Great office staff, super clean facility, needed a unit unexpectedly and they did their best to find a unit that fit my needs right away. Others in the area did not even return a phone call, the places were dirty and not even paved or the prices were crazy. Nice paved, clean facility with easy in and out access to inside units. Easy to get a moving van in and out! Great location too. Secure!

Expensive - yes, however I feel my things are safe. My unit and the hallways were clean and the building is well maintained. Best of all the staff was extremely pleasant. Patty, thanks for checking on me while I was loading in the heat and giving me water!

I inquired about a storage space and they had several open spots but they were quite a bit more expensive than the others. When I asked why, the employee stated that they raised the prices because of the demand for the fire. I told her I thought that was terrible to take advantage of potential fire victims like that and she stated it was the decision of the management company to raise the rates.Taking advantage of people who may have suffered from the fire is aweful!

Missouri Flat Storage Depot is a terrific place to store your property. I rented for a year before I moved out of state, and needed to store some furniture. The units are clean and very secure. The office workers are friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

Polite, professional, as he promised.The joint is CLEAN, SECURE, and super friendly help.Dont waste your time looking elsewhere, give them a call. I needed to get into my storage without the key and she went out of her way (the day before Christmas, mind you) to make sure I can get my stuff in the time frame needed. I can honestly say this has been the best and easiest experience I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Missouri Flat storage is a great place to keep your stuff stored! 100% would recommend!

I was shocked originally at the storage fees, but the wonderful management Team Won me over...Both were amazing, but Patty went above and beyond and was so professional, friendly and accommodating beyond.On my second trip to their facility I had an unexpected medical condition happen to me and Patty took it upon herself to immediately move into a caregiver position and convinced me to seek emergency assistance. It was a terrifying experience and my client, an Alzheimers patient and our service pup was with us and she took care of all!!! She took us to the nearest Fire department for evaluation and stayed, encouraged by her Management Team, and treated us as her Customer Family, as she referred to her customers. Very few Service providers that I have met in my decades have been so concerned, accommodating and compassionate as Missouri Flat Depot!!!! Well worth the price ... Top notch customer service, couldn’t have been happier with the on site staff. I arrived with ten minutes left of the day and (insert name of the awesome lady that helped me better I’m brain dead) although it was the end of her day she proceeded to get me all set up without a grimace our a grow even though she left half hour after her normal time. (INOTALTHM) was quick, thorough and efficient getting me up and running. Facility is nice, clean, well lit, Easy to access.The reason I gave out four stars instead of five has to do with pricing issues. First, if you want expanded hours to get to your stuff you need to out in to auto-pay. Lame. The lock type that’s mandatory is decent but it kind of seems like it’s also a really great way to add 20 dollars onto the upfront cost, same with the $25 administration fee. I mean the place is there to rent storage units, it’s not like I showed up and asked them to schedule the oil change, tooth cleaning and chiropractic visit I’ve been needing- that would justify an extra fee in my eyes. None This should reflect on the staff I encountered, I suspect it’s corporate decisions.TLDR: nice place, great staff, pricy but if your nice maybe you’ll get a little surprise for your first month.

Had to find storage during a move and called several places in the area. Kirstens follow up and professionalism gave me the confidence to choose the Depot. Shes really friendly and great to work with and really runs a tight ship which is what we wanted since were storing our household with her. The place is spotless and even our movers made a point of saying it was a great place - and theyve seen them all!

I have rented several units here over the past several years and always have been pleased. The staff is top notch, they go out of their way to accommodate your needs. They are friendly and know their business, especially the manager. She is great. The facility is always clean and units are in great condition, brightly lit and secure. Its wonderful to know your belongings are safe and secure. Plus there is a bathroom and running water on site as well as a moving truck for use. It is worth every penny you spend for a unit here. Having this place available while moving from one place to another sure made for a smoother transition.The staff was simply amazing. I interacted with both Kirsten and Rob on different occasions. Both were friendly, nice and very helpful.I was very pleased to see how clean everything was. Relieved at the number of cameras they had too. Security seemed not to be an issue.Access was simple with our own unique gate code.Use of a moving truck for a day...for FREE... blew me away.I only needed the huge 10x30 unit short term. We moved our son in on the hottest day in July. Kirsten was there with ice cold water for us and kept checking up with us to see if we were okay.The storage grounds are immaculate . As is the office. Very friendly.

Just a couple of minutes from Highway 50. Facility is immaculate and lights, gates, doors, etc. work as intended. Security is taken very seriously. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
