Went today to grab a new pair of darts. One of the associates was super helpful helping me find the right set for me. I gave him a description of what I wanted and he provided multiple sets for me to throw and test out at their facility. Great staff and extensive selection of darts, billiards, and poker supplies.

Visited in-store this last weekend to do some shopping and get some help on my form. Thomas spent ample time with us, consulting on our (poor) form and our dated products. He took the time to fine tune our imperfections in our respective forms and set us up with a few sets of Shot! products. Very pleased with the product quality and attentive service. Definitely will return soon.

Wow just wow, walked in knowing they have a massive inventory but that’s not the best part. Tom, the owner had me throw darts, mentored me on what could be better and had me try out different sizes and weights etc on darts that suits my throw. Beyond amazed at how much Tom loves the game and loves to help others out. Will be a long time returning customer for sure!

More darts here than anywhere else. Owner was great and made sure I went home with the right darts for my throwing style. I even got some helpful tips on my form. Ill be back. If your serious about a set of darts you have to make the trip. Its well worth it.

Best costumer service experience I’ve ever had. Less than 30 minutes after my purchase, I received a call from the owner to review a few details. The board I selected was out of stock, but still listed. So, he upgraded me at no charge. I accidentally selected a soft tip dart, and he caught it and gave me a comparable steel option. Don’t forget we are all quarantining and they are still working.

Came in for darts and walked out with an awesome dart board and all accessories. The owner was so helpful in helping us with our purchases and gave us a lot of insight into the game. So glad the first place we went to was closed.

Went here to get a pool cue. I was surprised at how big the selection was! This place is definitely not just for darts. He was very knowledgeable, we told him what we were looking for, he asked for a budget price, he showed us a few options and we walked out with exactly what we were looking for. Two cue sticks and some accessories—decent, fair prices. 🎱

This is the place to go for darts. Especially if you are in Chicagoland area. He sells other gaming stuff like pool tables but my experience was with darts. He has a massive selection to look at and try. Everything from low cost to very expensive. Thomas, the owner, was super friendly and helpful. I am newer to darts and wanted to buy a nice set. He analyzed the way I throw and hold the dart. Then made an excellent recommendation within my price point. Let me try several types, but his first rec was spot on. Also educated me on upgrade options but in a no pressure sales way. I did upgrade shafts and flights because it made sense. He even gave me some advice which made me a better player. I totally recommend this place.

I wish I could give this place more than five stars. I am relatively new to steel tip darts and finally decided to get myself a nice set. I heard good things about this place and decided to give it a shot.Thomas was very welcoming and a really down to earth guy. Their inventory is initially overwhelming (which isn’t necessarily a bad thing). He was very upfront about assessing my needs and my budget. He never once tried upsell me or BS me, which seems to be rare these days.He spent a good hour working with me to find a set of darts I was truly comfortable with and even gave me some free advice of how to improve my throw. To a novice like me, his extensive knowledge and help was priceless.I left with great set of darts fully within my budget and a new wave a confidence in my game. I couldn’t happier or thank him enough.110% recommend this place and will definitely return for my future dart needs.

GREAT experience! I didn’t know what to expect going in, especially because they were about to close. Even after they closed, Tom didn’t rush me. He took the time to correct my throw. I was looking at an expensive set, but he talked me into buying a cheaper set because I threw better with them. It was obvious he wanted me to enjoy the game rather than make more money off of me. I can’t wait to go back to buy another set of darts.

Called last month to inquire about L-Style carbon (spinning) shafts, as I could not find them on their website. The owner (Thomas) tracked them down for me, then emailed me the part # so I could order them. Which was very nice of him to do.I called them back again last Saturday at 2pm, (18 days before Christmas) to ask about a set of the Pure Shot (Dart Broker) soft tip darts. I needed the dimensions, which were not listed on the website. Thomas had again answered the phone. Even though they were extremely busy, he tracked down both sets I had asked about, took 1 dart out of each package, measured them with his calipers and gave me thorough measurements of each dart.You just dont find that level of customer service in most retail establishments these days. They go way above and beyond to make sure you get what you need. Thank you, Dart Brokers, I will be a loyal customer for life!

Shafts broken on darts new in package never used and would not ship new shafts definitely don’t recommend

Everytime I go I always have a great time. I mean I love darts and being surrounded by dart products is a great thing. Thomas has always helped me get the products that have taken my game to the next level. Was just there Friday morning and I have been looking for new barrels. Bought some shafts from them and a few had bent shafts. a few weeks later I ordered some flights and they even replaced the shafts that were defective. Shipping only took a few days after placing my order. Great company I will be purchasing all of my dart needs from Dart Brokers. good job guys

Pretty good experience with their service. Just that the set of dart I want is EOL, but it was still on their website. The staff was nice enough to call and inform me. They even try to get that from other suppliers. End up it is still not available. I do like their service and effort.

Was traveling within an hour of this shop all the way from Michigan. We were excited to make the trip over and get some new dart sets for myself, my husband and our 2 kids. We are avid dart players and do league play but have no local stores really in Michigan to support so we jumped at the chance to go to dartbrokers. We had a terrible experience. Man was rude that waited on us and basically told my husband he needed a budget for his set he wanted to build and he would help otherwise I dont want to waste my time like I did waiting on a guy yesterday and he didnt buy. First of all we didnt really need the guidance we just wanted a friendly face to welcome us, let us look around and take our money. Wont be recommending or going back there . This is my 1st bad Google review ever. Very bad experience.
