Currently sitting in line for now what’s been 50 MINUTES. There was 3 cars in front of me and each one takes WAY longer than it should. I’ve let this slide the last few times because it’s always like this and whenever I call my prescription in ahead of time so that it should have been ready hours ago they go oh, it hasn’t been processed yet, and I still have to wait. It’s so dumb and ridiculous how hard is it to just check the computer, many internal time management issues that clearly aren’t getting the attention they deserve make this the slowest “drive through” pickup EVER. If my medication wasn’t that important I just wouldn’t bother it’s that bad. And it just happened again. “Oh it hasn’t been pushed through yet” when it should have been ready yesterday. Just frustrated. Now I have to wait another 15 minutes on top of the 50 minutes. Insane.

I went In to get my prescription filled at 1:30pm the gal said they had to go to lunch so itd be a 30 minute wait, no problem, I came back in 30 minutes, they said Itd be another 15, I came back in 15, they said my name wasnt in the system and my prescription didnt get filled, the manager said theyd call me, I waited until they closed and no call, I had to go 20 hours without medication and now my conditions have gotten worse and I am ill. I will never go back to Placerville Walgreens because of their terrible inability to do their jobs and fulfill pre arranged agreements.

Waited inline outside for 10 minutes! Drive up suppose to be convenient. Not rocket science . People are leaving not getting their orders

Absolutely the worst wait times

Terrible customer service, bare shelves, overpriced products, l suspect they are closing this branch down soon, get your Rx some place else, the convenient drive thru is not worth the shabby treatment.

If I could give 0 stars I would!! Late at night I fell in the parking lot, twisted my ankle. Its 10 minutes before closing, all I wanted was pain relief cream or a brace. I limped up the door for it to be closed. I made eye contact with the employees begging them to let me in pointing to my ankle that is obviously hurt. The lady turned my away. So incredibly disappointed.

Ugh! Never had a more demoralizing pharmacy visit. I receive texts that prescriptions are ready for pick-up only to get to the store and have the pharmacy staff look at me like Im crazy.Staff is friendly and they try to help.

Sad my insurance no longer covers Walgreens. The service there was always very good. I have to go to CVS now and it is sooooooo SO bad.

I switch to their pharmacy because it was closer to my house. I sat here for 45 minutes waiting for a prescription that was call in 6 hours ago! One of the pharmacist popped in and distracted the entire staff telling how it was in Boise Idaho! Are you kidding me? Now Im waiting 30 minutes for one called in yesterday? Dont waste your time! I wish zero stars was an option!

This review pertains to the photo lab only - our experience amounted to poor quality prints coupled with poor service and an inability to meet deadlines.Purchased photos online to be produced in store; received a message that they would be completed in 30min. Received a call, but no voice message from the store; no answer when we tried to call back. Online status reflected the photos were not done after 7 hours. Received a message the next day that the order was complete, however when we got to the store, staff advised they had run out of products needed to complete the order and did not know when they would be back; we noticed some of our prints in a pile and mentioned it to staff. Staff looked embarrassed and said that was the f--- up pile and apologized again. We counted four of our prints in this pile. Received a call the next day the order was complete and we picked the order up the following day. While waiting for an employee to respond to the page to the photo desk, we overheard the staff member tell another employee their coworker needed help up front to which he responded he didnt give a f---.When we got the pictures home we noticed they were poor quality prints, included the images from the f--- up pile that should have been redone, had visible glue through the images on wood and streaking across the images. Corporate advised us to return to the store and discuss the situation with staff; given our experience, we will take the loss, write the review and maybe save you the same experience.

Friendly people at the front counter. Hit or miss at the pharmacy, but no one is rude or unprofessional.

Bad service, very slow and I think the Workers are high on meds:

They snuck an apple gift card into my shopping bag and charged me for it. I dont have any apple products or services, everything I have is android. When I got back to my car, and realized what theyd done I went back in and they refused to take it back. Steer clear from these crooks

Worst Walgreens pharmacy I have EVER BEEN TO! Said my prescription is will be ready in an hour and I come back and now they cannot even find my profile or medication!

Just left Walgreens on Missouri Flat Rd. Some RUDE guy took my money while on the phone.If he hates his job, there are pizza delivery jobs available.I,m sure there are people who would love to have his job.NEVER EVER GOING BACK.
