Daniel and his team at this location deserve a huge shout out! I got a flat on my way to STL from Indy. I called ahead to make sure they had my tire, and Daniel ordered it up and they got me right in when the tow truck arrived with my car. I waited for less time than it took for the tow truck (and Indiana State Police for that matter) to arrive to me on the side of i70.I really appreciate Daniel and his team for all of their hard work. I know plenty of businesses are struggling with staffing and wait times, but they killed it! Appreciate their hard work and kindness!

Bought a used car that sat in my garage overnight with no leaks in for an alignment and they offered a free inspection. They found a fast leak in my brake line and tried to get me to agree to have it fixed there! When I left after refusing, my brake light was on and my brakes were not working the way they did when I drove in! Do not trust this shop, I had this car 5 days, including sitting in a detailers garage, with no leaks and the brakes were FINE. THIS IS A SCAM, I have had other people look at this car before I brought it in. They create the leak and hope youll let them fix the unsafe condition they just created.

I was extremely impressed with this company and its manager Ryan specifically. I got same day service when I called to schedule. I arrived to my appointment almost an hour early because I had an errand that went quicker than I thought. I figured I’d have to wait but they got me right in and were very through with explaining each option I had. They were honest and the price was reasonable. Will definitely use them in the future.

As always, great job. Put new tires on this time and even though they were really busy (they are always busy) the got me out timely. They are the only ones I let work on my cars. The biggest reason for this is they have been honest from day one. Never jacked up the invoice with work not needed.

Went to have a flat repaired and was told only dealer would be able to get me a tire. I went to discount tire when I left 2 doors down tire in stock. They were close to closing and didn’t want to do the work. Upsetting to have a policy if your here before we close the door we will fix it and I even called before I came to ensure they would. They couldn’t close the garage doors fast enough once they gave me this false info!

I had a puncture in my tire that I took to another shop to be repaired. Even after the repair, my tire was still leaking. Thinking I needed a new tire, I called Big O and spoke with Ryan. He told me to bring it in and he would check to see if he could repair the leak. He found a nail in my tire that the other place had apparently missed & fixed my tire for FREE. I offered to pay, but he would not accept my money. He could easily have sold me a new tire as I thought that was what I needed, but instead he looked at it and repaired it at no cost to me. Big O has gained a new customer. I will for sure go back when it is time to actually buy tires for my car. I am highly impressed with the honesty and customer service of this shop.

We take our 2014 Jeep Cherokee here for oil change also they have done some minor repairs for us. They use Mopar parts, the staff is friendly also helpful. Prices are reasonable.

GO HERE!! They are very friendly and knowledgeable. We were on a road trip and had a knocking noise. They were able to squeeze us in last minute. Not only did they diagnose the issue quickly, they went above and beyond and checked to make sure everything else was ok. Spoiler alert it was NOT. I bought 2 rims and 3 tires from them. After I paid for that, I noticed my car just sitting there for quite a while. I was told to come right down. I wouldnt have to wait. Then I was informed they only had two of the tires. I decided to let them put those on, but told them I was going out of town soon and really needed that third tire. Ive been coming here for years with no plans to stop. I have moved to Greencastle and still come all the way out here just because of the staff. I grew up without a father and dont know much about cars, and it shows with the questions I ask. That being said, the staff here has never belittled me, told me my car has extra problems I didnt come in for, or tried to upsell me. This is one of the only places I feel comfortable bringing my car and my questions. The customer service is phenomenal! My personal favorite staff are Daniel and Josh because they are so charming! Everyone else is great too! I think the fact that I drive ~30 miles for an oil change should say a lot about how great they are!

They go over everything they find and give me recommendations but I have never felt pressured into any service that they have recommended to me. My vehicle is always left the way I handed it over to them, and I’m super short so I’m sure they feel crunched when they get in. I always recommend them to anyone looking to buy tires or in need of an oil change or any other services they provide.

We were driving from Denver to Pittsburgh on route 70 when our tire started to loose pressure, we googled tire repair places and Big O Tire came up. When we arrived the pressure was down to 8lbs. The whole team was incredibly kind, understanding and thay took us in 30 minutes, replaced the tire, which had a bib piece of metal in it and got us back on the road in about two hours. We feel very lucky to have found them, they saved the day BIG TIME!!! Wish we had a store in Pittsburgh....Thanks guys.

All I can say is that these guys at the Plainfield Big O location are great. Two times now they’ve fixed a flat for me free of charge. That included inspecting and patching the tire in one case, and inspecting, removing corrosion from the rim in the most recent case. They mounted my tire back to my car, they even put my spare and my jack back in place for me. And I was in and out in 45 minutes. Awesome service from an awesome team. When it’s time to replace the tires on my cars, this is where I’m going, no question.

The guys there were great. They diagnosed the problem w my motorhome - broken belt in the tire. And dry rot on the other. They fixed it real quick and did an oil change too. Its not like they werent busy either, lots of customers in and out. Should of listened to Shanes suggestion about changing out the rears too... about 50 miles down the road had a blowout on one of them. If I was still in the area Id go back but he let me know where a few more stores were along the way so I could get the spare fixed..... and change out the others. By the way price was good too. Definitely would recommend.

If you are worried about Covid-19 I would avoid this location. Some of the employees had no mask on at all. Others had them pulled down to their neck. Only a few wore them correctly and the entire time. The technician who worked on my car wore no mask when driving my car. I aired it out on the way home and sanitized it once home. Hoping I remain Covid free!I arrived at my scheduled appointment time and was told I there was no record of my appointment that was scheduled online the night prior. They worked my car in anyway. During the ordering process I was told they didnt have my tire in stock even though my order confirmation showed they did. The order taker said they would retrieve my tires from the warehouse causing a bit of a delay. The tires were a bit more than quoted online so the price was adjusted. The work was finished by the time promised. And Im very satisfied with my new tires!

Ive been going to Big O Tires in Plainfield twice a year for the past couple of years to get my tires swapped out for winter and summer on my Camaro and I honestly couldnt imagine going anywhere else. The price has been fair and consistent and the service itself impeccable while the staff has always been on point. I have to give a shoutout to the manager, Ryan, because that man really makes going there a top-tier experience. There are a lot of tire places in the area but youd be doing yourself a disservice by going anywhere other than Big O Tires.

After spending over $700.00 for 4 new tires, it would have been nice if they would have given me at least 50% off for an alignment or a free alignment all together.

My Mom came in to the Plainfield location yesterday for 2 tires and Alignment the cost of the tires was $260. When it was all said and done she left there with a bill of $600. They still DIDNT DO the ALIGNMENT.. She called back. They said they would do the Alignment for a Discounted $$$ after they took ADVANTAGE of her. They charged her for things she DID NOT NEED done to her car. Because of this situation I will NEVER buy from Big O Tire again!!!!!

Always take great care of any vehicle they get in my experience. Getting car work done is never fun, but this is the place to go if you want your car in the hands of people you can trust.
