Charged for diagnostic but refused to do repairs. Would have never wasted time bringing it there if they said they were only going to diagnose it, not fix it! 2020 machine they cant fix!

Went to Scranton MotorSports in Vernon looking to purchase a battery. There were 4-5 people standing around service/parts desk chatting. I waited but couldnt get anyone to help me. I left, called Motor Sports Nation. They hooked me up and I saved 20 buck too.

Fantastic experience with these guys. Pre approved and negotiated over the phone picked up a few days later. No issues no hassle. But what is good without the bad? Make sure you stay on top of obtaining registration if your bike requires. took a few days to send plates. 🤷🏾‍♂️

A lot of cool bikes but kind of expensive

Great range of bikes, quads, side by sides, jet skis and parts. The staff at the parts counter is always very helpful and knowledgeable. Unless you have a Kawasaki then they cant help you and neither can I. Lol. If you dont know what kind of a bike you want to ride stop by here and check out their inventory. I would be willing to bet they probably have something to suit your taste. Just make sure you have good credit because these toys aint cheap. 😂

I sent two tires down, that held air, to have them mounted on brand new rims. Rims that had chrome stems in them. One came back with a regular rubber stem. My gf picked them up and said that they gave you a deal. A deal? The never give me a deal. I go to mount the tires on my quad and they are both flat!😡. So i pump them up to figure out wth is going on. One tire has gashes in it that werent there before. . And the other tire is pissing out everywhere around the bead. With all the bead sealer that they put on it, it should never leak!🤬🤬

Went there today with my son to look at a Honda crf125. We purchased the bike, helmet, and gloves. We were in and out within the hour and the bike arrived at our house within 2 hrs. Everyone at motorsports nation is always kind and very helpful. They ask if you have any questions and answer them to the best of their knowledge. They are the best bike shop in the area for new bikes and parts.

Stopped in today to buy a quad. Was happy with the price. I was a cash buyer. I walked over to look at it one more time with the salesman. A customer that had come in earlier in the day started talked to him. They walked away and I waited for a half an hour before I left. Bad customer service.

I drove 1,500 miles round trip to pick up a used bike here. The sales professional, Gary, repeatedly answered all of my pre-trip questions that I needed to know to make a purchase decision. Gary walked me through the bike and any questions I possibly had. The sales, efficiency and buying process went by without an issue thanks to Gary and their staff here. I wish they were closer to my town as I would be there quite a bit perusing their endless inventory and speaking with their staff, who know a hell of a lot about bikes! Absolutely the worst service department. Now Im a certified welder and a pretty good mechanic only I dont mess with carbs or valves much so I brought my engine in to have my valves properly set I got the bike put together and I have 30%compression due to my valves not being right now Im having to pay twice for the same work I would never have anything worked on in there shop

I had been looking for a bike all season and could not find a single dealer with what I wanted and kept getting the run around but I tried motorsports Nation put in a credit app and Corey called me the next day and got me on a 2021 ktm 250sxf he made the buying experience easy and painless will definitely buy here again 5 stars for sure

Was interested in a 2016 Harley Forty Eight they had in their pre-owned inventory. I emailed the sales team about my interest and was almost immediately called back by Gary. Went to the shop a few days later and was in love with the bike. Gary and the other staff members immediately answered all and any questions. They were super helpful and efficient. I was out of there with my bike in just two hours time. Great staff!!!

A few weeks ago, I purchased a car from Jay. I wanted to wait to write a review to see if anything came up but the entire process from when I first stepped in to when I drove off the lot was fantastic. Nobody was pushy, everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. Going to dealerships to buy a car is something most people dread but I found none of the negative stereotypes when here. No stress at all. Great price. I will definately be buying my future cars here for sure! Cant say enough good things

I just wanted to give a shout out to Gary and the service team, including the delivery guy over at the Plainfielf motorsports nation. I recently purchased a 2012 Yamaha stryker. Gary went above an beyond any other sales person I spoke to and delt with while searching for a used cruiser. I did have some issues with the Stryker and gary and the service team took care of it ASAP! I would highly recommend these guys, nothing but 5 stars for this place!

A gentleman by the name of Bill picked up my phone call. He went above and beyond and answers questions for me about a title that no one else could answer. I wasnt even doing any business with them. The gentleman just wanted to simply help me out. Seems like a great place to do business with to me. As soon as I sell my motorcycle I know where Im going to buy a new one

Extremely unprofessional motorcycle instructor. I was the only female student in a six student class. The instructor felt the need to publicly announce that he was not a “misogynist pig,” not once but two times on the first day. This is unprofessional and irrelevant to the content of the course. He did not treat me equal to the other students: He suggested that I, not the others, use the indoor bathroom, instead of the outhouse. He suggested that I quit on Day 1. He discussed other students progress with the class (____ should practice more before getting on the road, then PASSED him). He failed me with a 55, which is impossible as a 16 is needed to fail. He proceeded to give me an unwelcome hug after pulling me aside, still in front of the others. I could say more...I sent a letter with more details to management. They only gave the instructor a verbal warning and suggested that I take it again. I have no intention of retaking the class, as I have to take an extra two days from work, which I communicated. Management wont refund my money ($250 value). FEMALE RIDERS: BE WARNED.

THINK TWICE before having your bike serviced here. My motorcycle broke down this past summer on the way home from vacation. I have always maintained my bikes very well and this one had a brand new battery, oil change and I have been riding it regularly all summer with no issues. I had it towed to Motorsports Nation in Waterford and they diagnosed it as needing a battery and carburetor work. After speaking with the mechanic, I expressed my concerns as the bike had been running fine, it has a new battery and my mechanic and I had reason to believe it was an electrical issue.I did not have them work on my bike as I questioned the diagnosis. When my mechanic picked the bike up the staff was rude and belligerent and apparently almost got into a fight with my mechanic. The bike had mud splattered on it which was not there before and the key was left in the run position.Sure enough, there were some frayed wires under the rear fender going to the left turn signal. I advise anyone thinking about getting their bike serviced there to think twice before doing so. The staff is rude, unprofessional and clearly incorrect with their diagnostic skills.

My husband and I both bought bikes on the same day. Multiple bad experiences with this place, I had my bike lowered before picking it up and asked for the original parts back, on the day I picked it up the parts mysteriously disappeared. Also, buying the Suzuki we where supposed to receive a Yoshimura slip on 30 days after our purchase which was in May and still have not received it. My husband called multiple times and he keeps getting the run around. They never once called and asked how we liked the bikes after the sale. This place wants the sale only don’t listen to their typical sales BS. We believe they sold my original parts and the slip on and this is why we are getting the run around. Go to Bettencourts not this place... if we don’t get a call back this week I will be making complaints to Suzuki and the Better Business Bureau..

Hated it. I ordered parts to a helmet and a brand new helmet at the same time. The parts to the helmet came within a week. Its been a month and a half of waiting for the helmet. It has been every single week we are expecting it sometime next week. Go some where else unless you want to pay in full and wait for months, and the best season to go by, without being able to enjoy what you just bought!

A great place to deal with. I order parts from them weekly. Parts prices are as good as if not better than online. Most parts are next day. O.e.m ktm parts are delivered twice a week. Support a local business rather than buy online.

Absolutely love Motorsport just wish they were open on sundays as most riders ride on the weekend and if my bike breaks on Saturday or early Sunday I need a place to go get parts and there never open also I wish they carried more parts in stock would make for a much better bike shop

One of Motorsport nation employe sold bad stuff someone bought rims from one of the guys that work there my son put them on his car come to find out the rims have hairline cracks in them they were on the front of his car the kid could of really gotten hurt if not killed and they where sold from Motorsport Natoin parking lot during business hours I’m not saying they r responsible for any of this but if they allow an employee to sell stuff that could kill someone what else would they turn a blind eye too

Jack the general Manger got me the atv I was looking for at a great price! My atv plow was acting up and at no cost he sent his guys to pick my atv and fix the plow, and now the plow comes on and off without a problem! Thanks Jack for all your help! Need an ATV go and see JACK!!😃

Went into Motorsports Nation, looking to buy parts not intending on purchasing a bike. However after speaking with the staff, that soon changed. We hit it off talking about bikes, hobbies, etc...Made me feel like i had known these guys for years! Mike talked to me about what i was interested in when purchasing a bike, rather than pushing me on something. Ultimately i fell in love with the leftover FZ-10. Mike pointed me in the direction of Jack who ended up getting me an amazing approval on the bike. Been going here for years for parts, now with my first bike purchased from MSN, ill never go anywhere else! Thanks guys

Dry Van Drivers! If you delivering ATV’s but you don’t have aramp, they can reject it. Make sure you talk about this wirh broker before loading.

Order parts there all the time. They are in when they say they will be and are provided at a great cost. Have used them for all my motocross, road racing, and street needs. If they dont have it they can get it.

NEVER GO TO MOTORSPORTS NATION! They left the bolts out of the bottom of my jetski, want to charge me for their neglect, and now my engine is ruined!!!

Terrible. they booked me an appointment 2 weeks out, no big deal. then, when i arrived, they told me they would call with progress in 7-10 days. they never called, and they ended up having my machine over a month, then they told me they couldnt figure out what was wrong with it and that it would take $2,000 or more to figure out what was up with the trans. MN claimed they had a honda rep look at it, and that they checked everything, and it must be the transmission. i paid them for their diagnostic time (roughly $100, not unfair) and took the ATV home. a local shop just fixed the same ATV with a $160 part and a couple hours of labor. also the communication was terrible. well call you on monday never happened. heard that one about 5 times. AVOID THIS PLACE.
