Let me start by saying I have 70% hearing loss in one ear & 40% in the other. After my hearing test I started looking for hearing aids. There are many places to get hearing aids and I tried a few and wasnt happy. Then I found Nicole and Cindy at Miracle Ear in Placerville. Nicole was very helpful and Cindy the technician was great. Both of these ladies are professionals at what they do. I ended up buy in the ear hearing aids, they are very nice and top of the line. I have been back 2 times just for follow up adjustments and learning more about my hearing aids. I cant say enough about my very positive experience and how HAPPY I have been with the service from both Nicole and Cindy.Thank You Very Much. Don
