I feel like shops like this are a dying breed. They enjoy what they are doing and care about their customers and the quality of service that they are providing. Its difficult to find that anywhere these days. Their rates are definitely affordable. They are honest with you up front and only sell you what is needed. No pressure sales here or people working for a commission or bonus. Will highly recommend this place to anyone looking for auto repair.

Last place I had gone to through my insurance had, without communication, replaced brand new, fully functional parts on my car and charged us for it stating incorrect information (fully verified through dealership and other mechanics). In search of a more trust worthy location, I came across R&M. I can say with full certainty that I will be returning here with any future work that I need done! I took my car to R & M automotive because there was a severe delay in the acceleration of the car when you hit the accelerator. They had it fixed for me same day. While they were working on my car, they let me know of another major problem that I should get fixed soon. However, unlike other mechanics that Ive gone to, they let me decide if I wanted to fix it that day or to wait. When I am in the area and I have car trouble this is the place that I always go to. Their labor rate is lower than most places and they do solid work. Nice people to talk to as well. Very experienced and know what they are doing.

Not only replaced my clutch and rear main seal for way under than what expected compared to other shops but diagnosed my motor problem and costed me a fraction of what i was prepared to spend, my truck runs better than a new one, rick and the rest of these guys are great and honest mechanics, very hard to find a shop like this, ill be back with all my motor and trans needs, thanks R&M you guys are awesome!!

R & M Automotive recently fixed my clutch. I had done some research and thought that my slave cylinder was what had failed causing my clutch to lose control with the clutch pedal. They quoted me over the phone for that job which required taking apart the transmission. However, they discovered that it was only the hydraulic tube connected to the slave cylinder which was replaceable without messing with the transmission. Overall, that saved me over $500! They were very honest with there assessment and did a great job! I would recommend this place to anyone with car trouble!

Had to get a water pump replaced on a 2003 Dodge Durango, They explanied all that had be done and notice the fan clutch was off center and replaced it too. The price was still 100 under what I was quoted just for just getting water pump fixed, They got it done in 3 hours and all in the same day I dropped it off. Friendly, honest place to do business with.

THEY PUT A OIL PAN ON MY BLAZER AND OVER CHARGED ME 96.00 THAN ORIGINAL ESTIMATE. IT WAS LEAKING PRETTY GOOD ON THE WAY HOME. TOOK BACK NEXT DAY. THEY MESSED UP TIMING COVER AND HAD TO REPLACE IT AND CHARGE ME. NOW THE OIL PAN GASKET IS REUSED AND STILL LEAKING.THEY CALLED THE SECOND TIME I TOOK IT HOME AND HAD TO BRING BACK RIGHT AWAY SINCE THEY DIDNT FILL FRONT DIFF. I HAVE GOT TO KNOW THESE GUYS BETTER AND DONT TRUST THEM ANY MORE TO WORK ON MY VEHICLE. I HAVE CHECKED THERE WORK AND THERE ARE PARTS MISSING, BOLTS MISSING, STRAWBERRY JELLY STUFF FOR GASKETS. OIL IN MY FRONT DIFF. INSTEAD OF GEAR LUBE. WISH I WOULD TAKEN SOME WHERE ELSE TO GET FIXED
