We first spoke with Michael over the phone, then met with Amanda at the shop. These two professionals guided us to wonderful sleeping solutions for both my son and daughter and did not try to up sell at all! They were very punctual with appointments and we were completely done and loaded up in no time at all! Today I purchased 1 twin mattress and 1 queen mattress set from mattress by appointment. Amanda showed up on time and was very helpful and incredibly sweet.I explained what I was looking for and Amanda helped me select what best fit each of my kids. In the end selected two pillow tops that were incredibly comfy and soft. Amanda gave me a screaming deal that could not say no to and she held onto them until I could get down later in the day to pick them up.When i arrived to pick up my merchandise Amandas husband Michael loaded the twin on my car and tied it down for me.The process was pleasant and very professional. It was a quick process and I was on my way.I highly recommend going through Michael and Amanda for your mattress needs. As we all know a good nights rest is important therefore a quality mattress is a necessity. Michael and Amanda provide that quality product at very reasonable price. Amanda was a pleasure to work with. I went into her shop on Monday and called Tuesday with my order. Transaction was made over the phone and mattresses were delivered Wednesday to my home. She actually drove 2.5 hours to another location to pick up one of my mattresses so that I could have them all on the same day. Very sweet and very accommodating!!

Spent weeks looking for a new mattress because the current one I had (only a year old) was sinking in the center. I found Amanda on the Facebook market place and she was so wonderful to work with! She not only made buying a new mattress easy and fun but the new mattress is AMAZING and was a great price!! I contacted Amanda with Mattress by Appointment to get some new Mattresses for our new home. She was quick to respond and the prices were very reasonable. She had a variety of mattresses in different degrees of firmness. We chose a softer pillow top with a somewhat firm underspring. It feels like I am sleeping on a marshmellow... it is so comfortable! Our daughter said she slept better than she ever has before.Look no further if you need a new mattress! We ended up with 2 mattresses, a box spring, and a frame.
