really love coming here because the employees are always the sweetest! The drinks and treats are always good. The only thing is, service can be slow due to only 1 person working instead of 2. Other than that, whoever is working, is working their heart out and always has a smile doing so. Sometimes just worth that wait :)

Delicious coffee! Definitely worth the stop along the road. Although pleasant, my barista wasnt particularly engaging and not even asked if I wanted my receipt. Guess the personal conversation going on inside was more important. Coffee was good if thats what matters. If looking for service, you might have better luck with another barista.
